The service dept went above and beyond for me! I live an hour and half away and happened to break down in black river falls. They got me in despite a full schedule on a Friday and had my car fixed by Monday morning. They were so kind and helpful, I can t recommend them enough!

I hit a deer a while back. Damage was extensive. The quick ease of how it got handled from Gross was unbeatable. I got my vehicle back and w in hours I literally swerved to avoid another deer. That damage was even more extensive that day. I was embarrased to even call. All was handled for me yet again. Service apprs are simply. Gross mechanics come straight to my work. Top notch always! Julie Berry is my go to. She has the answer quick and takes care of all my needs!

I highly recommend working with Austin. I had a wonderful experience at Gross!!! No complaints at all. Austin even came in from deer hunting, to be there on the Saturday I came to pick up my new vehicle. Thank you.

The staff here are amazing! We have purchased most of our vehicles here and their customer service is top notch across the board in every area! I can always count on them to give prompt and honest service on the vehicles when in for repair. I feel like they truly care! I'm so appreciative of everything they do!

Our engine light went on while on the way to a Memorial Service. We were 2 hours away from home and 2 hours from our destination so we were nervous about continuing to our destination. Fortunately we were close to the Gross dealership. They were so accommodating and ran our vehicle through tests to determine that it was safe to drive. We were so impressed with everyone we spoke with. We highly recommend this dealership. Excellent service!

Eli was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. When my fiance was interested in a new vehicle, we went to Eli. He went above and beyond explaining the vehicles we looked at. Due to interest rates we decided to hold off on the purchase of her vehicle. We will definitely come to gross and have Eli as our salesman.

Had a great experience there, fair price, low pressure sales, friendly staff. We purchased a truck there and it was a great experience. Eli was our salesperson, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, we didn't feel rushed when he went through the features. Throughout the process both Eli and all the staff were friendly and low pressure. It was definitely worth the hour drive to go there. We will be back.

I just bought a 2023 GMC Terrain from Gross Motors of Black River Falls and it was an amazing experience. Jon Dunneisen was my sales person and he was excellent. He answered every question I had and helped me along on every step of setting up my vehicle at the end. I highly recommend him for your sales representative.

I was on my way to Illinois from Northern, Wi. when my car started acting up. I pulled in to Gross Chevy. I was greeted by Jamie, when I explained what happened and where I was heading he had my car in the shop within 10 minutes. Figured out what happened and had 1 part on hand and had to order the other. Jamie had the part over nighted, gave me a loaner and said my car would be 1st so I could get back on the road and home. I was on the road by 9:00 am. I can not explain how happy I was with the employees in the shop and office. They all went above and beyond, if I could give 10 stars I would. Eli Wortman is the best sales person at Gross that we have worked with at Gross Motors, and we have purchased a few since 2010. He was timely on getting back to us about all details on the vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. He is approachable, friendly and makes you feel as though you are a part of the Gross family. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to Eli.P.S. we have liked Eli s service so much this is the fourth vehicle we have come to him to purchase.

Eli Wortman knew I was looking for a car so he reached out to me about a very nice car he had available. I was able to take the car to try and it was just as nice as he said. He helped me a lot to figure everything out and was so patient with me. He also said if I ever needed help figuring anything else out. to come back and he would be more than happy to help. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We drove to Gross Motors on a Saturday from MN (2 1/2 hours one way). We were greeted by Eli Wortman with a kind smile and knowledge of what we were looking for. We bought the Chevy Silverado we came over to look at and had a very nice experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Eli went the extra mile and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. He took extra time to explain and answer all questions and concerns we had, helped us get everything set up, even the My Chevy App (which I had no clue existed). We recently needed that app to unlock our doors after the wind blew the doors shut on a running truck! I was so grateful he recommended we download that app and helped to set it up! I would definitely recommend Gross Motors and Eli to anyone looking for a vehicle. The trip from MN was worth our time!

Eli Wortman was awesome to work with, he explained how everything worked on the vehicle to my wife which isn't a easy thing to do. He also stayed after the time they closed to get us our vehicle that day. Gross motors is awesome! This is my second new vehicle I've bought from them.

I was told the tire sensor needed to be replaced. This occurred only after the tires were swapped out. The indicator light had not been on prior to this. Also was charged for weights in the tires that I had never been charged for before. I feel the technician damaged the tire sensor and then tried to get me to pay for what he damaged. Not impressed with this visit.

Came in on a Saturday,was greeted by Eli Wortman,he helped me with all questions I had right away. There was no pressure like I had to buy a vehicle. Monday I went back in told Eli the vehicle I wanted, walked me through everything I needed to know. Great experience. Eli Wortman is the man!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle all on my own. As a woman, I always felt like walking into a car dealership by myself was somewhat intimidating. I did not feel this way at all at Gross Motors. Steve and the rest of the staff made me feel very comfortable and confident with this experience, and my decision to choose the right vehicle for my needs and wants. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Gross Motors I m the future, when I am in the market again.

Knew that when I brought it in the problem would be diagnosed and repaired! I was a little hesitant because I know the labor rate is considerably higher at a dealership ... and I was right! Jamie did a good job keeping me informed and doing his best to keep the cost down. I appreciate the atmosphere and attentiveness of the service staff!
