Stopped here to fix a blown trailer tire on a Saturday...shop was a bit busy...got there at 130 and was told it might be 3 before I could get in. They gave me a call at 230 and told me to pull in.Had Jake in Bay 2 work on it. He's extremely good worker..had my tire fixed and straightened out my mudflap hanger within an hour. Thanks Jake...great job!!!

On labor day, i checked in at 705am.Dave at the Desk went out of his way,walked to my truck to check air mayor leak issue coming from one of the main vaulves. Dave had Fred come out and diagnose issue.Fred caged brakechamber,put me in a bay right away.Check in to check out within 1 hour,was able to pick up my load in time.Awesome guys!!! The service was very quick and rates were reasonable.I called them for a roadside assistance from a close by rest area. They advised to drive to their location since it could be more cheaper. I managed to drive to their location, they took my vehicle in pretty quick and fixed the tire.

Very Friendly stuff specially guy name Craig I know him long time.He is trying to help you faithfully and honestly not like others stops making money out of youI always come here for any oil changes if they are short of staff you gotta wait bit usually they take care of you right away.

7/2/22 Guys avoid this place Unless you don t have a choice worse service won't ever go their again I came for oil change after they told me they done for the oil change I check my oil they did not change anything I just check before I leave and I realize they did not put oil so when they told you they done make sure you check your oil before you leave.Horrible Service! i would give 0 stars if i could!!

I spoke to Dave on the phone to set up service and the way he was talking to me was almost like he felt I had to business calling this shop. All I needed was a tire and he continuously spoke over me and tried to correct me over little things like I didn t know what I was talking about. Dave s tone was very much a I hate my job and I don t want to be talking to you right now sort. I would rather go 50 miles out to get service elsewhere than have to deal with that kind of disrespect again. Don t answer the phone for customers if you aren t going to speak to them like you want their business.Service: Tires

They answered my call pretty fast, got us to the shop with no waiting time. But didn t want to fix a simple tyre puncture. Just offered to buy a new or used one. And they were pretty surprised when we decided to take the damaged tyre with us. Cause they already marked it with white marker to fix later and I guess sell. Otherwise why would they do it. Good business. Refuse to fix a simple thing => sell new tyre => take damaged tyre for free => fix it => sell it.

You can't say enough about the Boss shop .....employees are great ,shops are clean and tidy ,they do the job you ask them to do and let you inspect what was done and show you if there are any concerns that need to be addressed on truck or trailer...they will do a brake check on truck and trailer complimentary which is very helpful during DOT inspection weeks.....upon completion of work when payment is made Boss Shop utilizes the Pilot/Flying j rewards program to add points to your card....Searcy Trucking company trucks and owner-operaters have been going to Boss Shop Fargo,ND and Black River Falls, WI for years.

New Years Eve. Driving home from Greenville SC to Mpls in negative temperatures. , Starting having trouble with our truck gelling up. Almost stranded on I94! Called The Boss Shop and they were open said to just come on in. WE barely made it and it was worth the effort! Cody, Dan & Ryan took EXCELLENT care of us and they had has back on the road in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this place for it's outstanding customer service, quality of work and their honest and affordable pricing.. Thanks!

Called ahead to let you know hem know what was needed, no problem.Arrived at 1415, needed a wheel seal replaced on drive, one manager, one tech, tech said rotor was to hot, 2nd shift would be in at1500. Fighting clock, would not even jack it up, remove tires to help get a start.Manager just shrugged. Removed vehicle. Had good experiences before this, young fellow didn't want to get dirty. Makeing sure the company I am leased to knows this, and letting others know of experience. Will be talking to corporate Monday, as if they will care. Cross off exit 116, Black River Falls Wisconsin as a stop for anything, will call a wrecker first.My truck my call.

Customer service is a joke. They are 30 minutes away. They give your ETA. After hour, call for ETA. get told the was "confusion" in the shop. Tech is "leaving now." Hour later, still no tech and no o e will answer the phone. Been on hold waiting for 15 minutes.
