Towing with Stoney. He stayed in touch and answered my calls. I was almost 2 hours out. The vehicle was towed where I requested, and Simpsons let me come in the next day and take care of the bill.Thanks.

A bunch of thieves almost $400 to tow a car a few miles, plus tax wouldn't recommend them to Satan. And I wouldn't give them any stars except Google wants me to. In fact they would get negative five stars.

Highly recommend it's a shop that you can send your wife or daughter's and they will get the same quality work and pricing as anyone else. Just good honest people

Towed my car & then damaged it. Owner was extremely rude when trying to figure out what to do about the damage done to my car. Highly recommend to not have these people touch your vehicle unless you want to pay for the damages they do to your vehicle like I am now having to do

Happy Camper! Coming up to Black Creek my check engine light came on in my SUV. Not from the area I was lucky enough to stop at the first auto repair place I saw. Keep in mind the end of the day was nearing and they were probably getting ready to close up shop for the Labor Day weekend. I walked in the office and asked the guy behind the counter if he could pull the code on my car. He was happy to help and we determined it was nothing serious with the car and I could continue on my way. Thank you so much for the help. Definitely go here if you need anything automotive related for your car. I arrived safely at my campsite and caught a lot of fish! Thanks again!

I have nothing but good things to say about Simpson Auto Service! We had an issue with the car my son uses to get to and from UW Madison with. We called Mark and asked if we brought it in on a Thursday afternoon if he could have it fixed by the weekend for our son to bring back. He said they were very busy but would find time to get it done. Not only did he do as he promised, he also charged us a fair price. Exceptional customer service!

My car broke down at 400 due to the alternator failing, I was an hour from home and it was a bad snowstorm.. They had no alternator in stock but got on the phone and located one which arrived by 440, my car was up and running shortly after 500, the price was lower than expected.

Always timely and affordable service on most all makes. Never had any discrepancy between estimate and total bill. Simpson auto will always back their work.

Ridiculously priced towing and storage. Not very helpful or personable person on the phone or at the desk. Will not ever go back there.
