Very helpful staff, Derek P. helped us get our new Polaris General all set up the way we wanted it, right on time...We are also renting some SxS UTVs for a company picnic and they have been very helpful. Can't wait to go back!Just check out all the fun we had riding out of Airtec Birchwood

We just recently bought our new to us Polaris RZR - Derek, Justin & Dawn were fantastic! Very great customer service! Kodiak was very knowledgeable in showing us the ins & outs of the machine! We are very happy with our purchase & recommend these guys & gal!

Recently purchased a used UTV from Airtec in late June. Ryan was great at helping with the purchase. What I really liked about Ryan was if he did not know something about my purchase he said so and would followup with the answer once he ask others in the organization. Many sales people would tell you most anything. Ryan was honest and has a "Think Customer" mindset. I worked with Justin and he was also great in helping with the documentation and paper work. The DNA at Airtect is evident that they do care about the customer. I was pleased to hear they have some of great mechanics that worked at Thomas Marine previous owner. All the mechanics are very talented. Entire staff was great and kept me informed on the status of my UTV before I picked it up. It was fully inspected before it was turned over to me. I will be back for future service or purchases.

Tom and the folks at Thomas Marine did an awesome job restoring our 20ish year old pontoon. The new vinyl floor is great, and they undid a lot of harm done at a previous marina to our ETEC motor.

I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. I've been lied to so many times in a month that it's pathetic. I was going to buy a bass boat out of state until I came across the bass boat that I really liked from this place. I own a local small business and I would never ever conduct business the way this place has. If you want to be jerked around by all means come to this place and it'll be the worst buying experience of your entire life and you will be sure to regret it. I could go on and on about this place but I'm choosing not too. I absolutely do not trust a word that this place says. If you know someone who works for this place you might have a better experience, if not be prepared for the worst buying experience of your life. I average buying 2 toys a year. This place will never see my business again. For a boat that listed in excellent condition. The lower unit had to be rebuilt before I could even bring it home. A month later I finally got the call after numerous calls saying it still wasn't ready. I finally get a call saying it's ready and the keys didn't even work for the lockable storage spaces.

I am very happy with the repairs to my elderly snowmobile. It took several weeks but that was mostly due to difficulty finding parts. The repairs were well done. Wish they had under roof storage for work in progress, so it didn't have to sit out! Great staff.

We had service done on our new 2022 Wolverine X4 and these guys were great. Very friendly and informative. They provided great advice and fair prices for their service. They weren't up selling, even letting us know what we didn't need to worry about right now. Kodiak was our service tech and Jason was very helpful. W brought our 6x6 to them as well for service and I know they rent side by sides and Snowmobiles and also service boats. It's nice to have a place I trust so close to our cabin.

We had a problem with our snowblower. 2 degrees outside. The guys came out to the parking lot, accessed the problem, repaired it. In and done in 15 minutes. Awesome work guys. Hope Tom enjoyed skiing out west.

Only Pontoon Trailers to rent to bring your pontoon to the shop for repairs. NO Pontoons or Fishing Boats for rental here for recreational use. THANK YOU. MGMT.
