Stopped here to see about getting an emissions test after the previous place stated they no longer do the test. There is a sign stating emission testing 8-12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The man who greeted me asked if I could make that time, I stated I worked so I wouldn t be able to and asked if he knew of anywhere else to get the test done. He then told me just to pull up and he d quick help me out. Such an extremely nice man. Very grateful to have stopped in here as many people know it seems to be more difficult to find places to do this test. Highly recommend

I was only there for an emissions test, but the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. That is saying a lot, since most owner operators of auto repair places have stopped offering emissions testing. I called ahead and he said he would wait for me and he had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Excellent customer service!

I stopped in with my sons car for emissions ( so many places stopped doing it) and the owner was extremely friendly, he even was able to quickly re-program a faulty TPMS sensor! Highly recommend.

Amazing place!! Great people. Rick and Brian were so helpful I told them what I wanted. They didn't have it on their lot but they looked up what was near by and found what I was looking for. We went looked at it in the auction I liked it. Got it to his lot did an inspection on it , it checked out talked numbers that I liked got everything to go thru the same day and drove off in my new 05 dodge 2500. Very helpful people. Best experience I ever had with buying a new car. I'm going there from now on amazing place!!!!!

I have had a great experience with Zarate's Auto Sales! I had been looking to purchase my first car and was on the look out for a specific used car when I saw it on their website. When I came in, Brian was very friendly and helpful. He told me as much as he knew about the car and it's history, and even called a Toyota dealer when I asked about a possible recall made on the car. The week that I purchased it, I noticed that a tail light was out and brought it back in to get it fixed. They fixed it for absolutely no charge. I highly recommend Zarate's Auto Sales and they made the experience of buying my first car easy and enjoyable!

The best in the area. Someone always answers right away, the service is fast and fair priced. And we even sold a car to them when we inherited a extra vehicle. Hard to find a all in one small town shop like that these days.

My son is looking to buy his first car on his own. The salesman was very honest and forthcoming with the financial component. We have been to other car lots were all they cared about was a sale. Although we did not purchase a car today, I am confident we will be back here!!

My coworker referred me to this place. I was under the impression that this shop did custom work from what the owner told my coworker. I took them my 1995 impala ss to have some custom work done. Not once did I have to sign anything giving them consent to work on my car but not only that, I also never received a quote for the work I needed done. It wasn't until about a month into them working on the car that the owner Rick told me it was going to be around $2000. I was okay with that but when I went to pick my car up the job was not completed and on top of that my car was damaged and needed body repair now. I had to talk to the owner over the phone because he was not there. He started cursing at me and I refused to speak with him. I had to deal with Brian from then on. I refused to pay the $2300 that the bill was for and the owner told Brian that he'd settle for a cash payment of $1785 and that it had to be cash or inhad to pay the full amount. This place should not even be in business if this is how it's conducted. Now I have to finish the job and get body work done! I guess I learned a lesson here!!

Just purchased my new car from Zarate this past week. My previous experiences when attempting to buy a car weren t really positive experiences until I went to Zarate. The staff there are very knowledgeable about their cars. I worked with Pery and he made the whole process very smooth and enjoyable! Hopefully when the time comes for my next vehicle I will be able to find a car through Zarate again! A+ across the board!

I recently purchased a 2008 Cadillac CTS from Jon at Zarate's. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Jon got me a good interest rate that was lower than other places and responded to every email I sent no matter if it was 10pm or 5am, as I work nights and that's when I email. I know when I need a car in the future this is the first place i'll look. Thanks guys.
