Awesome place/people! I purchased my new/used 2023 SG from Jamie s and can say it was a very positive experience. I had been looking for awhile and they had some great priced bikes in stock.Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to send anyone their way!

Purchased a 2022 Harley-Davidson from Jamie. Incredible deal great people. Very refreshing to have the owner right there and involved. Great inventory. I would look here before anyplace else for a bike.

Trust, It s a word that doesn t hold a lot of water like it once did. I drove 2 1/2 hours hoping that I could rely on that word once again and I m glad I did! The bike was exactly as listed, not just words used as a ploy to encourage people to shop there store.I waited a few weeks and put on someMiles before posting this review and couldn t be happier!!The Gentleman I dealt with, went by the name of Bob. The demeanor he carried with him should be in every sales reps pocket. You ll see, he s very confident and knowledgeable about the bikes he has on the floor, He s there to help you, not push you. If you see a bike listed by Jamie s customs & powersports don t hesitate like I did. Feel confident they re not selling junk!

Jamie had a set of Factory 47 12 gloss black bars for my road glide hanging on the shelf in the show room. I asked Jamie how much for the bars. I ll buy them today. Verbatim response . He replies with I THINK they re spoken for! Huh? Then why have the bars hanging in the showroom? I would ve liked to support a local guy in the area! Everyone wonders why they can t sell anything, it s because of this attitude right here. I guess I have to be like everyone else and support Factory 47 directly and order off the internet. Just for this experience I ll never deal with Jamie s or send anyone his way to buy a bike. Why not sell me the bars that day and order another set if you truly were going to use the bars. The excuse I THINK they re spoken for really got me.

We traveled 5 and 1/2 hours to this establishment and I would travel twice that distance again if I had to when I'm ready to purchase another bike. Jamie and his staff are amazing, I just can't say enough about this fabulous business.Great selection of bikes.

Jamie's Customs had a Harley-Davidson that I was interested in. I sent an internet message and got a call from Bob. We talked for close to an hour about the bike, its history, riding and life in general. I found him to be knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. SO much so that I bought the motorcycle over the phone without ever seeing it in person. Then, to top it all off, I flew to Milwaukee to pick it up and ride it 400 miles home. It was just as described and Bob made the whole process easy and comfortable. I had a phenomenal experience.

I purchased my first ever motorcycle from Jamie's. It was a very positive experience and I couldn't be happier with my bike. It was priced right and they were helpful, responsive, and fair. I'd called to inquire about a bike I'd seen advertised online and worked with Mel to understand more specifics. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Jamie's and would highly recommend working with Mel if the opportunity presents. He's good people and I'm confident will do you right.

Jamie and his staff are stand up professionals that care about their work. I was dealing with a headache of build on my dyna and jamie(the owner) was willing to give me a hand after hours and even on a Sunday, just so I could hit the streets for the 120th. If you have work that needs to be done go here!!

What a fantastic experience! From the Facebook Marketplace chat to meeting them in person, the staff at Jamie s was extremely helpful in the purchase of my motorcycle. Beautiful showroom, and great deals. I can t say enough good things about my experience. If your looking for a new vehicle I would highly recommend them for your next purchase.

I have to say, the inventory here at Jamie's is top notch. You can tell that they're picky about what they put on the showroom floor. From Bikes to quads and side by sides, it's a pretty cool layout.Your first visit, you'll notice everything from custom painted bikes to maybe a Porsche and a few snowmobiles. When I initially stopped by, they were out front grilling away. Right away they'll offer you a water. The sales guy, Todd took care of me. He's a pretty cool dude. We were talking about the shop and some of their customs and he showed me their body shop and and paint room. Paullie was back there, working away. I was told they shoot, PPG, DuPont and House of color paints. That was a pretty cool your also.I did purchase a bike from here. An immaculate, unmolested HD Road Glide and they had a few to choose from. They have Classics, to Road Kings. A few Victorys and these custom painted Bobbers that had bass boat paint on them. Those bike are super cool. There's also a custom chopper that was in the showroom window. Had magazine articles and pics from winning a bunch of awards. I think it would be worth a visit just to see this bike.Working with Todd and the sales manager Bob, I traded my old bike in and they worked with me on the price. I have to admit that I'm quite happy. The bike I purchased, was priced to sale. I've been looking for a specific bike for a couple months. Jamie's had the bike that I chose to pull the trigger on. They got me financed on the spot too. Jamie the owner even sat down with us and made sure I was happy.I have to admit that I'm very impressed here. It took a stressful situations of spending a lot of money and made it a comfortable experience. If you're looking for a bike from maybe $5,000 all the way to $20/25,000. This should be your first stop. But I'm just saying that from my experience.

Drove 12 hrs , met Jamie and staff very nice people ,great clean show room, with a very nice selection of bikes. Jamie is a very talented craftsman has been around and loves his passion for the road he has traveled.

I love this place. The bikes are all very nice and the sales staff is honest. Nicole even stayed late so I could pick up my bike. The other guys were a 4 star group, but she takes them to a 5!

I had an awesome experience with Jamie's Customs in purchasing my new Harley. Bob was nothing short of awesome from start to finish and worked with me to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. Arguably one of the most professional and personable salesman I've worked with, Bob has set a new standard for what I'm looking for when purchasing a new vehicle. They definitely made the 5 hour trek worth it!

Bike was supposed to have been gone through by mechanic but I found several things like loose rear turn signals oil leak right side after driving for a while loose wires under seat but yet inspection sheet said everything was good to go I won't be going back there again beware

I had been looking around for a bike for a while. Went to a competitors dealership and felt like they were just sleazy used car salesman. I went in to see what Jamie's had to offer. I worked with Brad. Easy to work with took time to make sure that i was looking at the bike I wanted to own. then got paperwork taken care of. Easy to work with and seem to be GREAT people, knowledgeable, and has a good selection for all price points. Spoke with Jamie for a bit and really enjoyed the experience. it seemed to be more then just a transaction to them. Thanks Guys

Purchased a beautiful 04 Wrangler from Jamie s. The trust that I developed in speaking with Jamie was rewarded when the Jeep was delivered to my home in Massachusetts. Couldn t be happier with the vehicle or the enjoyable experience dealing with Jamie and Nicole. Jamie is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Nicole was professional, responsive and helpful through the whole process from the initial paperwork to the shipment. I enjoy sharing my Jamie s Customs experience with friends and colleagues. Very cool.

All I have to say is AWESOME!Found Jamie s customs on Chopper Exchange when looking for a Street Glide! They had one that really peaked my interest! Drove hour and a half to take look at it and walked in the door to it being sold total disappointment! But found a absolutely perfect one sitting next to the one I went there to look at. Bob was the best salesman I have ever worked with! Very easy transaction. Loaded bike on truck with me gave me a couple T-shirts and away I went a very happy customer!!! Will recommend anyone To go check it out!!!! Thank you Jamie s customs I will return!!!!!!

The guys at Jamie's customs are awesome. Whenever I go in there someone always greets me right away. I had my 09 Yamaha V-Star in to get a rear tire installed. Paul in service was fantastic. I got there right at closing and they got me in quick. As I was waiting I had a nice conversation with Bob one of the sales guys who really knows his bikes. It was a very nice conversation and when it's time to shop For a new bike Bob is my guy. Jamie came over and introduced himself and I can tell he is a good dude. He was super nice and actually showed that he cared. I will be doing business at Jamie's Customs in the near future. I highly recommend them.

We started looking for a well maintained, low miles, rust free jeep in earnest about 6 months ago. The first things you learn is they are a little rare, hold their value and patience pays off. Little did we know we would find one essentially in our own backyard. Jamie's had a good selection that rotates quickly (better inventory updates and pricing on the website would be helpful). Cody did a great job of explaining and showing us a variety of jeeps. He is very easy to work with, pleasant and eager for you to make the right choice. Bob made the transaction seamless. The experience shows. They clearly want you to leave happy and understand the value of reputation. Don't want them to get complacent so 4 stars to keep them hungry. I would make it 4.5 if they would let me. Thanks guys. Off to NC with our beach ride. So far so good.

I recently decided to buy my husband a Street Glide as a surprise and ended up falling in love with one that Jamie's had posted on eBay. The bike didn't meet the reserve so I called the next day and spoke to Bob. I had never bought a bike before and after trying to negotiate a bit, (I soon realized buying a bike is nothing like buying a car, lol) I believe I got a fair price. The bike is beautiful and after being patient with us, as we worked out transportation (we live in NY), it finally arrived last night. It's stunning. I highly recommend these guys.

What an awesome place! The truck I bought was beautiful! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cody showed me the collection while I was there and Bob was a great person to finalize the deal. Just an awesome experience! Also a huge shout out to Jamie who brought the who deal together! The man has an eye for amazing cars and trucks! I'm just sorry I didn't get to meet him.

I called Jamie's looking for a Jeep. I spoke with Bob and talked about what I was looking for and he walked me through their current inventory that fit my needs. He's not exaggerating about the quality of Jeeps they get. The photos are real folks. They're so accurate that I bought my 2003 Rubicon site unseen (crazy right) and drove 5 hours to pick it up. I signed the papers and Bob had me back on the road in about hour. I then drove over 300 miles (freeways included) with no issues. A great experience all around!

First, as soon a you enter the showroom, it appears spotless and in order. Second, you are greeted by either Jamie or an associate and they are totally service oriented and want nothing except to listen to the customer and meet THEIR needs. Third, all questions were answered squarely without equivocation. I purchased a 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ in spotless condition at a very fair price. The Jeep is always what I wanted and I finally had an opportunity to purchase one. Jamie and his professional crew made that happen in a few hours. I could not be happier since I know if anything goes wrong - they will gladly address the issue since customer service is everything to them. Jamie knows that happy customers are lifetime customers and I will gladly spread the news.

Recently purchased a 2017 Street Glide Special from Bob and the Jamies Customs team. Wanted to say how easy and straight forward it was working with Bob. Great price on the new bike and a fair price on my trade. I ve used Jamies for years on custom engine builds, service, and now a purchase. It s been a great experience every time. I ll be back ;)
