I needed an estimate for some collision repair work. Jeff helped me right away. He presented me with several options to move forward with the work. The initial estimate only took a couple of minutes. I'm looking forward to moving forward with the project. Very pleasant experience so far.

the most helpful and kind people. they were prompt and fairly priced and easy to work with and they did an amazing job on the bumper I brought in.I've attached a photo of the bumper and my before and after photos of my shattered duct taped bumper cover vs new and painted.

What I loved the most about getting my car fixed here was the level of communication. PJ communicated with me along every single process. The estimate matched the final price (which was affordable) and was easily accepted by my insurance. My car was fixed within the provided timeframe & it looks better than ever.

I spoke with PJ over the phone who was super helpful and informed me of the next steps (towing the car to them) in dealing with my car that was in an accident. Jeff sent a quote the very next day to my insurance company (MAACO billed the insurance company the cost of towing). The insurance called me soon after with the next steps. (car was totaled). I then stopped into the shop to pick up the items left in the car and Jeff was there to answer all of my clarifying questions. Please consider using them as this is my 3rd car situation with them and all have been super wonderful experiences. 5 STARS

Very helpful. I appreciated their honesty. Buffed out my scrape, realized it didn't dent my car as bad as it looked, didn't even break the paint. I left very happy, with no charge to me.

I just brought my Honda Civic here for some work, and PJ was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also a super friendly guy. He ended up not even charging me for the minor work that was done. I don t see many places like this anymore highly recommend!

I brought in my '92 Toyota MR2 Turbo for bumper repair and paint correction. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing and matching a fairly rare color they also gave me a small can of leftover paint for any future touch up jobs u could need as well as sending me progress pictures. Just in time for Automotion!

spent a little over $5000.00 for rocker panel and cab corner replacment. and to remove dents on a gmc sonoma .and paint for just the frount of the truck and not for the bed. . has paint runs. both frount fenders still have dents. there a decent size chip on the roof that looks like they just sprayed over .tons of over spray they had to paint it twice. and fix cab corners and rockers twice those are nice now. jeff was nice . but i really was hoping the job would be done right. but i feel it was a case of we got his money so just get it out the door. i was really hoping to leave a good review but i just cant .they had the truck for over 3 months i hoped for better. I would recommend you used your small town body shop they would take more pride in their work and you will probably get a much better job. Left me a message saying to call him up to see how they can resolve the issue your way of resolving the issue is telling me there's nothing else they can do and pretty much just deal with it LOL place is a joke I don't think they've ever heard of block sanding and a guide coat before laying down paint i did get back to them as they asked. they did nothing .

Huge thanks to Jeff and the crew. Brought my 2014 SierraIn for body work. Jeff worked with the insurance company and handled everything. My truck looks great and it took less time to do the work than was estimated. Part of my job is delivering parts all over the city to different auto repair shops. New Berlin Maaco is one of the cleanest well run places I've seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had service at MAACO in New Berlin and am very pleased with this experience.I needed some repair work after I tried to fix it myself and only made it worse. I met with Jeff and he explained what needed to be done in order to repair the car properly. His communication skills are great and he is always kind and courteous.The work was done according to schedule. This is my first bad review for any business. I am very disappointed with my paint job I received from this Maaco. I have used the one in Waukesha and never have had an issue. I bought a car off Carvana and there was issues with the paint and this was the only authorized location to fix the issue. Maaco of New Berlin repainted the front and rear bumpers. Upon pulling up to pick up my car I could see that the color was not correct. I am assuming the painter or anyone during reassembly would have noticed and just didn't care because it is very noticeable. See photo. On top of that the front bumper had a 3M clear bra that was not removed and just painted over. I can pretty much peel the paint off because they painted over the clear sticker.... I address this on pick up and was told this is how the paint sits on a plastic bumper. (Not true) I have since contact Maaco of New Berlin and Maaco headquarters but, no response.Service: Painting

I love supporting local businesses and I had to share a fabulous experience at MAACO auto body in New Berlin, WI. Jeff the manager was excellent to work with from start to finish regarding auto body repairs. He worked in transition with my insurance company and the entire process was painless and seamless. They finished the repairs early and the work estimate was almost exact. I strongly recommend you give this business a try.
