Great if you can get the service. Good luck trying. It used to be first come first served, then it went to a scheduled service. It changed because the Beloit Walmart has no reliable employees who come to work. Walmart has manipulated the schedule due to this and neither way works. Nobody answers the phone to schedule. If you have a flat tire under warranty or the battery you purchased died while on warranty, you are out of luck to get in touch with the store to schedule the service because they don t answer. I had a mechanic answer the phone and tell me he s the only one who showed up for work that day, and he s answering the phones, doing the work and checking people out. Too bad your battery died and it s the middle of winter and you have a warranty. No appointments right now and don t come in. Their customer service is terrible. Won t be back and they could care less.

I felt that the staff was very friendly and overall did a great job and with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend. Just make sure you re not in a rush because sometimes it does take an hour depending hon how many people are working and how many customers are waiting.Services: Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil changeServices: Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change

We had a flat tire late in the evening and they we able to squeeze us in and even stayed late to fix it! Very happy with the service we received.

I came in at 4:30 and was told that the 2 new tires would be installed within 30-45 minutes. We came back an hour later and they hadn t started the car yet. At that point they told us 1/2 hour to 45 minutes yet again. In the end they didn t finish until 7 pm. 2 1/2 hours after being told 30-45 minutes. When we paid, the tire department clerk didn t even offer an apology or say thank you.We d asked to keep 1 of the tires being replaced, and they neglected to do that as well as not putting the hubcaps on. We had to return for the hubcaps and tire.We ended up going up front to talk to a manager who turned out to be an associate coach. She didn t offer an apology and was very rude and extremely condescending. We ended up leaving more upset than we were before talking to the associate coach. How can she coach associates if she can t treat us respectfully and at least offer an apology?If considering automotive repairs, I d highly recommend you not use Beloit Walmart service center. If you shop here and have a problem, you re highly unlikely to get any satisfactory resolution.We were forced to give this review 1 star but if we could we d give 0 or negative stars.Service: Auto tire replacement

Absolutely horrible experience. Went in for an oil change. 4 hours later it was finally done. They put air in the tires and cracked the valve stem. They knew it was froze up but they forced air in it anyways and broke it then they had the nerve to charge me for it..so they cost me more money and wasted another 3 hours of my time over their mistake I never asked them to do. Go Literally Anywhere Else! They'll break stuff and charge you for it.

They have pretty good service at the Beloit Walmart Auto Center. It truly depends on what employee is there when you have your vehicle serviced. I've noticed that the younger employees do a faster and higher quality job.

I bought a battery for my 2008 Mercury Mariner. I took it for testing after the battery died twice.They said the battery is fine never have a replacement.I ended up getting a new one at autozone.

Came here to get a patch in my tire. They tried to tell me the tire was too far gone and their policy was to replace all four tires. It's a brand new vehicle, tires are less than a year old. They refused to patch it and said there was a tear near the rim. There wasn't. So I had my uncle patch it in the parking lot. It was a very small hole from a small rivet in the tread, nowhere near the sidewall. They lied to me to try to make me buy 4 brand new tires. I do not trust them and I will absolutely never use their services again.Service: Tires

Great place for a quick tire change while doing shopping, to be honest I'm mainly rating this on convenience because they usually get u in pretty quick, have good deals when in a pinch and u can shop while u wait or come back like I've also done. We just recently had 4 tires installed on my wife's suv that we bought online and I've also bought multiple cheap tires for cars I decided to sell in the past because nobody could beat their prices for a in stock tire, used tires were litteraly $15 less than new with a mount and balance

People were polite. Came in for slow leak in tire. Was told tech could not fix. Not true. Felt they were trying to sell me tires. When I agreed to buy 2 tires they did not have in stock. Then asked tech to put spare on, which they said they did but did not. Did not have my car all afternoon and nothing resolved. Will never return here.

Took my pontiac grand am in for a oil change and they tried to tell me some light on the dashboard came on so they couldn t work on it unless I had it looked at. I get my car back to see if any lights were on, which none were, and they said they re not going to change the oil. And then I had money in my middle compartment and they stole that. Talked to the Manager and he was very unprofessional. Do not bother to come here at all.

It's was very bad visit. I was lied to about schedule about appointment. They told me they don't schedule appointments. I asked for help with the coffee maker. The woman said give 1 second and she never help me. I've been trying to get a tire patched since 7 am for 3 days and they still they put me at the end of the list. So they lied to me earlier and said they don't schedule appointments

Friendly and honest staff. Went in to change my tire because it kept on getting flat but instead it was just the air valve that needed to be replaced. Plus oil changes are cheaper here then most places ive been to and I get mobil 1 synthetic.

Brought my vehicle here, at first they wouldn't touch it because I had 2 lug nuts missing on both sides (My bad, no big deal). Went to O'Reilly and bought 3 just in case. Came back, took them 30 minutes to get it back into the garage on the lift and then 20 minutes later the guy comes out and tells me they still won't work on it because their POWER tools wouldn't take off one of the lug nuts. So then I had to wait for them to put my rims back on, wait for the guy to drive my vehicle around the parking lot which he killed twice because he apparently can't drive a manual although he claims to have a CDL. Both associates had very poor attitudes and spent more time joking with each other than working on the vehicles in the bay. I will continue to buy tires from Walmart but I will not let them touch my vehicle again.

Took my car here for an oil change, when I first got there the employee told me they could get to it right away. I go into the Walmart to do my shopping while they did the service. I was in the store a little over 45 minutes and returned to the Tire & Lube center to pick up the car.Employees tell me they just pulled it into the shop and haven't even begun servicing yet. They tell me they have been "slammed" with all the cars coming in. I point out to them that when I arrived, there was only one other car being looked at. They tell me it will be 20 minutes.Five minutes later they come back, hand me the key and say "we cannot work on this car because of the damage to the front, it's a liability."I say, "oh, you mean the dented hood that is entirely cosmetic? Under the hood the vehicle is in perfectly good condition.""Well, sorry."

Not only did they use the wrong oil they said they reset the computer for oil life and they did not. The Walmart in Beloit Wisconsin would get zero stars if I could. The worst.

Clueless. Went in for a vibration in the front end ask him to check the tires. he tells me all the tires need to be replaced I said what about the vibration. you said I don't know could be a loose sway bar or bad shock going to have to take it to a mechanic. Apparently Walmart doesn't have mechanics that work in the automotive section

When you go in to have an oil change and instead of changing your oil, they like to fill it up to the brim to a point to where your engine starts to smoke. Yes, dont go here for oil changes. I had to go to the Janesville walmart for then to fix it.

They changed my oil cheap and quick. They forgot to reset the Maintainance Required light so one star for that. I'll go back.

Got 4 new tires make the appointment over the phone and when I got there they said that I never make the appointment I just got my tires and go to a different place for installation and it's cheaper

Walmart in Beloit were very nice coutirous and very helpful in fixing my tire I would go there again They also put 3 new tires on my car which are still under warranty so they do have good tires I thank them for their service

Came in to get both back tires replaced. They said it would be two hour wait when they had no other cars there. Done two and a half hours later.

Friendly staff but was told 45 minutes for a tire leak repair and over an hour later and still waiting, the techs walk around like they work at the dmv and like to chit chat with each other if an employee named Woody is doing your tires I'd walk out and go somewhere else Update 2.5 hrs later all done no charges because of the wait

I left a wheel and tire to be mounted they informed me I needed a new tire pressure sensor for which I am grateful and it turned out their price for the sensor was about about half the price I would have paid at most auto parts stores

Horrible customer service. Made an apt at 4 and by 530 they called the job could not be done. when requesting to speak to the manager about the issue - he was just as unhelpful. very disappointed in my experience
