Top tier customer service! They got me in first thing in the morning, and I was all done within an hour. Everyone was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. F&F was very clean and the waiting room was quiet so I could relax, have a cup of free coffee if I wanted, and read my book while they worked on my car. 100% recommend and will be returning in the future. Thank you!!

Would not recommend Troy is a horrible receptionist BBB need to investigate these people I felt profiled. Had a wheeling alignment done and now have a knocking noise under my truck, not to mention put brand new parts on which was reason for work, took truck back and was denied service after a 115.00 front only alignment. Had to file a police report

Went in for an alignment and tire balance AWD vehicle. Told me the tires aren t worth balancing due to cupping. They proceeded to tell me that the car has a straight axle in the rear and couldn t align the rear. After I corrected them that the rear was independent suspension he then said they couldn t get the adjuster loosened, tried everything including heat/torch. I just rotated the tires myself and there is no cupping on the tread. I then checked the rear alignment adjuster, no heat marks and it came loose with a ratchet. These guys are scammers! Buyer beware!

To Kent. So they, F&F Tire, could not fully adjust your alignment, and they told you up front about it, and didn t charge you for the 4 wheel alignment! How did they rip you off? And also didn t want to charge you to balance your tires that were not worth balancing. Doesn t sound like they ripped you off at all. But maybe you reviewed the wrong business. Or this is a fake review. Always sketchy when some reviews a business that doesn t have a full name.

5 star experience, truck tire had a screw in, the guys in the garage drove it in, plugged it, and I was on my way, the gentleman at the counter told me it was on the house, cause of us being in the automotive business are selfs, thank you guys , AWSOME, SERVICE......

I had flat tire on rental car and they tried to fix it but the hole was too close to the sidewall. They put on spare for me, and did not charge me because of the hassle I was experiencing with a rental car. Now that's service!!!

I went to get an alignment on my vehicle today and let me tell you my car rides and drives so much smoother. The gentle men that did my work were very nice and I enjoyed my experience its highly Recommended. Thank You!

The team were great. I called at 7.30am not sure that they could help with the noise from my brakes that I needed seen and fixed on the same day before a big road trip.Brandon was an incredible communicator and kept me posted on progress, cost, timing and options. Very happy.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning because my tire pressure light was on thinking I would for sure be told to come back or make an appointment. To my surprise they got me right in and repaired my tire; I was in and out in less than an hour (on a Saturday w/o an appointment)! Great place, super friendly, didn t make me feel intimidated . they for sure have my future business.

Got a quote for rack and pinion work. Yea, they said $1600 . Don't go here got quote from Shamrock acres $800. These chain shops in every town and cities. Like these guys and Firestone. Completely out here to rob ppl.

I called F&F Tire World wanting to buy a new tire and have it installed the same day. The man there was very kind and knowledgeable. I brought my car in and within an hour I was driving away with a new tire. Thank you so much!

Called at 1:40 pm on 03/16/2023 and asked for a wheel balance price, guy told me 90$ I said wow, that s kinda steep. Dude told me to find somewhere else to go. Lol. Amazing service. I ll be calling to complain tomorrow

When I brought my 16 foot trailer up from my shop in Rockford to pick up a load of cabinets from the new showroom I opened a couple blocks away, I noticed a flat tire on the trailer. Upon closer inspection, I discovered the valve stem was broke. A quick search revealed F&F two blocks away. Cool I thought. I've bought 4 new sets of tires over the last couple years from F&F and had other things done from the one I normally go to, this place should be good. I wasn't disappointed. I got my trailer there when they opened as I was on a schedule. Ended up replacing all 4 valve stems because the other ones were showing signs of failing soon. They got it done pretty fast at a very reasonable rate. Big thank you to the guys!

I went to F&F Tire because I needed to get two tires replaced. Their showroom had several brands on the floor so I could scrutinize the various tread patterns for the conditions that I might encounter. I made my choice and made an appointment(which was very reasonable). At the time of my appointment the process went along reasonably well and I was on my way in no time. Everyone I encountered was very courteous and business oriented towards the customers.

Coldest day of the year needed air in my tires every place I called said they'll do it for a price came here they put air in my tires, fast service, friendly people and they didn't charge anything awesome people. I think it's just wonderful that there are people like this out there that will help a person out no matter what even if you're broke, it's just great to have people and places like this around.

Pretty good experience. I was wanting to go with a quality tire for once in my life. The service manager was very helpful and informative. I was excited to find a place downtown Beloit close to the office, so I could leave my car there and walk to office. I was sold on, and ended up getting the "ultra deluxe package" for my tires, which equates to free roadside assistance to change out spare, free repairs of tire in case of puncture, free tire rotations, and $16 oil changes. Just went in for my first oil change yesterday, and it wasn't $16, but total cost was $27. I just think If oil change total price is going to be $27, don't say it is going to be $16 when you're selling tires to me.Edit 5/8/18 - I have been taking my car here for a while now, and I have grown to like this place and the people working here. It is only two doors down from my office, so it is convenient to drop it off to them.

These guys are honest and fair. Not too common now days. I will support local businesses like these over big corporate chains any day. Give them a call or drop in for tire service. These guys are a great bunch and will take good care of you.

Emergency tire repair performed first thing on a Monday morning. In and out 30 minutes within the initial phone call. Manager very courteous, never stopped moving. Great relief after waking on the last leg of our epic 1000 mile journey moving daughter to Wisconsin for first post college job. Next time husband will fix before we leave, but great service here. Better than husband, in this case.

I was in about 3 weeks ago and had leaky axial seals replaced on my Ford Escape. They made it a priority to work with my budge limitations as well as time constraints since I was coming in from out of town. Top notch service and 100 times more flexible than the big name shops! I will be back.

Had a coolant leak on my car, called F&F and they said they would be able to get it in right away. They called me back saying it was the water pump, and they could have it fixed by noon for shy of $500. They also had called the Dodge dealer across the street and checked if it was under warranty and it was. They told me it was under warranty and said they would take it over to the dodge dealer and let them finish up for no charge. They were very helpful, honest and professional. In the future when I have auto needs I will be going to this F&F.

Told me my tire would be ready for pick-up, waited another 20 mins when I got there because they hadn't even started. When I got my tire I was missing my valve cap. They didn't tell me they broke it when I went back and asked for it. I realized after I got home the stem was snapped off in it.
