Marvin was amazing to work with! He was very personable and friendly, but also was incredibly knowledgeable. He went through all of the features with me after purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend working with him if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone that I dealt with was nice and helpful, but Marvin really went above and beyond, and made the process very easy and smooth.

I got my appointment, came in they were very nice. One of the girls seen I was using a cane, so she went and got my car to bring it in the garage. Went to the waiting room. Which was very nice. Staff very nice. I love the staff at Budweiser that is why I keep coming back.

My first experience with Bud Weiser exceeded my expectations. I was in a situation where I needed a car in a pinch. I was greeted at the door by Nate, who was eager and ready to help me. He was sure to get me in a car that was within my budget and still have the features I was looking for. Nate went above and beyond when it came to getting things figured out and finalized. He was honest and straight forward with me during the whole process; as well as kind and truly understanding of my situation. I can t even begin to explain how grateful I am for the service he and his colleagues provided me at Bud Weiser. 10/10 recommend buying your next vehicle from them.

Hands down Marvin is the best sales person I ve experienced. He is very friendly, and only worried about making sure you get the best deal and experience. This was my first car off the lot and he helped with everything including setting up my insurance. He s patient and hands down made the experience 10x better. If you have the opportunity to buy a car with him DO IT! You are in good hands.

Nate made the buying experience a breeze, this was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I m very happy with the service and my purchase! I also noticed that BudWeiser has the lowest prices as far as dealerships go in the area. Would recommend them to anyone!

I had bought a Chevy Cavalier, Kirstie was so helpful and very nice. She made things simple and easy to understand the process let alone the vehicle that I didn't know anything about, Budweiser didn't give me a big run around with paperwork and all like the others, I would recommend them to anyone, Thank you

My car had to be towed as it would not start when I came out of work. It was a Friday late afternoon, and your staff got a tow truck to me, and kept in communication until they arrived. I had a loaner car until my car was repaired. It turned out to be bad gas (and I wasn't the only one at that station) and Shane saved a sample of the fuel that I could show to the gas station. My vehicle was repaired and back out Wed afternoon. Staff were helpful during a stressful time. (My car is only a month old, so I was not feeling good about such a big repair. )

Took my truck in here probably about a year ago. Yes it bugged me enough to leave a review after all this time lol.Called for a appointment told them just a oil change 2 times. Brought my truck in talk to them again and tell them just a oil change. Almost like I was talking yo a wall get done with the service they bring me the bill of course they billed me for a oil rot. I said whatever the company's paying for it not worth dealing with well then I ask for my inspection report and the lady looked upset I asked for it about 90% sure she filled it out right there because it took 5 minutes to get that printed and quite a bit still wasn't filled out. Ok cool glad you had me pay for services after being told 3 times what I wanted and being ensured it was just a oil change and then didn't even do the inspection report and gave me attitude. Guess they didn't realize I was a tech for the last 8 years and took me for a moron.

Bud Weiser personnel went the extra mile taking care of my car's servicing/repair needs. Had a stubborn oil leak and they were able to address the root cause! Chelsea personally followed up with me to ensure things were addressed to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service/repair work.

The 5 stars are for your service advisor named. Shane Dunaway, that really knows his job but, your product that vibrates like an old grinder the Equinox RS is worthless, therefore me my family and friends will never buy another vehicle from your dealership ever again

I took my truck in for a shutter problem, which they fixed before, and it returned. The dealership could not get my truck to shutter, so I took the mechanic for a drive and he experienced the shutter. He stated that he would have to let GM know what was going on and I am not shocked, but GM stated it was the tires vs the transmission. So, I did not receive a new transmission. After leaving the dealership, I took my truck to a local tire shop and they stated that the tires were fine. I am not blaming the dealership however, my truck still shutters and the problem remains. This is a common problem with GM products.

I needed to order a part. When it came in service called to set an appointment as requested when part was ordered. I was called when repair was completed which was quicker than expected. Very happy with the service I received.

Tim was very polite and patient with me. Even though I didn't make a decision to buy a car he still was very polite and not at all pushy. I will call him to see if we can make a deal on a different vehicle.Even though I loved the one I test drove, it is not going to work for me. As it was not what I wanted. I will definitely keep them in mind if I do find what I want.

Kirstie was awesome to work with. I knew which kind of car I wanted, reached out and did most of the deal on the phone. I drove up from the Chicago suburbs to shop with Bud Weiser because Kirstie was so friendly and helpful. Once I got there the rest of the process was a breeze. Kirstie even helped me get set up with the various accounts and apps I needed for my new car. I would highly recommend working with Kirstie and would definitely choose Bud Weiser again in the future.

My husband and I felt very comfortable at Bud Weiser Motors in Beloit, WI.The salesman, Marvin Cephas, was nice to work with. He knows a lot about the vehicles and the features they offer. He took his time with us and answered all the questions we had.We also appreciate the efforts of Greg Stronczek, the finance manager. We felt comfortable discussing financing. We didn't expect to be leaving with a vehicle on the same day we looked! We were very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Bud Weiser Motors to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!

Budweiser was amazing. I bought a 2021 Chevy Blazer, they worked for hours with us. Just so I could drive my new blazer home that day. Otis was great, I've never had a salesman as awesome as Otis. My next vehicle I will definitely be purchasing through Budweiser.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle (and out of necessity since one was totaled last month). I did a lot of browsing online to figure out what type of vehicle I wanted and what my must haves were. I came to Bud Weiser on a whim since I live here in Beloit. I sat down with Daniel and he was very helpful and understood what I was looking for. It definitely eased my anxieties surrounding everything. I test drove a couple of vehicles but ultimately decided to go with a Traverse. Daniel showed me the two available around what I was looking to spend. I spent the following day (Sunday) thinking on it and emailed him that evening letting him know I d be in the following day to purchase. He was great at speeding up the process and getting things together while I was at work, so that my time at the dealership would be minimal. He was great with both of my children who I had brought over those two days.Paperwork signing was a breeze. Quick and easy. I felt confident walking out and even purchased extra warranty on my vehicle.
