I took my jeep here to get a couple recalls fixed. After they fixed my jeep my turn signal was out. They claimed to double check it and it was still not working. The service manager told me that it was the BCM of my car and it would be incredibly expensive to fix. I took it for another opinion. The bulb was out and there was corrosion that was cleaned out. There is nothing wrong with my car. When it was double checked your service dept should have seen the Corrosion and known that was the issue.I would not recommend anyone take their car here or purchase new vehicles from them.

Very bad service experience a couple months ago. They are supposed to be experts but apparently they can only handle simple maintenance. They charged me almost $600 for a part and repair resulting from basically a "guess" at what was wrong. Did not fix it. They part they replaced was fine. I took it back and they just kept saying "we can't duplicate it". They performed a "12 point diagnostic" which was basically irrelevant. Not necessary because I had explained the problem IN DETAIL several times and that there were no error codes. Couldn't give me details about any other diagnostic efforts.I did quite a bit of research but there were no clear-cut solutions available. When I made some suggestions they seemed totally disinterested (which was basically their overall attitude).I won't go back.I tried several things myself and finally fixed it (I think).2014 RAM 1500 5.7L..

Been going to this Store for almost a decade now,and have always been happy with my dealings there.Service after the sale has always been commendable also.Specifically,the Express Lane has always been very prompt and efficient.Justin Bean did a great job with my recent Wrangler purchase.A pleasure to work with,and really knows the product.Highly Recommended,keep up the good work.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Jose at Bryden and we can t say enough good about Jose and this dealership! Jose was excellent, very honest, knowledgeable and personable. They were not only great before the sale, but they are great AFTER the sale when many dealerships stop trying.And we must also give kudos to their service department for offering to fix the stripes on our charger through warranty at no cost to us. We never even asked them to fix them, they offered! Hard to find a dealership that cares that much anymore!We have recommended Bryden to many of our family and friends, who are looking forward to checking them out for their next vehicle purchase.

Recently purchased a 2008 Jeep through a third party that needs a little work on more advanced issues. Discovered that Bryden is near my work and sent them an email earlier this week that received prompt attention and was followed up with a phone call. The phone call was nothing but pleasant, effective, and professional (can't say many other calls of a similar nature have been handled this way in the last month from other dealerships). I honestly can't wait to have my car serviced by them, there was so much respect and transparency - it was a breath of fresh air. Thank you and see you soon!

We have managed to deal with some very nice people here and to be completely honest, our salesperson was the reason we decided to purchase our car from them. The prices are reasonable and the buying process didnt take very long at all. We will buy from here again if we ever decide to purchase another vehicle in the near future.

I'm a transplant to the area . I was car shopping for a car in the Rockford area in 2011 for a Jeep. But the salesmen at the time was too busy to notice a customer. A coworker told me about Bryden I've been going to them every since great service .

I purchased a car from here less than a year ago (September of 2022) and am in shock of just how much needed to be replaced/repaired in such a short time. In addition to paying around 15K for the 2013 Dodge Durango, I have spent well over an additional 6K on repairs. I can t imagine that the mechanics at the dealership did not know some of the issues prior to selling it to me. Here is the comprehensive list:BrakesBoth headlightsCoolant flush (contaminated)Coolant containerStarter/alternatorHeating & housing fanO2 sensorsCatalytic convertersTiresThese have caused me to drive in subzero temperature without heat, not have a consistent working car (resulting in being stranded and having multiple tows), and constant frustration. There has been something wrong with it at least once a month since I ve owned it. I m pretty disappointed in Alvin and the rest of the team at Bryden. Talk about selling someone a lemon

This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience we've ever had. Our salesman, Pierre, was amazing. He was honest and up front with vehicles, prices, features and everything from the test drive to the final paperwork. He stayed by our side and walked us through every step and made the whole buying experience very comfortable. No pressure, no deception, no surprises. My wife and I felt at ease from start to finish. I would highly recommend him if you are there and looking for a vehicle. I live in Montana and was there because our car died suddenly, but if I am ever back in the area, I will make sure to stop by and say hello again.

They do good work on my Jeep.I have had the timing belt replaced twice at each 100,000 mile mark. That is a big job.The Jeep is always done on time and runs great. It now has 283,000 miles on it.

Great place! Second time I had my car serviced at Bryden Motors. They had radiator replaced and car ready to go in couple hours. They washed my car and returned it cleaner then when I dropped it off. It was pleasure working with service coordinator! I will bring my car back and I also love their quick lube service!

Was very disappointed with the way the problem with the AC was handled. Dropped off car to have AC repaired for a leak and ended up paying a lot of money to have parts replaced that didn t need replacing. Leak occurred again. A dye was added to determine the location of the leak. This should have been done the first time. Ended paying even more for the second repair. Picked car up and dash board was damaged from repair work

I have no doubt they are great at selling you a vehicle and most of the reviews seems to be based on that experience. My review is a review of the service dept. I first called to make an appointment for an alignment issue and because it took the dealer almost two weeks to get me in the alignment was not covered by warranty because I was over the mileage by 23 miles, if they had been able to get me in one day earlier it would have been covered. Based on a facebook post I decided to give them a second chance with two issues, one with U-Connect not allowing me to use the app to remote start the truck and one for excessive tire noise. They did get me in much quicker this time at only two days but unfortunately did not resolve either of my issues. Long story short they recommended that I call in a case in hopes that they will get involved and figure out a solve for the issue. Shouldn't that be there job? Not at all happy with this place and certainly would not recommend for anything more difficult than an oil change.Update,This place continues to disappoint! As stated in my previous review I would go here for anything other than an oil change and now that has changed!! Showed up at the express oil change at 11:10 and was turned away because apparently they now have a hard stop at 11:30 for an hour lunch. What? Well, you ve lost more of my money. Craziness!!

I will never buy from them again! Or let them work on my car again. I bought a Jeep compass limited in January. I have the car at their shop 4 times already and it was for the same problem. It was only found out what was wrong because I took it to another another shop who found out what was wrong.I was told by one of the mechanics that I was only imagining there was something wrong with the car. We have spent $400 to fix the problem. I was told they were going to make it right, but I have not got any calls, but I guess I shouldn t be surprised

Update: had to purchase another vehicle. Process was very fast due to time restraint. Thank you Justin for the excellent service. Very clean and professional. Came in with a very particular idea of what I wanted. Justin helped me get the car of my dreams. From looking at the vehicle, being told the specs and also reassuring me throughout the whole process made me very comfortable. The knowledge the team has at Bryden is unmatched. Service Rep was very pleasant and professional when I explained my issues and made an appointment. He explained what the charges would be and asked me to bring the car in by 8 a.m. day of appointment. I was shocked at the cost just to find out what was wrong but had to know ($326!!). Then after the fact I find out that I could have taken it to Auto Zone or someplace like that for no charge to find out the same thing. They had it all day before I found out anything. Service rep was, once again, very nice and professional when I went to get results and pick up the car. I've always had good service at Bryden and have purchased 2 or 3 vehicles from them over the years. But their prices have gone through the roof ,as has everything else.

I was pretty happy with service until I was driving back home and noticed the dash said change oil. I'll be back in this weekend to have you reset that. I liked how they have a check off chart. They noticed my drain plug was damaged and suggested I get a new one. Wait time was good. Price was decent.

First of all, James in the Mechanic Services, did an outstanding job in being honest to me about a car I was sold broken. A car that did not work and will possibly never be fixed.After, he recommended me to Jose, in the department of Sales. Likewise to James, Jose was very honest. He took the time to explain to me what my old car had and maybe it will not be fixable. Jose was patient while I made the decision of wether to buy a new car, or try to fix my old car. What I really loved about Brayden Motors is that they are honest, reliable, and patient to be able to take care of their customers. I am so glad to see places like this still exist. A business that wants to sell quality, not quantity.Thank you James and Jose.

Professionalism by the management is good. But service was not. had to bring my car back 3 times for an alignment and oil change for a road trip. Popped my hood to check oil about 1000 miles in and there was oil all over my engine cover. Very loyal customer. Also very disappointed

2nd time our 2022 Grand Cherokee has been in the shop in a week. Honestly, I personally think they don't have a clue what's wrong with it. 1st time they replaced both batteries & was told the computer still needed to reset itself. 2 days later, I go out to start it & it's completely dead...when they called to keep us in the loop, they said it's torn apart & they ordered a new radio & that's what caused it not to start (the 2nd time). Supposedly, it drained the 2 new batteries BUT they still can't tell me why they had to replace them in the 1st place. Very frustrating! I think they need to start over & figure out why the batteries were drained the 1st time! Now, MAYBE by Wednesday, it may be fixed!!!

The guys there were very nice. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Went to put air in my tire and noticed the stem was loose. Thought it would be an easy fix. My sensor was broken! Unfortunately the service dept isn't open on the weekends. But they still got me taken care of in a timely manner and a fix to hold me over. And am getting a sensor from the company who broke it in the first place.
