I would highly recommend this store.The staff is always friendly and helpful. We called about a battery for my daughter's car, and asked if someone could install it. They told us to come in, and they would look at it. Justin changed the battery in less than ten minutes. Special thanks to Justin for going the extra mile.

The staff at AutoZone on Prairie Avenue in Beloit always goes above and beyond for their customers. On a few occasions I've had the pleasure of being helped by Will. He installed my turn signal light and also had me test all of my other lights to make sure they were all working. I was so impressed that he took the extra time to do this. Associates like Will are hard to come by. Many thanks to Will and the entire crew at AutoZone for going the extra mile for your customers!

While getting snow off my windshield, i broke my wiper. This very nice man at Auto Zone not only sold me strong blades, he put them on my car! Very good employees and their parking lot was plowed right after a 13 inch snow!!

Came in an emergency to get a battery put in our car as we can t turn it off or it will die and the attendant at the counter was too concerned with closing in an hour to even bother to help. Never coming here again. Don t trust them to have your back.

I want to start with thanking Justin. I was having issues with my car not starting and thought it was my battery. I have no experience in how to change a battery so after purchasing it, Justin, was so kind to go change it for us. I would highly recommend this location to others! I want to give a HUGE shout out to the AutoZone on Prairie Avenue in Beloit. I was having issues with my car not starting well, and needed to know if it was issues with my battery. I stopped in, not knowing if they would be able to help me. A man behind the counter, Phil, was extremely helpful. When I asked if it was possible for someone to test my battery, his response was ABSOLUTELY! He grabbed his tester and without hesitation went outside and tested the battery. All was good! He was very friendly, helpful and professional! I would highly recommend this location to others! Thank you Phil & AutoZone on Prairie!

They helped me in a Jam when I was out of state! Both of the Justins there were very courteous and knowledgeable!! It goes to show if you are out of state, get their parts with warranty

So needed 5w40 at last min. Daughter bought foreign car not I but any way get in parking lot at 854pm (both clocks that I see) they are closed for the night doors locked up... i won't waste my time again on this store.... if your open till 9 be open till nine wth..

I was in to have battery checked and needed replaced. Mary Lou was so helpful in helping me with warranty and in no time had me on my way. The store is always clean and she and her crew very helpful.Thank you

I needed a front light bulb headlight for my Nissan rogue. I went into AutoZone on Prairie Avenue in Beloit, Wisconsin and the guy was so rude. Standing behind the counter looking like he needed a bath Looking at me like I know his store..It was unbelievable nasty attitude Didn t Want To Help and lied and said they don t put lights in . NOW THERE ARE CARS IN THE PARKING LOT GETTING HELPED I EXCUSED MYSELF AND WENT NEXT DOOR TOADVANCED AUTO AND WAS TREATED LIKE A QUEENTHANK YOU CHRIS FOR SHOWING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE #100

On our trip back home to ohio, we had an accident where our car caught fire. MaryLou and Justin were absolutely phenomenal. they took care of us from the very start, were very very supportive , did anything they could to ease our minds, gave us a ride to get our rental car. they were the most kindhearted people. definitely angels when we needed them

I stopped in to get coolent for my car. The gentleman at the counter looked up which kind I needed and got it for me instead of just telling me. The other gentleman put it in mecar even though it was cold as you know what. Very satisfied will definitely go back to this location.

AutoZone Prairie Ave Beloit is an awesome team. Every time I need parts or advice, they have gone beyond expectations to insure I have the best quality parts. Special orders not a problem. They are my first stop, extremely nice people to deal with....very trustworthy !I Highly Recommend stopping in, customer service is A++

My husband and I were absolutely amazed by the customer service the gentleman provided. I didn't catch his name, but he went above and beyond his responsibility. He stayed after hours on a Saturday night to help when he saw us struggling to replace a headlight bulb. We offered him a tip but he wouldn't accept, all he asked for was a thank you. Thank you so much!

10/10 experience. Went there to get a head light replacement. The employee there, Jacob, helped me pick out a much better product and then INSTALLED IT FOR ME. Not only did he make his company more money, he secured a lifelong customer. Jacob deserves a raise.

Mary Lou went above and beyond for me when I was doing a brake pad and rotor change. The pads were defective and she went to janesville and picked them up for me also was able to track down some special lugnuts for me. Thank you Mary Lou

My battery needed replacing. I arrived at Autozone promptly when they opened at 8am and told them what I needed. My replacement battery was instock and they offered free installation. The whole exchange took about 15 minutes. Friendly staff, quick service, no complaints.

Just went to the AutoZone on Fourth st. They told me they could replace my headlights, when they came out no effort was made at all. So I come to the one on Prairie and he did it with no problem! Thank you so much Justin!!

Mixed kind of review here. Justin and his staff are great, with one exception. The other day I was here and Mary acted like I was going to steal the store and was very rude. Mary was unable to help with a simple part, her lack of knowledge was shocking because this is such a great store with very experienced staff. The worst part was that she called me "babe" and other pet names while I was there with my wife. I do exclusively with Autozone for my personal and business needs, but after that visit I have told my employees not to get our parts there. As long as Mary is still there I will never shop autozone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Adding a little. The employees there are great with that exception. Gary and Chris have both spent time in the parking lot after hours helping me fix things. Jim is a wealth of knowledge. So don't be afraid to hit them up
