Driving thru heading back home and wiper blade came apart. Stopped in here to get a new blade and had the best service I've ever had at advanced. The first one didn't work/fit so he cane out to check and see and got it all taken care of. Might start making the 3.5 hour drive from home to here to get what I need. I should've got his name but I forgot but 20240227 at 2030 the two guys working are great! Thanks for all the help!

Always great customer service, specifically James and Sergio! They are always on top of keeping things moving and are incredibly helpful! They both have helped me jump a dead battery to save me from being stuck up the road from them on 4th st and took care of me with the parts I needed to purchase after! I can not express how grateful I am for the help I ve been able to receive from both employees and other staff there! They truly deserve to be rewarded for their service! Thank you!

Needed a thermostat for my truck, helped me pick the one that worked best for me out of two options based on what was going on with my truck. Made sure I was aware of lifetime warranty for free, and employee who helped me was super friendly.

Went in for wiper blades that were poorly put on by autozone and one fell off, Jason was very knowledgeable along with the young lady who helped me. Will definitely go back.

I stood at the counter for 15 min without being acknowledged. There was at least 4-5 workers having a good time goofing around. I went next door to O'riley and got the help I needed with great customer service right away.

At least when I asked them for what kind of oil I needed they were right on top of things and they even hit went and got it for me and explain the differences between them all I gave them a five-star because they were right on top of things and they were very professional

Had a dead car battery due to polar vortex. Called and received great help over the phone. They only had one portable charger left and told me they would hold it for me. As promised they did. On arrival they were extremly helpful and customer service was excellent. Product they sold me worked too. Car is up and running!

Good store. Store always busy so very good customer service. Store well stock. They have all they parts or they can order. They take used oil however call first barrels always full. They accept all forms of payment. Clean parking lot and garbage disposal can so that you can throw things away you fix on the lot.

They offer a lot in one place. You can recycle your oil. Get batteries tested to see if they are good. They are a lot of help finding parts and matching things like wiper blades. We will be back for more help and parts in the future.

I bought a battery this past Sunday there and was told I would be getting a $20.00 coupon good for 6 months in my email, I didn't get it so I called them and they gave me another number to call, the told me I would have to spend $50.00 to get the $20.00 off. No one at the store told me that. I was told I was getting a $20.00 coupon. We buy most everything for our cars there, thinking maybe not anymore, I don't like getting lied to, what a shame.

Hard to locate what I wanted and but enough employees working counter.. seen 3 just standing around right offer floor assistance or counter help

Very good parts and warranties are flawless,Tyler,and Carlos and the rest of the advance team were ready to help me , I needed a hammer to complete a fuel pump,and with no problem they gave me the tool, at a different advance in beloit without hesitation, that's what you buy when you shop at advance not just car parts but great people ready to help with a friendly attitude,,and professional service, I shop at AutoZone ,but the service at advance is bar none ,I think I will be back again soonFor my car needs,Thanks Guys.

My manifold literally broke while I was on the phone asking about a battery for my truck. These guys went the extra mile. They came outside, found the problem, got a mechanic to do the work that night, and gave me a discount on the part. You guys are my heros. Thank you so much.

Parts are better than you know who. Auto maintenance place get deal on parts we don't ? So don't let them fool you on prices of parts

I bought 46$ brake pads took them back next day they swiped my debit card said itd be on there and NOTHING they have there pads back n never gave me my money very unsatisfied infact im pissed as hell
