That isn't my Rolls in the picture, but did you know they even tow Kia's!? (And probably a lot of them .) Super staff, the best equipment and the facility is stellar. Gone are the days of dirt floors, dog poop on the floor and cigar chomping mechanics. This place is great... And reasonable. George would be proud. Highly recommend.

We experienced a flat tire today near Belgium WI after waiting 2 hours for AAA to send someone to assist us, we called Lanser Towing, and much to our surprise, they were there within minutes, even though we didn t need a tow!Our tire was changed, filled with air, and we were on our way 20 minutes later! This is a business that certainly goes above and beyond, and we are grateful for their help today!

Excellent customer service! I was in a jam and willing to pay whatever was needed for assistance. Not only did they show up promptly, they charged me a minimal fee to help me out. They will be getting all of my business in the future.

My vehicle broke down with half of my tail still on the interstate. I was terrified! Scott with Lanser garage & towing provided a service unlike any service I ve ever received! He went out of his way to help me! In his line of busy there s no way it was worth his time but he still assisted anyway. Scott would proceed to help me with two other issues in the weeks that followed. These issues while within his scope of work clearly prevented him from capitalizing on towing opportunities as it was in winter months in a remote area where he is one of very few towing companies available. I appreciate Scott for all of his help and would recommend his services to anyone in need. A+Service: Car towing

I ran out of gas on Highway 43 and called them. They were to my car in 25 minutes and were extremely nice and helpful! Total Lifesaver!

After being unexpectedly broken down and wasting 2 hours on the phone with rude AAA reps to be told they couldn t tow me for at least another 4 hours, I called Lanser and was answered right away by Micco, who was very friendly and there for me in this stressful situation. She said she could get me a tow within 30 minutes no problem and her driver Pat showed up within 10-15 minutes! I was so relieved!! Not only were both Micco and Pat friendly, helpful and good at their jobs, service was affordable and fair!! Thank you so much for your assistance, professionalism and quick help in a stressful time! I will highly recommend you and remember you whenever in need again!Service: Car towing

Good people in general, but don t do anything special for those who aren t giving them money, or cheap labor. Not happy with the way they treated me. I ll just leave it at that for the moment. But when you have a monopoly on Ozaukee county accidents there s really no fair competition with other tow companies because of that monopoly.

This review is in reference to (Transaction #10855892-0475) ..These people are the BEST!!!!My wife, granddaughter and my self arrived back for a trip to Disney on Nov 2, 2021. It was a very late day as flights were rearranged and our arrival time back to Milwaukee was pushed back 3 hrs to 9:30 pm. As we started our drive back to Green Bay out belt tensioner on car failed and we lost the serpentine belt. We made it to and area by Concordia university on Hwy 43 before we had to pull over. After calling a couple of tow shops we got ahold of Lanser. They sent a truck right away, from his home to us took a little while but to be expected at 10:45 pm .. the truck arrive and this guy was awesome. We proceeded to have him drive was the whole route to home,Luxemburg area. Entire trip was safe and our driver was awesome especially with our granddaughter, 7yrs old, who not only was tired but a tad bit scared if all that was going on. We can t speak highly enough of the driver. Though he had to work the next morning as well he never once made us feel that he was not willing to help. Excellent driving and excellent safety. We made it home safely and Lanser made a horrible vacation ending into a worry free, safe, timely and pleasant experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Please don t stop what you are doing the way you are doing and give that driver a raise, he so very much deserves it, a true asset to your company!!!! I had been waiting 3 hours for a tow truck to come from a dealers roadside service, which never came, got tired of waiting so called Lansers and they had a truck on the way in less than 15 minutes!Fabulous service!

These people are the fairest and most decent people I could have hoped for. Our car broke down taking my daughter to the Milwaukee airport and I will not go into how much they helped in detail because I do not expect this happens all the time but they took the situation at hand and went above the call of duty.Thank you for being so fair and decent in a time that was hard enough already.Many thanks

I don't often write reviews but I have now had the bad fortune of requiring Lanser Towing's service twice in the past 6 months. Both experiences were exceptional -- they go above and beyond, are prompt and work well with insurance and body shops to ensure the repair process moves along. Hopefully you won't ever need a tow near Port Washington, but, if you do, call these guys first.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name but very nice and understanding...thank you so much for coming to get me off the freeway and taking me and my car back home to union grove. A terrible night was made easier by such wonderful costumer service.Thanks againEmily

I wouldn't let them touch my vehicle again they towed off I43 to there garage and bent both tie rods when asked what happened they say we tow cars everyday so it cant be from us effin bsService: Car towingService: Car towing
