I wanted a preowned 2021 jeep Cherokee. Scott s assistance at Reed Chrysler was great! He went online to look at available vehicles, sent me pictures with mileage, and other important features of each in a timely matter. We decided on the third car he showed me. when the car arrived, we spent about a half an hour in the car, looking at all of the features. Scott answered my questions and showed me how to use everything from the cruise, sound system, heat/cooling system, etc. All said and done in a week!

Great guest service. I had problems with my jeep. Very prompt service. It was covered under warranty and they took care of all the paperwork and even gave me a loaner car until it was fixed. Very friendly. Great experience. Thank you all.

Purchased my Grand Cherokee here in October and just had my first maintenance service. Scott has taken really good care of me as I learn all the bells and whistles of the car. He even sent a driver to get the car for service so I didn t have to leave work and take it in.

I was in distraught that out of the blue my wipers, blinkers and only my running lights working. I spoke w Ken he was very apologetic that they so busy till into next week. We talked about disconnecting neg cable from battery. He said bring it in we will least be able to do that. They also chked the turn signal column and it all started working. I was so appreciative. Thank you Ken and mechanic that worked on it. Merry Christmas!

Chris and Leslie were amazing to work with and got everything done with no hiccups, Made sure the vehicle was a right fit for my family and personally was looking for with no typical sales pressure in the journey to buy a vehicle. It s been the second vehicle purchase from Reed and working with Chris a second time as well. I totally recommend going through Reed and a great experience.There isn t enough stars for their professionalism.Thank you guys!

I had an awesome experience! All my questions were answered, even a few that I didn't expect them to have answers to based on how badly I described the problem. They took the time to ask me questions about it to better understand what I was trying to say and everyone was very nice and helpful! As a female who has been talked over, up charged, and disregarded/ disrespected in previous auto shops, I was beyond grateful for the care and respect everyone at Reed's showed me! I am 100% coming back!

I had a safety check done on a car I am selling. The service department was very helpful and I felt they did all that I asked of them to do. Suggestions were made regarding items not related to safety and I choose to have those repairs made. I was very pleased with rhe service I received and have already made the decision to have all my vehicles serviced at Rick Reed going forward.

Went in for a part to be replaced on our truck that was under warranty. It was completed in a very timely manner, the exact time they said it would take. Peggy was extremly helpful in explaining what was fixed on our truck.

Took my vehicle in to get it engine light check. They found exactly what it was showed me there are future things that need to be done as well, which I appreciate. I took care of a few of the future things and next time around will take care of a few more.

Was there for recall on my vehicle. It was going to take longer than first anticipated. I was updated on the delay, and arrangements were made for my use of a loaner. Everyone there was pleasvery helpful!

Buying my beautiful plasma green Crosstrek Hybrid from Reed Chrysler was the most pain free car purchase experience I ve ever had. Chris was available to talk right away and even showed me the car on his day off. And Steve, the finance guy, broke the numbers down in an accessible way and found me a lender and payments suiting my budget. My experience far exceeded my expectations regarding the quality of customer service one should receive when purchasing a used car. I would highly recommend buying a car from Reed Chrysler Dodge in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

I usually have good experiences at Reed's. Last visit was kinda a slap in the face. Went in for 350.00 work on truck and ended up leaving 3 days later with 1500.00 bill. They gave me some breaks on repairs. But have to wonder if it was trucks fault or mechanic. Overall ,I am pleased with outcome, minus the bill. Regardless, I will be going back if that says anything for dealership. Good service and people.2nd trip 4/24...... did good job so far. But left engine compartment a mess ( was clean ). Otherwise good mechanical job and overall service, again.

Have been buying and servicing my vehicles at Reed for 25+ years. A solid dealership with a strong family tradition.My last service visit with my Pacifica was again excellent. There were some additional items that required follow up. Ken, Peggy and Chuck made time to address the additional items that same day. The work done was satisfactory and as explained.Thanks
