Had previously been to this location in early 2023 and did not have a good experience. Came in today for an oil change and it was a completely different set of people working. Very fast, efficient and professional. Highly recommend them.

Love this place! Quick but thorough oil changes & fluid checks/refills. Costs may seem higher to some people, but I feel their prices are more than fair..especially for premium synthetic oil changes. $142 for my SUV oil change is just fine to me.Never had an issue here at all, so I love The Grease Monkey! I recommend you check them out.

Even though the wait was a little long it was worth it. Oliver and his coworker were great. They both gave excellent customer service and were knowledgeable. Oliver didn t make me feel stupid about not knowing about cars, in fact he not only knew what I needed he explained WHY I needed it. Will definitely be going there again.

I was in and out quickly, as I always have been. Today (18 MAR 2024) was probably the eighth time I ve had my oil changed here (lost count), and they ve never disappointed. Quick but quality work, and great guys.

My wife's 2014 dodge grand caravan had a leaking transmission gasket and we also got the filter changed as well due to having to change the gasket. Dakota quoted us and Tony (AKA Big Daddy) changed it without any problems and we are very pleased with the amazing customer service and willingness to help us. We usually just get oil changes so it was extremely curtious of them to point this out and fix it for us. I have never had any problems coming here and i will say one of the best experiences i have had so far is when i had Dakota and Tony here, friendly, lots of laughs, and professional. If you have not tried going here please give them a try. Its not only Convenient for you because you can sit in your car and get an oil change and other amenities, but they are reasonably priced as well. Will always consider going here for my vehicles.

Austin, Michael & Tony gave such a fabulous first time experience I am most definitely going back on a regular basis! They were kind, professional, fun, friendly, helpful and made me feel like my business was important to them. I am extremely pleased and grateful!

What a joke this place is. There are managers that should not be managers. All they care about is power , and not treating their staff accurately. And not to mention the company doesn t even know how to get the heater fixed for their own staff. Working in sub zero temps and giving them little space heaters, is not enough but how much do they want to charge you for an oil change or one of their services? That money definitely isn t going back into keeping the shop up and running. I would not recommend this place as it s filled with a bunch of boys who have drama in their lives and walk out in the middle of doing a customers car and creating a toxic and unsafe environment. The guys have no degrees in doing what they are doing to your car and the one guy that is going to be a mechanic is being treated like garbage because they re all jealous. Let s see how many cars these guys blow up without any certifications or degrees.

Very nice crew and fast service. Premium service is a little over $20 more than I usually pay. However, a month ago, I thought I was having a tire issue, they looked over my car for 10 minutes, and knocked a huge ice block out of my wheel well. Charged me $0.

Came in on the 14th, the guys working were all extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Gave me tips for my car on what should be done and made sure to leave me some notes. Great atmosphere, great music and great attitudes. Definitely my new go too for oil changes!

The staff is great. They had to drive to O'Reilly for an oil filter since my car is new. So the oil change took a bit longer. Honestly, the only complaint I have is they are outrageously priced. I paid $100 for an oil change that would have cost half the amount somewhere else. Definitely will only go here when I don't have the sense to book an appointment elsewhere. Funny enough I used to justify their high prices with the free car wash, but they don't do that anymore and their prices are even higher now. They also charge a service fee of $8 on top of the cost of the oil change.Good place to go if you need the convenience of no appointment. If you don't need that then go to Fischbach.

I got an oil change that s it it says it completed the check list and didn t. No air pressure check no radiator check or other fluids checked but they checked it off like they did I am a loyal customer and usually get the same service every time. Not a happy customer.

They didn't even do what's on the checklist. I was right there. Didn't check any fluid levels, tires, nothing but change oil and then told me I needed to flush it, so I said okay, said it would be ten minutes for that. It took 45 minutes and they were all preoccupied with filters being damaged that were shipped in. Really unprofessional. Didn't really care about me, their only customer. Won't recommend or go back.Overpriced for the service. Less at dealer.

Oliver is your friend and flashlight through the sometimes inconvenient, but inevitable twisting-corridor, that is routine automobile maintenance.He explained everything he was inspecting in the process; Engine filter will need replacement soon, Brakes 75/25, Front brake Rotors need cleaning, and even offered Free Air for a probable puncture I didn't have time to check out.If how haven't been saving your vehicle history/diagnotic reports in your glovebox, start today with your service at Grease Monkey BD.-T

Damn fine oil change! The young men were very capable, efficient, professional, light hearted, and polite.They listened too and followed my "special instructions". (I'll do my own windshield wash, air filter check, and cabin filter, thank you.Good group of guys. Tony in charge, Mike in the pit, and I didnt catch the name of the guy doing a brake job in the next stall, but ALL did a kick azz jobThey earned my continued patronage.That my 5 star review to heart. Last Saturday I got the worst oil change I've ever had in my life. I'm sitting right there in the car watching and they didn't even bother to pretend to do any of the checks on the service checklist. I saw them put in the new oil filter and oil so that was done at least. They didn't check any exterior lights, wiper blades, didn't wash the windshield, and the tires that were about 5 pounds low when I arrived were still the same when I left. They didn't add washer fluid as the invoice claimed, didn't check the power steering fluid, the battery, or either air filter. They also didn't add washer fluid as the invoice claimed, or check the brake fluid. It stated they checked the transmission fluid, but that is a time consuming and somewhat complicated job on this car, and was not done. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid full price and left. I was not about to accuse them of lying and then let them touch my car. I will not be back, and will be sure to let my friends know how this visit went.

You want a true 15min oil change then go here!! They were quick, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Chris and Rodney did a fantastic job! Will literally be driving 40mins to get my oil changed from now on, totally worth it!! Thanks again guys!

I visited on 01/19/2004 and Ollie was our tech! Ollie was very personal and customer friendly. Make sure you keep him as a employee if a little bit of his work ethic rubs off too other employees. I belive you would have a very winning team

I had the best experience at the Beaver Dam location, Logan and Oliver were very informative and very thorough, they explained the whole process and I felt my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend the Grease Monkey in Beaver Dam you guy were awesome thank you very much.

Very nice !! Unfortunately going to change this review ,went to have a alignment done and the guy told me that the tie rods were never tightened and I could of got in a accident with my kids

The Beaver Dam location was outstanding! The service was quick and the three gentlemen helping for my oil change were personable and friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Grease Monkey is a great place to go, the service the did it was espectacular, the people were very polite and courteus. The service was done in a short period of time and is a decent price. Definitely i will recommended. Thank you

Not only was the team here quick and efficient, but they were no pressure when it came to mentioning additional needs my car had. Even when I thanked them for showing me how dirty my air filter was or pointing out my license plate lights were out, his response was the same, telling me that is all part of what they do.

I want to thank the team at beaver dam Mike Oliver Dakota they helped me get my car back on track and they worked with me they all did a awesome job and all deserve a raise or a good commission the team was great best and of the most friendly service I have had
