I needed tires in the worst way, in fact one popped they were so worn. They got me in the next day and never shamed me for my reckless behavior of waiting so long. One of their new tires was warped so they didn t put it on or charge me for the three they did put on until I came back for the 4th tire. They are so friendly and great prices. Highly recommend!

They were good at first until I had a bad experience with them recently. I was having issues of a crunching/popping type noise when I turn, brake or accelerate and they tried telling me they couldn t replicate the noise when it s quite obvious if you drive it. I was told to come in but I was busy with school so I got attitude and was just told it s my back brakes. I took it into a trusted mechanic who s a bit farther away and I was told it s my cv joints and he figured it out almost right away. I asked beaver dam for a quote and was ignored. Thought I found a decent place to take my car too. I also found out this is the same owner as Mayville tires who didn t tighten my moms lug nut all the way down and then wouldn t compensate her for the damage.

Everytime I call, all they can say is "not sure when we can get to it, but if you drop it off, we'll see what we can do. Doesn't matter if it is 1 tire or 4, if I want to schedule something or need emergency service. And when you walk in they have empty bays and guys standing around. There's definitely better options within an hours drive.

I still wish they would get an email service or a voice mail but my experience goes like this. Once we figured out the bigger rims went on the rear, they were able to get me on the road.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a rubbing noise in the front left tire area. Came in, they checked the air pressure in all tires, all were good. Then he did a visual inspection and saw the mud flap was loose in front of the tire. He found a bolt, replaced it and voila', problem solved.They were friendly, went above and beyond to help an out-of-towner!Will frequent them if I'm ever in need in Beaver Dam in the future!Great job!

I want to thank Beaver Dam Tire & Service staff for their excellent work in completing the 90,000-mile service on our Toyota Sequoia.Beaver Dam Tire & Service is always courteous, honest, complete in the work performed, and fair in pricing. Everyone on your staff that I ve talked to is very friendly and helpful. This level of honesty, fairness, and service is truly rare and impressive in this day and age. I will continue to refer everyone I can to Beaver Dam Tire & Service for their vehicle service.

Went for an alignment and had it scheduled no problem. About an hour after dropping it off I got a call and they told me they were unable to perform the alignment before I fix something. Arrived and they charged me $28 and they didn t even perform an alignment or do anything except take the tires off (which the lady at the counter tried telling me takes 45 minutes). The most frustrating part of this is that I wasn t even told that this was a possibility on the phone when I scheduled my alignment. If I would have known up front I would have had an inspection done first. Will be taking my business elsewhere as who knows what the next excuse for free money they will come up with.

Great service! I had purchased tires at Tires Plus in Madison last year and it was not a good experience! So when one of my tires started leaking I did not want to return even though they were under warranty. I called Beaver Dam Tire because I d had great experience with them when they were Gene s tires. Ashley at the front desk was awesome and got me in same day!! Got my tire repaired in about 45 minutes. I ll definitely be back!Service: Tires

Since Beaver Dam's staple Gene's Tire's closed, Beaver Dam Tire and Service has provided me excellent care and service. Love my new tires and the price is comparable to other shops. Happy that Sue stayed on. The new interior is very nice and comfortable. Service was efficient too.

Dropped off a set of tires to be dismounted the day before my scheduled appointment. Got a phone call later that day my tires were already done. Keith and his crew were on the ball as always. Service is always great and the prices are always very reasonable.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in for an alignment but other things were the cause of issues. They didn't charge me and gave me a full quote for the other repairs. I would recommend them based on honesty alone!

Went in with my tire losing air. They made an appointment for me the very next morning and filled my tire with air for the time being. Very polite and welcoming.

Got a set of tires I ordered them on April 4th I was told if I got all 4 I would get a hundred dollar rebate thats the only reason I got 4 instead of 2......went and entered the rebate online says 50$ back......when I called then I was told it changes every month, when it's the same month 3 days after......then he asked someone else pretty much says to bad thats what it is, I would have ordered different tires all terrains had I known that........only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause the tires are on the vehicle and work was done properly even though I'm not happy with the whole rebate B.S make sure you verify before listening to them.......even have them telling me a hundred dollars on my recorded work lineUpdate they reached out to me and made the rebate right......they have always done fantastic work so I will return.......hopefully in the future rebates will be properly taught to the employees so they actually are aware of what they are selling to customers....thanks for the work they are holding up greayService: Tires

Dropped in for what I thought was a burnt out tail light. Pat dropped everything and helped me figure out that the light was was still operational and that it was not likely an electrical issue. If you can have patience while your car waits in line might take a couple days but they do great work at a very very reasonable price as far as I'm concerned
