Excellent in every way. Brad was my salesperson and he exceeded my expectations in every way. I have purchased many vehicles and this was the best experience by far. I can t recommend them high enough. I don t want to go anywhere else now that I have experienced how it can be.

Rick Olson treated this 79 year old lady very rude.He called me and told me he has some"Mansplaing" to do.Long story. I thought I had a recallHim.and Debra in service dept.are people I would not wish on anyone to have to deal with.My first and last time there. I did pay$135an hour labor .total labor $189 plus $62 for part. I was there 70 minutes.I just wish they hadn't been so rude

I recently bought a vehicle here. The sales people were great. Shout out to Dylan and Talon. I unfortunately had an issue with the truck within a week but they made sure it was swiftly taken care of. Same day service which is very rare!! They were awesome to deal with and I would not hesitate to call them up again.

I purchased a truck from Swant Graber and was very happy with the transaction and entire process. I traded a truck in as well. I recently went to purchase a new truck and it was discovered at that time that the truck I purchased from Swant had considerable hail damage on the roof, enough so that it affected the value for trade in. Other than that the truck was in excellent condition. This was damage that happened prior to me owning it and was not disclosed to me when I purchased the truck. Lesson learned however still very disappointed in Swant for not disclosing it at time of purchase. It definitely would have affected the transaction and I now feel biased against them.

Just brought my Bronco in for a good cleaning and let me tell you, it looks brand new inside and out. After off-roading and having the top off -it got super dirty and they did a phenomenal job bringing back the new car look.. Thank you Travis and crew for taking such good care of Bianca!! (Bronco)

The folks at Swant-Graber did everything possible to get us in the car we wanted at a good price. Our sales rep., Brad Gunn, was extremely helpful through the entire sales process. We can t say enough about the positive experience we had purchasing a car from them.

We had the best experience that we could have hoped for! Brad was great to work with and provided us with a lot of knowledge. We went in just looking and ended up getting a new ride! Tanya was also great to work with. Brad walked us through all the nooks and crannies at the end so we could explore it even more! The explorer has made a great addition to our family and look forward to enjoying it even more! Thank you!

All of my visits have positive! Swant Graber Ford has been doing the service on my 2018 F150 since new. During my last oil change / service appointment they discovered a part that needed replacement and Mark made arrangements to get it ordered and squeeze in the repair before our trip to Florida. The part arrived the following morning, and Swant Graber had my F150 complete and ready to go by noon, saving us from delaying our trip! Mark and staff at Swant Graber have always been informative, accommodating, and great to work with!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Ford Swant Graber team. They take great care of my car and remind me about my oil changes that I can never seem to remember. Mark and his crew are absolutely the best. Not to mention getting my Uncle s truck in on a busy Friday when he was having problems and not from the area. Absolutely recommend them to everyone. They truly care about their customers. I have nothing but kind things to say about everyone I have worked with at Swant.

such an amazing place to get yourself into a newer vehicle. we had been dealing with Caleb about getting a new vehicle he was so understanding and listened to my needs about what i wanted. i will definitely be going back to him in the future and he will definitely be recommended to anybody I know who s looking for a new vehicle. Tonya was amazing too. highly recommend swant graber! Thank you all again for being the best!!

If you need service for your Ford car or truck in the NW WI, this is the place. Trust is key when dealing with people and this place has my trust in completing service correctly.I had an extremely bad experience from their competitor, and luckily decided to take my truck away from them and give it to Swant Graber Ford. Luckily I did. Saved me THOUSANDS in an unnecessary repair .

Stop looking anywhere else. This dealership, and the wonderful people who work there, are simply the best. This was the easiest, most painless, and fairest car buying experience I've ever had. Huge shout out to Tanya and Travis for making the car buying process a joy during the most hectic and stressful market of my lifetime. Even though I live 2.5 hours away, I'll be starting all of my future car hunts at Swant Graber.

Great staff here, Will Return! I showed up right before close with a quick service question on my Ford Focus, a couple staff came out and listened to my questions. They then brought out one the service guys (Who s name is Jeff) and he helped me right there and then. He was very kind and got everything fixed in about 5 mins and I was on my way.

At 190k my ford diesel lost an oil pressure sensor that allowed the injectors to fire. I was about 100 miles away from the Swant Graber Ford Dealership I needed the truck worked on due to its importance in my business of being the fuel truck. I called several other Ford dealers closer and was basically told not our problem and go "F" yourself. I called up Swant Grabber explained my situation, "THEY" arranged for the tow truck, did all the work yet that night and got me going again. I did have to pay overtime charge. But everything equaled including the tow truck was very reasonable I thought. I did buy the truck from them in the first place. I will never internet shop Swant Grabber, if they are anywhere even remotely reasonable, I will continue buying from them. The service after the sale and taking their time to just work with a guy, is far more valuable to me. Swant Graber Ford Dealership focuses on Competency, Character and Quality. Some of Ford dealers are less than acceptable and Ford allows it. In my mind, the Swant Graber Ford Dealership is the model to pursue. I am loyal to the Swant Graber Ford Dealership first and to Ford second. I highly recommend this dealership based on my repeated experiences. CJ

Chad Elliot was our salesmen. We were very happy with him. He spent weeks looking for the right truck for us to pull a 5th wheel camper to California. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable with all the trucks. He gave us a great deal on trade in and a better interest rate on our financing. I would definitely buy from them again!

Dealt with a salesman by the name of Truman, he was very polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. Facilities were clean and well kept and when the staff dealt with us they put on a mask. Will go back to do business again.

I bought an almost new vehicle from them and knew some things on it weren't functioning properly. Months later the parts are in. Service after sale 3 stars. Waiting rooms 3 stars at best. They really could spend some money on their dealerships.

We were looking at ford edges, when we walked in, the guy helping us brought us in his office and he was dripping in sweat (not his fault but maybe hire more staff to help him out?), his office was messy and just gave you a weird vibe. he kept leaving his office while we were talking to him (he seemed distracted), we told him what we were looking for (remote start, under 50k miles etc.) and he brought us out to look at one and it didn't have remote start (so he wasn't listening to us very well), as he began walking up to the building we said "No, that's ok" and we left. Their vehicles were over priced also. We ended up buying at the chevy dealer in Rice Lake, very clean place, no messy personal offices, very nice staff (and a lot of them), decent priced vehicles, they worked with us and we got a great deal on an SUV.

Chad Elliott was our salesperson, very professional.The entire experience was quite pleasant, nice people to work with,besides receiving a fair price for our trade in, we're really happy with the price of the vehicle purchased.
