I've purchased 2 vehicles through Swant in the last year for my business and the buying experience has been great. Sean Harrison is beyond helpful in finding transit vans that suit our needs. With limited inventory in the market for these vehicles, Sean searches for me and finds what I need at a fair price. Travis, Dennis, Sean, and everyone there has been great to work with. It has been a very positive business relationship and I look forward to continuing working with the Swant Graber Team going forward!

We had probably the best vehicle purchase experience this past weekend we ve ever had. Alicia was kind and fun to work with. They must use something different than other dealerships to clean and scent it because it smelled great and was spotless inside and out. Finance was very efficient and easy to work with. He was respectful and n�e what he was doing. We were in and out fast which we liked! Thanks so much for the experience!

I sent Craig my desires of a vehicle and within two weeks they had my dream car available to me. Got it shipped in and I couldn t be happier! Have bought several vehicles from them now and have never been disappointed by their product or service! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with buying our new car. Our salesman was very laid back and not pushy at all. Had all the information we needed to make our decision. Once we decide to purchase the paperwork went through super fast and we had our new keys in no time. I would highly recommend Swant Graber!

We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee from Swant Graber. Our experience was excellent. The entire staff worked with us throughout our search and purchase. Shout out to Talon our sales rep, he did an excellent job from start to finish. We will use them for the future purchase of our truck.

I worked with Talon Novinski and Tanya Fredrickson. Talon was amazing to work with. He is extremely patient, genuine, down to earth, easy to talk to and with, goes out of his way to make sure you are in the right vehicle. He's very welcoming. He helped me figure out how to make my purchase work for me! Tanya is wonderful as well. Very genuine, listened to my concerns and helped me to figure out how to make this purchase work for my needs! I can't thank either of them enough for making my child and myself feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and don't want to be pushed into buying something.Amanda

I have never had a bad experience here! Both me and my family members who have purchased vehicles from this place have had wonderful experiences! Craig Anderson is a great guy and super helpful. I was shown how to use every single part of my new vehicle right down to what each bottom on my dash does. Great staff, great vehicles, just an all around great place to take your business!

I've delt with this dealership for 6 years. In 6 years I've bought 3 brand new Chevy Silverado's. The one I just got we specially ordered last August 2023 when G.M opened up for special orders. Talon is an awesome salesman was fair and notified me right away when my 2024 was delivered to the dealership. I've never had a problem purchasing from Swant Graber over the phone sight unseen. When it comes to a dealership that you can trust enough to purchase a new vehicle over the phone Swant Graber is one. They are fair on trade in's and fair on prices period. You won't go wrong with this dealership period. See you in another 34-36 months

We showed up at our designated time. Nobody was expecting us. The Car we wanted to test drive was not ready either. After a bit a salesman casually walked out and asked what we needed. He did not introduce himself. The other Employees were staring at us to the point my wife said we should just walk out. We felt very out of place and uncomfortable. I told her let's drive the car at least and we could then leave. The salesman finally came back after finding the car and needing to fill a tire. Remember the car not being ready. Wow this was something I would have never expected from a car dealership. My wife at that point just flat out asked him "What was your name?" Well, we drove the car and asked questions that he he could not answer because he forgot the Carfax he said. Again, not prepared. The Car had issues and we were not going to buy it. I asked about another one they had advertised. He went to get that one then. He brought out the car which was filthy. It was advertised but not ready. We drove it anyway and haggled over the price and warranty. Typical negotiating I'd say. We settled on a price. We may look like just average country pumpkins to the employees there. That's how they made us feel anyway. We paid cash for the vehicle as we hate payments. We got very odd looks when we said no financing. We returned the following day to pick up our new shiny clean car. It looked like a group of 4th graders cleaned and washed it. They didn't have the courtesy to even shine up the tires and wheels. I had to wash the car and do the detailing myself before my wife would send pictures to family and friends. Not how I wanted to spend a Saturday Afternoon with my new car. We love the car but don't care for the human customer service we received. Seems like most places won't go that extra little bit anymore. This is just another example of that. A coat of Paint in the offices wouldn't hurt either. The walls and furnishings would be embarrassing to me if I worked there.

I can't say enough good things about Swant Graber! My girlfriend and I were looking for a pretty specific package on a Ram 1500, and they had one on the lot. We had some bad luck with other dealerships where we found the trucks we wanted. I called Swant Graber and was connected with Salesperson Karl Brolund. Karl took our information and got back to us in less than an hour with an amazing price for the truck. We put a down payment on the truck immediately and drove 4 1/2 hours on New Years Eve to pick it up. Karl and the team had the truck ready to go, and we were able to get everything done and back on the road in less than 30 minutes!! He even gave us some local restaurant suggestions for us to stop at on our trip home. Great experience in every way, we will definitely come back next time we are in the market for a vehicle! This was the second vehicle I have bought from Swant Graber. The salesperson was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased. The main reason I started shopping for a new truck at Swant Graber was I wanted to stay local, and the first vehicle purchase went so well. I walked in at 3:00 PM on Friday afternoon unannounced and had a new truck at home by 6:00 PM. I highly recommend Swant Graber for your vehicle buying needs.

Buying a used SUV from Swant/Graber was definitely a good experience. It was nice to find a vehicle and purchase it from a local, reputable dealer. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and my main salesman, Matt, was affable and readily answered all questions. Everything proceeded very efficiently. From my personal experience I would recommend this business to anyone.

Update:Swant Grabber called me and said I would be contacted. I never was. I tried to reach out to Rick Olson, but was unable to get In touch with him. Would definitely give zero stars if I could.Buyers beware, overpriced vehicles, salesmen that know very little about the vehicles their selling. A service department that dosent do what is agreed upon buying the vehicle. My family's overall experience buying from this dealership was awful. They did not go above and beyond to help us.... They didnt even fix things that they agreed they would when we were buying it. The service department was rude when we asked them to make the repairs.

Fantastic dealership..From the salesman (Talon) to the manager(Tanya).Noted brake pads when looking at the vehicle and they didn't hesitate to get us in for new brakes and rotors.Great service and they really care about their customers!!Will be returning for future service as well as future vehicles.
