On Dec 24 th 2023 my wife had a ride SET for 8:45 am she called two three days ahead of time and called in-between as well to make sure that 8:45 am was okay and she was told YES many times when today came he came 22 min early and told her she needed to come because he had a set time for someone else well news flash she did to two days in advance and he told her he was only waiting for 2 min because he had to get someone at the time she set this time way before hand this is rude and unprofessional all to get more money but to rush her and be rude like she was the issue you guys have bad service and need Todo your job right if you guys was not so money hungry this would never happen it's not her fault you guys can't set rides right I wouldn't advise anyone to waste your time or money with them I would walking

I called for a cab to pick me up at 830 am and they called with a inconvenience of the fact that they couldn't pick me up at that time for work. That I would have to be picked up at 810 mind u my work place is 10 minutes from my house drive time and they wouldn't discount my fare for the inconveniences I feel that this cab ride does favor certain riders and chooses to inconvenience others for the favored ones I also feel they need to have a better customer service etiquette due to the fact that pat her self wanted to sit and argue about the cab ride that I had requested over a day ago that was supposed to be today I would not recommend the cab services to anyone and until they apologize to me for the inconveniences and trouble they put me through as a regular client I will choose to walk or find a ride through someone else because I don't deserve to be treated like that.

I recently stayed in the Shell Lake area for a family vacation and needed a ride from an area grocery store to a lakeside rental house with a very large grocery order (3 carts) and large amount of luggage. I coordinated the ride with Ross at Arrow Taxi. Not only was Ross on time, he was so helpful in loading and unloading my bags & groceries in the pouring rain. I would never have been able to do this on my own and am forever grateful for the excellent service. This company and driver went above and beyond for me. Thank you.Service: Limousines

I am new to town, reached out to the company a few days prior to this review just to ask general questions about the services, my main interest was the ability to set up services for scheduled dates and so I asked the young lady who answered the phone these questions and she did tell me there was a monthly pass and the associated fee and also asked how I could set that up and she said through your driver, perfect! We end the call! I'm thinking everything is copacetic, however, when I called to order a taxi on today no answer so, no problem I do a little research because I must have gotten something confused! Nope right number so I call, and I call, and I call, and I call again and again until no answer! Then I receive a text that asks me to stop ringing the phone! I explain I'm trying to order a taxi and ask if I have the number correct? I also ask was there something discriminatory going on because I have an out of town number maybe they thought I was a telemarketer, so I did more research and found a number for Judy called that number left a message explains the purpose of mg call! I called back the arrow taxi service number to order a taxi and still no response verbal or text! Is this how you run a business! I am need and you already know that the resources are scarce due to the population! It's sad but if your need a taxi and you call arrow taxi service you better have a local number and better sound like you'd Caucasian aka white or you will get no service no respect nothing!!! Sad Day!

We had them for my wedding. She got us to our hotel safely and even laughed with a few of us who had to many drinks. Very nice and sweet lady. Its nice to know after a night of fun you have a trusted driver.

My family want to give Greg a shout out form Arrow Taxi. My parents ended up in the ER and the weather turned icy when they needed to leave around 1:45 am. They didn t want us driving and proceeded to call a taxi. All of us were very stressed they would be riding with someone other then family in icy roads. They called us and said Greg was a great guy and helped them walk up to their door and even salted their doorway area before leaving!! We were so relieved to know there is still kind hearted people who actually care. Thank you again Greg!!! Your actions did not go in-noticed

I am very impressed with Arrow Taxi and Delivery. My driver was right on time. And she even helped me with my groceries when I got home. She was also courteous. Will definitely use this service again.

I needed a last minute ride from Cumberland to Menomonie. I called to get a rate and within 20 minutes I had a call back with the rate and arranged the ride. I was contacted an hour before my planned pick-up to confirm. The driver showed up right on time. We had a lovely conversation on our way back to Menomonie. Would highly recommend their service!

This company will not help you when you need a ride. I called at 10 o clock when I said I needed a ride at 11:30, I called again at 10:30 to confirm the driver was on his way, he s response was I ll see what I can do after 4 calls wondering where the driver is, I had to call a different person to give my girlfriend a ride to work, but thanks to Arrow Taxi and delivery she is not late to work.. I would highly suggest you not use this taxi service..they WILL let you down.. and no I was not confused with badger taxi, it was Arrow Taxi and delivery

I would like to thank Arrow Taxi and all of the drivers for their hard work. I find it sometimes outstanding how quickly they are to pick me up, and with such urgency and kindness. Even after I may have had a few too many cocktails they still were great to me. I'm not sure about the comment directed towards Steve and John, where as they were always good to me, even when I wasn't alI "there". Thanks again Arrow Taxi for such professionalism in such a small community. That is hard to do, where as this isn't a metropolitan community..

Today I had one of their driver going 60 no joke 4 feet from my bumper while I had two kids in my car. First experience with them and I am beyond not impressed with this. Quite possibly this was also the owner. These dangerous drivers dont need to be on the road.

They tried to charge me a fee for my SERVICE DOG. Completely illegal. I had to ask family for a ride. I refuse to support a company who is so disrespectful of disabled people.

The sevice provided has declined over the last year, I used to get a ride within 15 minutes, now its a half hour or more...tonight it was an hour and a half, I'll save my money, the guy sounded high or just woke up..

Unprofessional and made us angry and uncomfortable. GPS was down and driver couldn't remember the address and has the nerve to yell at us for nothing.
