My heroes tonight! I was on my way from Eau Claire to the cities for my daughter's choir concert and got a flat, luckily they were still open and the team there were amazing. The guy at the register, Josh or John (I wrote it down and still forgot, apologies) was the best. I cannot tell you how helpful and understanding he was. Calmed me down and was so polite. Gabe was a beast getting the new tire on and I was on my way, even made it to the choir concert! My daughter says thank you by the way! 100/10 will tell everyone about this. Thanks!

If there was a star less than one, I would select it. Worst service I have ever received. Took in our vehicle and got ball joints replaced on it, less than a year later ball joints went out again. That was the first experience. The second experience I asked them to fix the air conditioning. They replaced the compressor when it didn t need replacing and when I took it back in they charged me an additional $1400 to fix the air conditioning, because they said I didn t have it diagnosed the first time. . I would not recommend this service center. We ve been going here a long time and this will be the last.

I came from Minnesota today to get 22 rescue cats to an affordable vet clinic in Baldwin. I got about a mile away from the vet after dropping cats off and my car completely shut off. I know less about cars then anyone you'll meet, so knowing I was responsible for 22 cats post surgery and had multiple hours of driving, along with knowing nothing about this area, I was incredibly panicked. A few places said "no" to sneaking us in, but Quick Lane not only talked me through how to check a few things, but came out to check my car before I started it again, helped me get to their location, checked it over, fixed the problems (easy fixed thankfully), and had it safe for me to drive again all within about an hour and I was so surprised with how affordable it was. They did above and beyond what I was expecting on such short notice and I couldn't say enough good things!

The team squeezed me in for an urgent last minute oil change for a long trip I was taking the next morning! Fantastic, now days most businesses don t care to go the extra mile or effort to help customers! Customer service skills are not lost here in the Baldwin Ford Quick Lane service department. Unparalleled service! My family was on our way home from a long road trip and ended up with a flat tire. They were the only place open late and they even stayed an extra hour to help us get back on the road! They put in a lot of effort helping us. We are so grateful.

It was easy to make an appointment that worked for our schedule. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman when we walked in and he had paperwork ready and knew why we were there. They even checked the tires and reported what wear on the tires was at. It was quick. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Plus we can use our REWARDS to pay for the oil change. Easy to make an appointment. Went for an oil change and was advised that transmission needed to be flushed. After waiting along time I was advised that the tech could not figure out how to drain my transmission and was watching YouTube videos on this rather than ask for help. Finally, office manager intervened and called in someone from the dealership to help.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I brought my truck here for an alignment of which they said they couldn t because of my spacers so I asked them to take them off so they could get it on the rack. They called me back and said they still can t do it. When I went to pick up my truck the alignment tech came and talked to me about my truck and was absolutely disrespectful told me that my truck is an absolute mess and that I should sell it on fb marketplace and see if I can get anything for it. Further more he said he took it for a test drive even though they didn t do any work on the truck and burned an 1/16th of a tank of gas on his joy ride with my unaligned vehicle and comes back and tells me that it drove horribly. They did not put my spacers back on but set them on my hubcaps which are now scratched on my passenger seat which are now filthy. When I went to get in my truck I found pieces of my interior on the asphalt. My truck is now in worse condition after bringing there

Not very friendly. I dropped it off at 930am and I told them to call me when it was complete. And I know they took it in at 9:50am per service sheet and driving by which was great but never called me when it was done. I had to call them at 3pm. It isn't the end of the world but when I left there was no thank you or anything. Just not a good vibe at all and they didn't even call me to tell me it was done.Service: Oil change

Quick oil change experience 2004 BMW X.3 2.5LJust moved back to the area after being gone for a decade. Have been driving by the new(?) business on almost a daily basis. Thought it would be convenient but then read a couple of the recent reviews and was disappointed to see that people had been unhappy with the service they received. The other day I had a little bit of extra time to kill so I decided to give it a chance and figured I had been forewarned through the reviews if I ended up being disappointed.Service was almost perfect ( if corporate is reading this, considerate it perfect). The time it took was very quick considering I had a special oil filter required and it needed to be ordered from the parts supply in town. The price was a little bit more than expected but very quickly and clearly explained when I questioned. It was due to a more expensive oil filter required and the fact that my car took 7 quarts of oil Not the 5 quarts that is included in the standard pricing. All very straightforward and understandable additional costs. While someone with decades of experience in the oil change business may have been able to know that particular model and notify me upfront, I wouldn t expect the average person to know off the top of their head. With that said I suppose one could say they could have notified me prior to the final bill showing up. Not really a big deal in my mind because I did receive what was being charged and it was out of their control as far as what filter would be needed and how much oil my car required. The oil filter is a higher grade filter than the standard pricing one so it should perform better.I will also add that there was no overselling or attempt to get me to spend extra money on unneeded parts or services. They recommended tires be considered before winter which I was already anticipating. No other ridiculous/high-priced services forced down my throat and had to spit back in their face like other places I have been to.Thank you for your excellent service, timeliness and friendliness.I do believe that some of the complaints in the reviews have been seen by the business and they are doing everything they can to address them. I will certainly be back and hope the excellent customer service continues Consistency is one true measure of a successful business. Sure there s gonna be some bumps along the way with a new business but they seem to be taking care of those bumps and looking for long-term satisfied customers.

A couple of months back I went into the Quick Lane for a scheduled 9am oil change. This was soon after they opened their doors. I walked in and was told to wait, the person behind the counter was on the computer and I assumed he must be finishing something important. I sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes until finally a woman walked in and said she wanted to do an oil change but did not have an appointment. At this time it was right around 9:20am. The man behind the counter got her checked in and her car was immediately brought in for it's oil change. I then got up and asked this worker why I was still waiting when I had an appointment and if my car could also get in. He said no, because they only had enough workers to complete the car that had just been brought in. I was then told that there were no available slots the rest of the day.I did call and speak to a manager after, and to his credit he was extremely nice and apologetic. He scheduled me for another oil change at 4:30 that afternoon. I was told I would be receiving a discount.The oil change got completed at 4:30 but the woman working at that time had no information about a discount for my troubles and demanded I pay the full price.This was my first and last experience here. Save your time and money, go to Hudson Quick Lane or some place else.

I knew I had one seal leak, was having trouble getting it in somewhere to be repaired. They got me in next day, they also checked ALL my tires not just the one I knew I was having issues with, I ended up having 3 of my 4 wheels with leaks. This saved me from having to go back multiple times and was able to get it all done at once. Friendly, professional and willing to help!Service: Tires

Great service as always! My check engine light came on with no signs of any leaks or strange noises from the car. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem of an emissions value malfunction. Was fixed and ready to go quickly and efficiently!

They are honest and thorough. I asked if they'd be able to get an oil change done in 30 minutes. They thought they could but found some other things that needed attention and honestly said "no we won't get the oil change done in time" so i wasn't late getting my kids! They also changed my van brakes and were able to order and replace the caliper as well with only adding a few minutes on the estimated time!

Great service, my girlfriend and I had just started our 22 hour road trip when we hit a sharp metal object and got a flat. They were the closest tire place. We got there before they opened and were the first in the door. Benjamin told us right from the start they were entirely booked up for the day but he would try and get us in when he could 20 mins later they had patched the tire. Great experience would recommend!!

Everyone here was extremely helpful. My husband and I were on our way to a camping trip with family and got a flat tire. We got to Quick Lane at 5:50 and they re supposed to close at 6, but they stayed open and helped us out. They were able to patch our tire, do a rotation, and even did an oil change when we mentioned we were almost due for one. We left by 6:30, and the bill was less than half of what we were assuming it would be. We were texting our family updates on times and they couldn t believe how quickly we were back on the road. Very grateful for everyone here.

Honest work. I was quoted parts and labor on something I thought I needed. Got a call informing me parts were good, just needed tightening and adjustment. Saved 3 digits worth of labor when they could've done otherwise.

We were blowing through on the interstate and had some tire issues. The guys here were super helpful and nice. Got is back on the road without any hassle or charge. If you need help in the area, they're great!

Not very happy with quick lane or ford ownership we got a vehicle from them in December used our free Quick Lane Oil Change then when it was time to get another oil change took it elsewhere but was informed that last place probably stripped oil plug so I took it back they said would have to do an oil change to see if was true and then would give me an oil change if the plug was stripped at quick lane but did not really want to go back to a place that stripped an oil plug then talked to the owner (of both) said he was glad to help and could take it to the Ford mechanics instead because I didn't want to use Quick Lanes. They proceeded to give me a new plug because in fact it was stripped and then charged me $42 for an oil change when at quick Lanes would have been free or even if had to pay ($27) it should have been free because they did in fact strip my oil plug.

i had a stripped stud and could not take the blowned wheel off. it took less than 2hr to get a 3-4 hr job done. amazingly fast and professional. also fairly cheap labor rate like 65 per hr. very friendly staff.

I have had two vehicles here, and if I had just accepted their estimates it would have cost me over $1200.00 more than what it cost me when I questioned the parts they quoted as needing. The first was when my son punctured a tire and went in for a replacement, they told him he needed all 4 tires replaced, even though the other 3 were fairly new and had minimal thread wear. When I called to question them and their quote, they said never mind, that I would not need to replace the other 3, due to them being fairly new. If I had not questioned them, they were going to very happily replace all 4 tires. The second was when I had a gear shift bracket break in my truck, I brought the vehicle to them for repair and they quoted me around $800.00. They said I would need to replace my entire steering column because the part that was broken could not be replaced, because it was not made as a orderable piece and therefore could not be fixed without replacing the entire steering column. After I got done discussing it with them I went home and found the exact part in less than 2 minutes on my phone at the mopar site for $80.00. So it took me less than 2 minutes to find the part that they said never existed. Needless to say, I immediately went back to their shop and used their computer to show them the part and printed off all the necessary part numbers for them to order it for my vehicle. The next day, they called and said the part that I found in less than 2 minutes was the correct part and that they could fix my vehicle for around $200 instead of the $800 that they had quoted me for having to replaced my entire steering column the night before. Nice, after they tried to replace my entire steering column for $800, instead of just replacing the $80 part that I found for them on their computer, they felt no obligation to offer some sort of discount for them trying to overcharge me by at least $600. So in closing, they tried to get me to pay an extra $600 for tires that they said I needed at first, and than when questioned said they were not needed at all and than tried to replace an entire steering column for around $800 instead of the $80 part that was the only thing needed to make the repair. So, the way I see it, I have been misquoted by them for at least $1200.00 more than was necessary on the two visits I was there, and if I had not questioned them they would have happily taken my money. They have only been open for a short time, but be wary of being overcharged by them. I brought up my concerns, and they did not feel that over quoting me by $1200 on two visits warranted any sort of compensation, so I can only assume that it is of no concern to them.

TERRIBLE!!! 2 bad experiences! 1st one. Bought all new tires. Drove home. Shaky wheel. They brought it back in. Stated "nothing" was wrong. Continued to have to out air in the amtires after the fact too. Also, NEVER received my $75 rebate!!! 2nd time. Friday (10/30/2020) they took my car in to put snow tires on. Dropped it off that evening. Saturday (10/31/2020) woke up to a flat tire!!! Called them told them they needed to come get my car and fix it. Still don't have my car back. and I need to be to work in the AM. NEVER again. Way too much money being spent for terrible service.Service: Tires
