Good day, fellow RV Wisconsinits. We need to place a huge thank-you to a facility that went far above what was expected. Augusta Tire & Auto Services, Augusta, Wisconsin provided us with unprecedented cost for our Toyo tires and complete yearly service change and check. Went over our rig with a fine tooth comb and could have come out the back side charging us a fortune. Gave us very detailed results on the inspection and did not charge for any of these checks. Again, if you need service and are able to stop into this shop, Steve is the owner, and I highly recommend them. 2015 Tiffin Red, 36QSA DP.

I highly recommend Augusta Tire and Auto Service to anyone needing auto repairs, maintenance, or advice. The prices are fair, customer service is top notch, the mechanics really know what they are doing,and the owner, Steve, really cares about his customers. They deserve more than five stars!

Charged 120bucks for a spare trailer tire, if I wasn't broke down on the side of the road I would of went some place else

When we first moved up here, we got a flat tire late on a Saturday morning. Augusta Auto was able to fix the tire quickly for an extremely fair price and kept us moving. Since then we have brought our personal vehicles in for regular servicing along with heavier duty Diesel servicing, DOT inspections, and emergency brake jobs for our company vehicles. Always fair pricing, they will fit you in if it is an emergency, and are knowledgeable in explaining what they are seeing. Communication on letting you know when the work is done could be improved though.

Amazing Service!While tent camping at Coon Fork County Park, my car s coolant system started spewing antifreeze. The folks at Augusta Tire came over within 15 minutes of my call, were unable to do the repair on the spot, apologized, pulled my car onto their truck, took it into their shop about 5 miles away, used the specialized tools needed, and delivered my car back to me within 2 hours. If you are having car problems anywhere within 50 miles of Augusta, Do Call Them. They Simply Are the Best!

This place may have great prices but the service is terrible!! I've made two appointments and both times (the only two times) the tires we've needed weren't available! The first time they'd actually sold our tires to someone else. We then had to settle for a set that we didn't want in the first place. In spite of this situation and the affordability of the service, I decided to try again. Well fool me twice shame on me and I paid the price. I drove 40 minutes only to find out they didn't have my tires in their inventory as they promised. To add some icing on the cake they only had 2 replacement tires available AND they were going to make me wait until after their lunch break to start. You certainly get the terrible service you pay for

Absolutely recommend Augusta Tire and Auto. Blew a boat tire on the way to vacation. Steve was so pleasant, efficient and reasonable. We were on our way in no time!

We bought a van from them and we didn t notice it didn t have a spare tire. We got home a week later we got a letter from them saying they have a spare tire and cover for our van! So we set up an appointment to have them install it and we got there and there was no tire and no cover. Three months later only calling once a month to check up on them they said they would drop it off at our house...... we still don t have a spare tire. Why would you say you have something for us and make an appointment to install it?We live just over an hour away.

These guys did some work on my brakes and replaced a battery for me. Can't complain about the job but I asked them to call with an estimate and that didn't happen. Also I asked the lady at the front desk if the battery came with a warranty and all she said was "I have no idea" and left it at that.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a SUV there, 2 days later had to do a complete brake job, while in the shop found the dipstick tube to the transmission was broken off and zip tied in place to cover up it was broke. This vehicle was supposedly inspected. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Beware... their prices are low because they sell vehicles with problems and don't care. They just want the money.

Great people! Willing to explain what they have to do and how they plan to do it. One of the best body shops in 100 miles, with knowledgeable people. My number one place to bring my car!

Next day appt, was there early and very little waiting. Fast service, reasonable and very honest in explaining things. Would go there for any service in a heartbeat.
