Called them twice about getting a set of bigger tires mounted on wheels. Take the tires off and drive them a hour up there. Walk in the store and they were super rude and told me they couldnt do it and walked away.

Asked them to fix leaky tire, they put a valve stem in, didn't fix hole in tire, waste of time and money, I went to another tire shop and they fixed it right, worst tire shop ever, wouldn't give me my money backTo owner: the side wall of my tire was fine, the pin hole was in the tread part of the tire, Tom's Auto Repair in Mellen Wisconsin patched the tire for 20 bucks, that's the real story!!!.

I ended up with a major flat tire from a sidewall leak. I am not from the area, and they treated me like a local and were very welcoming. They got me back on the road at an amazing price, and it didn't take long. There seemed to be a lot of customers, which was reassuring that this business is trusted by locals. Definitely a place deserving of your business.

They are extremely accommodating, helpful, and fast. Prices are slightly higher than Walmart, but the service is worth every penny. We always go here when we have the choice.

Got flat fixed and valve stem replaced, while passing thru Ashland. Great, fast service, reasonably priced, and so "midwest-nice" the way places used to be! Zifco- What a great place!

These guys were super friendly, super helpful, super affordable and fast!! I chose to use the word super because I had a very super good experience in a emergency I was having with my brakes the end of day on a Friday. They got me in quick, solved the problem and the price was alot lower then I was expecting. The store and employees were very clean. I am very thankful for such super service!!Service: Brakes

I was passing through town and needed air in my RV tires. Devin took his time, installed correct stems on the duels and made sure it was safe. deceptive business practices.... I spoke with company reps 3 xs prior to picking up my car, and discussed the bill, no one told me about the non cash adjustment fee, and then was charged a non cash adjustment fee on my debit card upon paying my bill. When I called back, the rep was rude and cooperative. Don't support this business.Service: Tires

My son and I were up west of Ashland for deer hunting. His diesel truck developed a problem that would prevent us from returning home (a 6.5 hr. drive). We were out in the boonies and none of the local mechanics would help us. We even tried the GMC dealership in Ashland. No help. A friend referred us to Zifco and they worked us in right away and helped us resolve the problem. Everyone there went out of their way to help us. Thank you!

If i could give this store A "0" I would.. First off I stopped by to see if they had two used tires for our buisness vehicle, and within 5-7 minutes was quickly told they had nothing and could not assist me, So funny because I was warned about this place before by a customer who experienced the same treatment, So I decided to call 15 minutes afterwards to see if after giving my tire info over the phone if I would be told the same thing,it was completely opposite the lady was pleasant looking up the tire chatting with me intermittently as she found the information and set up the appointment for Monday where I experienced the worst treatment and customer service of my entire life, I was overcharged without being advised of the amount of parts that were being ordered meaning the lady came out and said I needed lug nuts replaced to my knowledge I only had one tire missing one of them and the rest on that tire needed replacement however prior to coming to this tire shop I never was told by my mechanic or their staff working on my truck that they were replacing 12 and that it would cost me almost 100 difference, the lady upfront disrespected me by yelling you just don't want to pay your bill amongst other disgusting things as the owner Denise came to the front didn't apologize and watched it unfold I've never been so disrespected in my life,all the way from them not wanting to assist me from the first day I walked in.. I run an organization called Heartz4Humanity and people and establishments like these ones are the ones that we need to watch quickly shift out of our humanity because this treatment and being forced to pay a 217.00 bill after being quoted 134.00 should be a felony.. and I'm truly disgusted at the racism and unprofessionalism that was received and I will make sure they don't get another dime from myself or any people from my organization just passing thru..I'll tell them keep driving...

We were on a camping trip and our van broke down about a 1/2 hour away from Ashland. We had the car towed here because they were able to get us in that day.When we got there, they gave the kids homemade cookies and a fun sized candy bar. Then they said we could use a loaner while they worked on the van so we could still enjoy the day we had planned in Bayfield. They got right to work on the van and it was done within 3 hours. We returned the loaner, the van ran great and the price was reasonable. Great service and friendly staff. Wish they were my local mechanics! Thank you Zifko staff!

I picked up a couple tires there and the people there were very nice and helpful! Definitely a good place to get tires but maybe having a sign out telling people where the front office is to do paper work would be good , unless I missed it and there is one. Thanks again!

All the employees are so kind and helpful. They offer loaner cars so you can still get things done while they are working on your vehicle. They are very reasonable and will not do any extra work until they talk to you first.

I can't give them a ZERO, but I am greatly offended when I am called a liar by the manager. They did work they weren't authorized to do. The original quote was more than we wanted and they agreed to do only the work we asked them to complete. They proceeded to do everything without calling and asking permission and then making us pay full price. Won't recommend them to anyone. I would rather drive on a flat to Duluth then let them touch our car.

While traveling back to Michigan, I broke down in Ashland last August. I had a frozen caliper and my battery needed to be replaced. They got me in immediately, fixed the problem and charged me very minimally. They also noticed the wear on my tires was uneven so they rotated them (for free) and told me to have it checked out when I got back home. I did and there was a problem so I'm grateful they were so observant and took the initiative to rotate the tires and alert me to the issue. It's so wonderful to encounter helpful & honest people when you're stranded and need help. Thanks!

Quoted one price came in 3 times hire.!!!!!!!!!yeah don't trust zifko with anything got oil chng a imagine that my transfer case starts to leak!!!! Try it again zifko got proof u did it!

Wear a mask, not for me... for us. But what do I know... I am a public health expert.Thanks for the reaponse; having your technicians not wear masks in my vehicle for an airborne virus is too much to ask? Maybe roll Dow. The windows if your not ing to consider my well being over protecting our neighborhood.

A little bit high priced but when I brought a tire in that I needed to have fixed that day even though they were backed up and having to schedule things 2 days out they still got my tire within an hour
