The auto technician was very rude and talked down to me thw entire time and haf every excuse in the book to not put a tire on a rim. I would not recommend going here if you want decent respectful service. I will not bring my vehicle back here. If i could i would give it 0 stars

When I purchased tires for my car I also purchased lifetime rotation. The last time I had my oil changed at Walmart, several months ago, I was told couldn't get the rotation done. Also, as I'm leaving the parking lot from the oil change, I noticed the trip meter on my dash showed the same miles as when my next oil change was due. This was bogus because I had more miles on my car than the trip meter. The sticker had my trip meter miles not my actual mileage. So the sticker was incorrect.Today I asked an auto service man if there was any time to do my oil change & the reply was"Absolutely none". I've worked in customer service for years and that was not a good response to give someone who took the time out of their day to drive numerous miles to find this out ( they don't answer the phone). I know you should always give your customer a little hope which he didn't do. I want to say I love Walmart but how??? They just won't let me! It's always no, no, no!

Went in a few years back bought 5 tires for an astro van I have...no problems...but this year I bought 4 tires for my dodge caravan and not even 4 months having them my back tire went flat...front tire it sperated causing it to go flat...I ended up paying for a new tire...then the back 1 that went flat the other 2 times went flat again...even a can of fix a flat would not even work...they told me to bring it in...how could i...I was stuck 3 hours along side the road...besides that...I would have to buy a new tire anyways...I even had the protection coverage on the tires...why even give coverage on tires if you are going to make them pay for another 1 if they can't fix the tires...I'm done with their so called coverage...I will pay extra for tires from now on...and even higher price for oil changes....Walmart Auto lost this customer..I would recommend not going there ....period

Unfriendly and unhelpful. With no option to schedule an appointment they are always full and your only option is to sit there. There key cutting machine was also down which ment that my stop was completely useless.

Bill the manager is a nice enough guy but the techs? or cake decorators they have working in the shop could ruin a wet dream. Brought in two tires to be replaced, simple enough. Didn't notice till I was putting tires back on that their tire changer had gouged a ring all around both aluminum rims. Walmart initially offered a labor discount (30$) until I showed them they actually offered an identical reconditioned rim, for 338$ a piece. Rims ordered (Walmart did paid for), head home and wake up to a flat tire. Aired up and was leaking from valve stem they put in ...I wouldn't trust the techs here to fill my washer fluid, although maybe I could get a new motor out of them if they did

Went in to buy 2 tires, was forced to buy 4 tires. Then they tried to charge me $10 a tire for balancing which they never told me about until I went to pick up my vehicle. I requested a manager and he was able to refund the $40 thank God!

Fixed a tire that kept losing air. Was a little screw in it. Charged $10 plus tax, whereas last summer Zifko Tire charged $25 to fix a tire with a nail in it!!!!!! Took about 45 minutes. Friendly people at the desk.

Great services and prices. Friendly staff answered all my questions. I had run flat tires on an AWD car and got a flat. Learned a lot about tires today.
