Not only did they show up on a sunday, but they were friendly, quick service, had my car fixed in less than a day, and even went above and beyond to tap out a little bit of Aesthetics on my car.

will add UHaul fees over half=5/8ths on that tiny guage... cleaning fee... I paid the insurance and didnt wreck it you outa throw away the plastic bag or whatever cup or bottle I missed...

Called about a friend's car that was towed about a year ago from Washburn due to the, friend being in jail. At the time for towing and storage over $2,600 was owed to get the car. However the friend doesn't have her keys or anything (drives license, ect for proof of ownership as, it was tossed in the trash at her place after eviction). Avoid having your vehicle towed and stored by them as much as possible. In the past a truck my parents owned prior to them passing away the tow company said that I was the owner when the truck was towed by this company..

Just be aware that an after hours tow under 10 miles is going to set you back over $250. I am sure they were prompt and helpful with my daughter when her car stopped working and I appreciate that, but the pricing was above and beyond for a young person working her way through school with a part-time job. There was no upfront conversation about how much it would cost her and the fact that she could have saved $100 by leaving it where it was and having it towed during normal hours - chalk it up to a learning experience, but an expensive one.Service: Car towing

Most professional towing company I ve ever seen. The guy who pulled my car out, worked absolute magic to avoid doing any additional damage to my vehicle. I am so grateful to them for all of their assistance during a very stressful time for me.

Unethical and deceitful. Brought my rv in for alignment which wasnt finished until end of day. I said I'd pick up in morning and could they leave it inside. They said they would. When I picked up next morning they charged $100,00 for being inside. This was never mentioned when I asked. I asked to speak with owner and they replied they are not allowed to give name out. Most likely because he's ashamed of his business practice. Find someone else to tow or repair your vehicle.

It took them 4 hours to come out to help me. When he got there, he was very rude about having to come out to the island to jump my car/tow it if needed. He kept making comments about how it hurt his trucks battery to come out here for this long . Overall, he did not have good customer service at all and while he towed my car, he was not happy about having to come out and do it.

I have used this company's services twice and both times they were able to get me back on the road very quick and cheaply. The people are very kind and it's obvious they care about the customer. I will call them first in future car needs with no hesitation!

Hopefully you will not need their services, but if you need their services in the area do not hesitate. We were in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Lake Gogebic about one and half hours from Ashland Wi, Tomlinson s location. It was the second day of our 2 month trip to Alaska. The RV Motorhome just stopped running, no power or electric. We thought our trip was doomed.The Good Sam road service arranged for Tomlinson to rescue us. Due to the distance it took the best part of 2 hours to be rescued. They arrived with the tow truck and an other car for us to drive and follow.It was after hours when we arrived in Ashland. They arranged for us to plug in at the garage to spend the night and encouraged us to go out for dinner with their car. It was a pleasant ending to a trying day.The next morning they encouraged us to continue to use their car. We went to church and were beginning to visit the local museum when they called and said the RV was ready. We were amazed and ecstatic.The repair was a .27 cent fuse. We left, bought more fuses at the local auto parts store and were on our way. We experienced no further problems. The trip will be long remembered, thanks in part to Tomlinson.
