Stopped in to buy a soda asked to use the bathroom old grumpy man said it was for paying customers. When I stated I was going to buy something he said the cleaning lady makes more than he does. Rude as hell place and according to all the comments I m not alone. Doesn t seem like shell customer support does anything in regards to this. I wouldn t want my franchise being involved with someone like this.

Really poor service, bought gas and paid at the pump, and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom because it was for customers only. Have to assume methamphetamine use is a job requirement.

If you re going to charge that much for gas, you could at least put clean water in the windshield washer buckets. Two I tried were dry. Not to mention broken pumps.

Scary older man (owner?) just stuck his head in my friends car window and threatened to call the police on her. She spends a lot of money at this gas station/car wash, until today. Upon reading reviews, this exact same thing has happened to others customers. Terrible business.. Save your time and go to Kwik Trip.

Went there to get gas, a soda, and a car wash. I was cleaning my car and a man came out yelling at me that it was not a place to throw my trash. I said ok and walked quickly around the back side of my car because he was very aggressive and scary. He then leaned into my car and yelled if I ever sense there again he will call the cops on me. I was going to be spending about 60 dollars there but because of that man i left and I will never go back.

Brought our kids to Ashland for a day trip and decided to stop here to give the local gas station some business instead of the Kwik Trips saturated throughout the area. All we wanted to do was grab a few waters and some snacks before heading back to Duluth. Rudest experience ever! I asked if I could use the restroom as I already knew I was going to be a paying customer but did not want to haul my armful of items into the bathroom. Trust me, the only bathroom that was available was the men s room and it was disgusting so I really didn t want to use it anyways, but before I could even turn around and ask, the rude older man looked at me and yelled from the cashier, You cannot use the bathroom, it s for paying customers only . I was so shocked by his tone and demeanor that I could only respond by saying well, I was about to buy a lot of things but I just changed my mind and I ll bring my business elsewhere . All he could do was say ok . I abruptly left the store and proceeded to find the nearest Kwik Trip possible. At least they value the ones keeping them in business....their customers. And that s why they will continue to get my business and why KT got my $37 today. If this place goes out of business, it s going to be due to the rude customer service. I completely understand having the rule for paying customers only but I was clearly about to be a paying customer and it could have been approached in a different way.

I have never received such poor customer service! The cashier, Lissa, started the transaction with a very snarky attitude. First, I went to run my discount card (because the pumps haven't accepted it since I got it) & she told me that there was no option on her screen to run it. I told her that the card reader showed that it was processing......as if it hadn't finished a transaction before that. She yelled at me & stated again that her screen didn't give the option of running the discount card. I had to repeat myself at least 3 times before she would keep her mouth shut to even hear what I said. I finally had to tell her (loudly) that I didn't care about what was on her screen at the moment because the card reader was processing, which would also explain why it didn't the option to run my discount card.. I also made the comment that she had a bad attitude, I've spent many years in sales & would have never dared talk to someone like that. How she still has the job there is beyond me. I know they are very short staffed, but, they have been for quite some time. I also know people who have quit there because of the way they were treated. If I had to work with someone like that, I'd quit too. I'm surprised it's still open.

I came here at around 9:00pm on August 6th and a kind gentlemen (the only person working) stopped in the middle of his break to show me where the ibuprofen was and cash me out. I was having the migrane of a lifetime and his simple kindness was like a godsend. If you see this good sir, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I bought a 5 pack of face masks here. 4 of them broke within an hour. 2 broke the first time I put them on. The manager refused to give me a refund on them. Terrible customer service, after the sale of a cheap product. Oh and the 5 pack of masks was 10 dollars!

Will NEVER step foot in there again!! Went to visit family and stopped to get snacks and drinks. We didn't even get in the door all the way and the guy comes out yelling at us that they only have one bathroom and its for paying customers. Well, these PAYING CUSTOMERS walked right back out and took our business to Kwik Trip!

Have to walk up hill to pay for gas and was really slippery, but service is good people are friendly!!!
