My windshield was damaged today so I stopped by to see if the damage was a candidate for repair. The tech looked at it, asked me if I had time to have it repaired now and, after a short wait, I was on my way. Definitely a great experience!

Schraufnagel Glass is the place to go. They quickly fill windshield chips. Your paintings that have cracked or broken glass are professionally repaired. It was gently suggested that the mat color I was going to use would overpower the painting. I was set on a powder blue, but boy was I wrong. The faint wheat tone was absolute perfection! I couldn't be happier.Thank you to all the Staff at Schraufnagel Glass.

Few companies are perfect, yet this company is right up there! I appreciated their accommodating an early morning pre work drop off. I needed a back hatch window replaced. They ordered the window and once in, it took a couple of hours to install. All throughout, they provided professional timely communication. I would highly recommend this company!

I anticipated a wait of 2+ hours and a cost of at least 400. Neither was the case. It took 1 1/2 hours at most, and cost me a total of 320 (without insurance). They also have a loaner car so I didn't have to just sit there while they worked. That was a nice surprise!

I went Schraufnagel Glass because of the great reviews. I will return because of the great service. Everyone was extremely pleasant and amazingly helpful. My driver s door window was shattered as I passed a logging truck and they put collision plastic on it so I could get home to the cities. They would have repaired the window, but I needed to get home. They even vacuumed my car because glass was everywhere. Thank you for making a frightening experience - hassle free and pleasant.Service: Auto power window repair

Great experience, fast friendly service, less than 30min and windshield repair was completed with out appointment. Schraufnagel auto glass was able to get my glass repair free and did excellent work. I went there for second opinion , as I had an appointment with safelite in Ironwood MI and they wanted to charge me $180.00 for the same repair Schraufnagel auto glass was able to get done for no out of pocket cost. Thank you! 5 stars!!

Fast and very friendly service. I had a chip in my windshield, and 30 minutes before they closed they got me in to get it repaired. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't outrageous either. They did a very good job, and I would highly recommend them!

They saved our vacation! We were up from central WI and the driver side power window regulator broke and the pane fell into the door. We discovered it the morning of a full day of waterfall viewing and Apostle Island Cruising. After, asking at an auto parts store, Schrafnagel was the first name out of his mouth. We stopped in, no appointment. He diagnosed the issue. We just wanted to be able to have the vehicle weather proof til we got home to have it fixed. He put a wrap on the window and sent us on our way. 10 min. No waiting. And No Charge! I wish we could stay in the area to give them more business. That will forever be a highlight of our trip. Sometimes the smallest gestures mean the most.Service: Auto side window replacement

I've had excellent service each time I have worked with Schraufnagels. They have gone out of their way to find a windshield for a car that was so new that it was difficult to find a replacement for. They have also fixed a shower door that I thought would have needed replaced. They saved me quite a bit of money. I really have a had great experiences with them.

I had a mishap with my rear window in my pickup. I made a few calls to different places and was referred to this place by a friend of mine. They were very fast. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone knew exactly what I needed and the prices were the best to be found in the area. I dropped my truck off that night, after the business had closed and it was ready at 10 am the following morning. Would definitely recommend and return to them again!

I ve used Schraufnagel glass several times for my car and home. My biggest reason for continuing to do business with them is because of the fabulous installation work that John does and I really love the quality of my Walsh windows. Our last round of new window installations we were unable to be home, but we trusted John in our house. Our cats did not escape during the process and he did top notch carpentry work as always.Service: Installation

My semi windshield had a huge ugly chip from a rock hurled by drive tires of a bobtail that pulled in front of me on the interstate. I had my delivery near this guys and they took me in with my 53' trailer. 30 minutes later my chip was reduced to a tiny spot and bugs wiped off the windshield too! Their customer service staff are excellent.

Amazing. They replaced my back window, it was cheaper and quicker than I expected. Workers were all very nice and friendly. I will definitely go back for more service if needed. Highly recommended. :)

We don't know what we would have done without this place! They were a life saver! We are from Louisiana and our back window exploded from the cold weather and we were due to leave the next day. They were unable to get the glass needed in right away so they wrapped our car and did it for FREE!!! We made it home with zero issues and the weather stayed out and it was amazing and much better than trying to tape garbage bags over it and try making it like that. Thank you soooooo much Schaufnagel Glass!!! God Bless yall!

Had a chip in the car window, they contacted my insurance company, took it in and fixed it and it cost me $0 all within 30 minutes. Would definitely use these folks again, everyone was pleasant and very helpful.

This company wins by default. They are the only ones in the area so you have no choice unless you want to drive an hour and a half. All I needed was a 12.5 x 13 in piece of single pane glass nothing special. 2 days later still being told "we don't have anyone to cut glass". IT'S A GLASS SHOP!

Always polite and always able to do what we need in a timely matter. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.....and not just auto glass. They do it all...house windows and screens. Stop in and check them out!
