Friendly and helpful place. They fit me in and got my truck done on time. One thing I will say, is for being a local mom and pop shop it isn't much cheaper than going to the dealer.

Great service, transparent responses and will not mess with you in any way. The business is decent sized and really efficient. They also have used cars for sale it seems. I recommend it!

I am insanely satisfied with my new suspension system, wheels & tires on my 2015 F150. The guys at Ray's did such an amazing job, work was done as quoted and in a very timely manner. I can't thank these guys enough!!! I have been getting comments left and right on how amazing this truck looks! We live down in Cable, and many people have been asking who lifted our truck and I have the greatest pride in saying Ray's in Ashland! I don't know a thing about auto repair, not even to change a tire! lol But I have been to Ray's many, many times to p/u my hubby when he drops a vehicle off for repair. He is devoted to Ray's because he says they are honest, reasonably priced, and have always done an excellent job!

Great and friendly service. Had parts taken off already and was called to ask if I wanted them back on instead of just doing it. Great time frame. I had a slow leaking tire and I just stopped by to see if I could get it fixed. Bob was kind enough to get me in and out in a reasonable time despite they were obviously busy. Thank you so much!

Stopped at Ray's for tires got awesome deal on set of 4 a alignment and an oil change at very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Pulled into Ashland from out of town with a tire pressure issue. Bob got me right in and within 20 minutes, they diagnosed and fixed the problem and they did not charge me one cent!

Why actually diagnose an issue when you can just throw parts at it and charge the customer for parts they break. Real professional outfit

Just clamped heat shield so it wouldn't rattle instead of taking it all the way off which would have cost me a lot more money

This place is way overpriced and just throw parts at a vehicle rather than diagnose the problem and fix what actually needs to be fixed.
