Workers were pleasant. Had to ask them to check the air filter to which the young lady replied "oh sorry I forgot about that !!! " afterwards being a heavy equipment mechanic I decided to look under the hood. Lot of oil drippings from when they changed the filter. Not the end if the world but could have a little more class.

The doors state to wait for an attendant to come out. So we stop and wait for someone to come out. We see someone looking out the window at us, they don't come out. We wait for a bit with no one coming out but see them looking through the window at us.Eventually we leave. Call to see if it's actually open like the hours say. The person answering is very rude and abrupt. States they are open and the hours are correct. They are working today.

Love that this place exists! I really needed a quick oil change and it was supper fast they even talked me out of a radiator flush because they said I didn t need it after testing it! I highly recommend getting lubed up there!

These guys were unfriendly and shady. After exhibiting zero customer service skills the guy working on my car told me my air filter was bad and needed to be replaced. Well, he never looked at it so that is curious. Also funny, that I had installed a new one this winter. Don't send anyone who could be convinced they need more service than an oil change.

Visited Ashland and a piece of fiberglass under my van came of and was dragging. Called and asked if they could help and they could fit me in. Drove in and they asked if I wanted it wedged in or taken off. This the piece didn't do anything really important I opted to have it taken off. They took it off and disposed of it for free. There all were respectful and nice. Plan to go to them when I need my oil changed. The 40 minutes to drive there seems to be worth it.

I was literally there for 4 minutes. No one asked what kind of oil I wanted and the wrong oil was used. Quick is definitely the key. Fast but not good or full service. And pricey for the product used. I've made an appointment elsewhere tomorrow to get the right oil change.

I swear the guys here have saved me literally thousands of dollars on potential auto repair costs!! No lie! I go in for an oil change regularly and multiple times they have pointed out major issues or potential issues that otherwise I would have NEVER known about until I was on the side of the road broke down!!! These folks have always been fast and convenient for an oil change. Last time I was in they forgot to read my engine code like I'd asked, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, but it won't stop me from coming back.

Great place for a quick oil change. They are very thourough, friendly and offer a Milutary discount. I'm always in and out of there in about 15 minutes.

I didn't have to make an appointment and the staff techs were professional and efficient. Will definitely be going back even though it's the furthest from my house.

Got a quick oil change. They had a hard time determining what oil to use. We had to call the dealership to verify what oil they used. Overall, it was a good experience.

The place to go for a quick oil change with the option of vacuuming your car and you can also get a transmission fluid flush depending on the type of vehicle you have.

Not good.been going there for years.not no more.took my new car there.the next day my driveway had 2 big oil spots.next morning I took it back in.Thay did not see anything tell I started it.oil filter leeks.wow thay had to use big pliers to get it off.Not good..
