These guys know their stuff, I like the fact that if you can't change or replace light bulb, wiper blade they will do it for you. I go to the store in Ashland, Wisconsin, this review is for this particular store.

Went in for a gas cap tonight, one associate was quite nice, trying to help me. While he was looking up my part the other seemed to take issue with my MINI Cooper stating he had a dumpster out back. I ignored him. The guy helping me found the part in the computer and went to grab it. The other associate continued to talk down, stating the reason it cost so much is because the cars were pieces of $#!t and they need to get the money out of it while they can. As the nice associate was walking to the front with the part in hand the other continued on saying something about how he didn't know why they had such a following and talking about how unsafe they are in a wreck, making me really question what he even knows about them as, for a small car, the safety ratings are better than most. As my associate approached the counter I said I was sorry but if his buddy was going to g to talk trash the whole time about my car, I would just assume puck one up elsewhere.

Good auto parts store. The staff person helping me was a nice guy but not super knowledgeable on electronic brake controllers. I'll go back again.

It was ok, they eventually beat Napa's price but I had to work at it. Don't be afraid to question the price.

Fast, friendly , helpful staff. It was nice going in and having a woman help me. Sometimes men can leave an awkward feeling because of the stereotype of women and auto work.

I love the staff there. They are always going above and beyond for their customers. Given any choice in the matter, I will never get my car parts from anyone else.

Very helpful employee. Was able to diagnose engine fault codes and ordered parts so I could do the easy install.

I'm not a car person but I like this place, they are well stocked and service is good although you can tell that the employees aren't car people either.

Not helpful. I would recommend to go somewhere else. Employees rude and just out to make a sale. I have been to other O'Reilly's and the service was much better.
