Timely and efficient, but charged me one hundred-fifty dollars to open my vehicle door. I thought it was an awful lot of money for a five minute job just a five minute drive from their location at 9AM on a Saturday morning.

Extremely responsive! I called and left a message and someone actually got back to me. They repaired my sliding door lock promptly and for a fair price. Highly recommended!

Adam is the best! It's the day after Thanksgiving and I locked myself out of my house at 4 or so with my 1 year old. He was there as quick as he could be (coming from an hr away) and saved the day! He even gave me answers to door mechanism questions I had. He will definitely be my first call if this ever happens again! Thank you Adam!

Friendly and remarkably quick service at the best price I could find for coming to Ironwood Michigan to get a needed key for my car. Could not have been any better or more fully competent at getting the needed job done.

We were impressed and relieved when this locksmith was not only prompt, but hardworking and innovative, in an unfortunate situation after locking our keys in the car. Ashland lock and key drove to us in Bayfield the moment we called and arrived quickly. He stopped at nothing to help us and was highly professional! We would highly recommend calling them when you re in a bind.

Freddy did an amazing job on my re-key. He set up a master key system, with different keys for each apartment. He went back several times, ensuring that each lock and knob was exactly correct for the application. His prices were reasonable, he was courteous, professional, and went well above and beyond. Ashland has a new Locksmith, and he is doing a great job. Thank you Freddy!

Usually don't write reviews but I feel obliged to thank Ashland Lock & Key for getting me out of a jam. Found I wasn't able to lock my back door and was leaving town the next day. In spite of a full schedule Freddy came over the same day--- at 7 pm-- and not only repaired the lock but used a spare part he had to save me the cost of new hardware. He's a great guy and really knows his stuff.

I called him on a Friday night, when it was 90 degrees out, because I d locked myself out of my house with my dog in my yard. He came over right away with a smile on his face, and helped me get back inside. Would 10/10 recommend, great value and great service!

We accidently locked ourselves out of our garage, with the car still in the garage, and they came all the way out to Madeline Island, on a Sunday, to help us out. Amazing response time and a great show to watch. Our Toyota tundra fought him every step of the way but he got her open with zero damage! Great guy, highlight of an otherwise dismal fishing trip.
