Stopped by without an appointment to take a look at a vehicle and they were able to take care of me as soon as I walked through the door. Right from the get-go, everything felt welcoming and easy. From talking to the salesperson, Lane (whom I would recommend btw), to talking with the finance person. They helped accommodate our two kids, 4 and a 2 year old. I will definitely be talking to them in my future purchases.

Purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the years and they have always been easy to work with and have always made sure that all of the my expectations have been met, recent purchase I worked with Preston A to build a Superduty with all the options needed to pull a heavy trailer, he was very knowledgeable with all of the options and put together the perfect truck. would definitely recommend this dealer and Preston for your next purchase

Korey was great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He was very kind and continuously checked on my family and I while we were waiting for credit checks and paperwork to go through, to ensure we were comfortable and that our experience with Ashland for was exceptional. Not just Korey, but the entire team that I worked with (I can t remember their names I m sorry. The gentleman that assisted with researching my old cars value and the gentleman that walked me through the paperwork.. thank you both!!) they were amazing, personable, down to earth, and not pushy. I ll definitely will be coming back to Ashland ford for my next vehicle purchase. :)

Service department is often forgetful or sloppy with their work. Last oil change the driver side seat and center console had oil from the technician on them. Also had oil dripping from the undercarriage, didn t wipe up the mess from changing the filter. Service recall before this they forgot to install my wiper arms before I left with the vehicle.They get the job done, but the work may be half done or sloppy. This is not an angry review, but just one to remind them that they could do better.

Ashland Ford. What can I say. Well there service department is a joke. I had my 2016 Chrysler 200 in last July for some pretty major repairs to the front end and the rear end which was the main reason for the visit. The rear tires we re wearing out on the inside of the tires. Had the work done and in September of 2022 replaced the rear tires for the winter. Thought all was good after that. Now comes March of 2023 new tires worn out on the inside again 20,000 mile we were able to get out of a 50,000 mile tire. Take it back talk to Ryan come to find out it will be another $960.00 for the repairs. For what I feel is something they should have found the first time. Talk to Ryan again hoping to come to an agreement. I offered to pay half the bill even though it was nothing we did I will have to talk to the general manager and get back to you phone call came and I was told that they will absolutely not go have on the bill. So I will no longer or ever shop there for a vehicle or services and will not recommend any one to go there.

PRESTON made the car buying process super easy for me. Under unique circumstances, he was able to make it happen without any hiccups. A new car came in, one I had been searching for FOREVER. They had it priced right so I called and Preston was able to reserve it for me with a down payment right over the phone. Later that day I went in to test drive and ended up buying it.... Couldn't have gotten anymore hassle free for me. I'll be recommending Ashland Ford and Preston from now on.

Best dealership I've ever worked with and how car buying should be. I built a Jeep Gladiator online and purchased through Ashland Chrysler. Buying a Jeep from them was fun, exciting, and at no point a chore.Pros- Very straight forward with competitive price.- Very efficient in making the order and giving me a real quote on Jeep price.- Was able to do most of the purchase via email communication.- Fastest paperwork process I have ever seen from a dealership.- At no time was I ever pressured.- A happy customer is a priority here.I attempted with multiple dealers to get a quote on the Jeep I wanted and was completely baffled how difficult it was to get a real price or even to be taken seriously. I visited Ashland Chrysler a year ago to demo a Jeep Gladiator and was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge and courtesy. So a year later I contacted them and within minutes I had a real quote and competitive price for the Jeep. Took two months for the build to arrive, but once the Jeep arrived I was notified and Jon had all the paperwork ready for me. Didn't take more then 10 minutes to sign paperwork for financing and I was off. Shortly after I got my first Jeep wave on my way home.

This is the second time we have taken our car for body work here. They are efficient fast and Eric is a great communicator. We hope we won't need their services again, but if we do, will certainly return to them again.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, etc. I was able to get my vehicle in sooner than I had expected. Everyone was courteous and I am pleased with the service provided.

I have been to the Ashland Ford and Chrysler a total of three times and each time was terrible. I m not one to write reviews no matter good or bad but could not refrain from writing this one to inform people of this place and its terrible service.The customer service is extremely bad and unprofessional.The employees working in the auto shop especially are extremely rude and unhelpful.I went to get some work done and explained what was wrong with my vehicle. I ended up being charged for a reading on my vehicle when I did not need a reading on my vehicle which I made sure to tell them when i dropped the car off yet they did one anyway. I was blamed and told that I did in fact ask for a reading, and that there mechanics need to get paid for the work they do. They over charge for the readings on vehicles in the first place when you can go to other places and get them done for free and it seems like they take advantage of people that don t know this or know much about vehicles. You have to remember those dealership auto shops are the money makers for these businesses most times. I ended up getting a refund on the reading but there actions made it very clear that they were mad and annoyed with me and it made me feel very uncomfortable therefore I will never be returning to this place for any reason not to mention this was my last visit to this place not even my first time which was also a terrible experience.If 0 stars was an option that s what I would ve given because they don t even deserve the 1 star rating. I feel that they forget it s the customers that make them able to have a business in the first place and customers are the main source of any business being able to continue to run efficiently. Please start treating your customers with more respect, integrity and patients.

I was so disappointed in the staff. Every encounter was mysoginistic. I didn t see a single female employee. This is truly not the place for a woman to purchase a vehicle as you will be taken advantage of by men who treat women poorly.

Do not recommend. They had our truck for over 2 months. Replaced things without fixing the problem. Things that were replaced really didn t need to be had they fixed the original issue. They wanted an additional amount of money to fix initial problems. Talked to GM who would not budge on anything told us basically to get lost and didn t really care if he had our business again.I guess he could careless if the dealership has a decent reputation which we were advised against using by numerous friends. Lesson learned. Don t waste your time or money with this place.

The team at Ashland Ford Chrysler was wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and were professional and courteous. We were offered fair value on our trade in and they priced competitively with other dealers. They even let our two dogs join us in the office for the entire visit and brought them water! Hands down the best vehicle buying experience I ve had.

Avoid at all costs! We test drove a car, actively interested. We noticed an oil leak. Told them we were interested and worried about them selling it while we waited for them to have it looked at to tell us why it was leaking oil. Got preapproved for a loan, waited 5 hours the next day for them to have it looked at and get back to us. Took off work early to go there and wait only to find they had sold it out from under us before they let us take it on a second test drive. Does not value people, their time, or their money.

I was on my way home from a snowmobile trip in Minnesota when my truck started to shift hard. I stopped in to Ashland Chrysler to see if they had time to check it out, fully expecting them to turn me away and say that they didn't have time. I was proven wrong when I went in and was taken to the service department where they got me in right away and got me a fix that would get me the rest of the way home. They were quick, friendly and got me back on the road for what I would consider to be a reasonable price. Thank you again to the service team for your great service. If I didn't live 10 hours from you I would use you every time.

This is the 2nd car I ve purchased from Ashland Ford Chrysler and my experience has been fantastic both times.
