Best experience buying a vehicle ever! Staff was super friendly. From finding the vehicle and test driving with Lindsey, to signing the papers with Mike, everything went super smooth. Would definitely recommend Bell Ford for great hometown service and a business that supports their veterans!!

We recently picked up our New Hybrid Ford Maverick from Bell Ford in Arlington, Wisconsin! We had waited over 1.5 years since ordering it! As we walked in the door, we were greeted immediately and noticed a welcome board with our names on it. Then we were taken to see our vehicle before we did the paperwork with Mike (who was great). Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely appreciative of our business. Lindsey Kreier, the sales consultant we'd been working with since ordering the vehicle, walked us through all the ins and outs of our new vehicle before we drove off. She made it clear that if we had any questions, we were always welcome to contact them for help. It was a great experience and we'll definitely buy from Bell again. It was worth the wait.

Excellent!I almost never write reviews. Bell Ford is the breath of fresh air that we all need in that it is a business run with fairness, honor and integrity. I am so impressed by the way they managed my business that I will now try ONLY to purchase from them, and shall refer any friend, family member, colleague or stranger to Bell Ford for car needs.It is absolutely worth the drive. Everyone seemed genuine and hard-working. I never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. Quite a change from the direction business has turned to globally. Reminds me of my grandpa, who was a businessman for a farm implement.Go to Bell Ford. Wish all of my business interactions were like this.

The finance process with Mike was just as smooth. He explained the process step by step and made sure to explain everything from start to finish.

We bought our 2021 Expedition from Bell Ford at a great price and were offered a fair offer on our trade. We drove 4 hours one way from Minnesota to buy from them and would do it again. We visited 6 other dealerships in the twin cities and had a bad experience at each one. Customer service at Bell is top notch and the whole process was quick and easy. They were willing to work with us and when we inspected the vehicle it was as clean as the day it rolled out of the factory with 41k miles on it. Whoever does the detailing over there obviously cares about what they do. Overall best experience buying a car we ever had. They set the bar pretty high!

Lindsey Kreier greeted us with a warm smile, answered all of our questions, worked within our budget and responded to my post-sales questions. She is awesome.Mike in Finance was great. He explained the warranty options and most important, I didn't feel pressure to purchase any unwanted options.I would recommend the Bell Ford team for your next vehicle purchase.

About a month ago I bought my first vehicle from a dealer and it went very smoothly thanks to Brandon Waldsmith and the rest of the Bell Ford team. When I had a sensor go bad the day after I got the truck, Brandon and Bell Ford took care of it without hassle. I will definitely go back for any future vehicle needs.

My husband and I recently bought a used truck at Bell Ford and had a fantastic experience. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We never felt pressured to buy add ons or spend more than our original budget, which is a rarity with car dealerships these days. Overall we were both incredibly pleased with the experience and would definitely consider buying more vehicles at Bell Ford.

I recently purchased 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat and was pleased with my experience. I told Lindsey what I was looking for in color and options. I searched several dealers trying to find what I was looking for to no avail(for several months). As soon as Bell Ford received notification of incoming units from Ford she immediately called me. It was exactly what I was looking for. Kudos to her for recognizing. Rich was very thorough in walking me thru extended warranty and purchase options. I have dealt with Bell Ford service since early 2000's. Justin, Steve, and the service crew have been very thorough. I would recommend them highly.

Bell Ford's complimentary vehicle pick up for service was wonderful! It was so convenient to not have to leave work for a bit to take my vehicle in for service. There was no disruption in my work day. I highly recommend Bell Ford for any of your service needs for if you are looking of a new vehicle.
