Actually it is my husband who brings the cars in. This week he had to bring both in for scheduled maintenance. He comes home happy even with going two days in a row.. We have a conversion van and the tires wear out quickly because of the added weight of the ramp and the mechanism to lower the van. He turned the problem over to them to find truck tires that fit the van. That will solve our wear problem. It is appreciated to have them willing to solve our unusual problem.

They do excellent work I would recommend them to you if you have a import that needs fixing.Have a 2008 Mercedes-Benz s550 4matic and they did a really good job on it. I will continue taking my vehicle there.

I called in with car troubles and they were able to get me in same day. Service was excellent, and they have a very friendly environment. They gave me updates on what they were doing while working on my vehicle, and explained everything really well. If I run into anymore issues I 150% will be back.

I've had this car for over seven years, and Specialty Auto, Inc. is the only shop I've taken it to. I live in Chicago and won't hesitate to make the drive for service to my car and my wife's car. The quality of work, fair prices, and honesty of the mechanics are absolutely unbeatable!

They fit me in on a Monday to replace a burned out headlamp and took the time to also add air to low tires, advise on recall notice I had received. Always friendly. Cheaper & closer than the dealer.

My Honda CRV began making horrible brake noises, and Dwight not only fixed them same day but gave me a ride home as I waited for them to be done. Great customer service and fair pricing. This is a great local resource I am thankful to have close by.

They got me in the next day and while they couldn't fix my vehicle there for what I needed done, they gave me a good diagnosis and charged me a fair price for it, definitely coming back here for anything else!

Recent repair work on my 1989 Honda Prelude 4WS auto.Engine and suspension repairs performed. Four wheel alignment. A friend of mine told me I should take my truck in to Specialty Auto because they do great work and don't try to add all these additional fixes. Sure enough, I took my truck in to fix the exhaust and they just fixed what needed fixing and didn't try to sell me a complete exhaust system. With the cars I drive, I spend lots of time with Dwight and Kyle. They really go the "Extra Mile" to help. They are even very helpful when all I want is advice. I don't usually recommend places of business to other people, But I'm not afraid to recommend Specialty Auto to anyone. Whether they have a car or not. No "arm 'n leg" prices either. P.S. These guys are good!!

I am a return customer to Specialty Auto. They provide excellent service at a fair price. I recommend them to my friends and family. Do not hesitate to give them a try for yourself. It is hard to find an honest repair shop these days, so be thankful that they exist for us!

I travel around the country and in consequence have visited many different mechanics. This place is one of the best I've ever interacted with. They did their best to save me money, were completely honest with me, and their prices were cheaper than other places I have been. Highly recommended!

The recent maintenance service on our '05 Prius was performed in the excellent manner which we have come to recognize as ordinary for Specialty Auto. This visit however, resulted in an additional, extraordinary service. After dropping me off to pick up the 05 Prius, my wife inadvertently backed our '14 Prius into a metal post, ripping off the bumper panel. To me, it looked like a $300-500 repair. Dwight interrupted his work to come out and access the situation and a couple of days later made a perfect fix for $40. Such conscientiousness as well as competence is what has established Specialty Auto as a highly respected local business.

Specialty Auto, by definition, is a Family Run Business at its best.The Owners are working as one, for the same goals and balance. They care for their clients, as well as each other.In addition, everyone has the knowledge/skills and experience required for their unique rolls.Reimann's shop has changed my definition auto repair, from a dreaded necessity, to a necessity, which works.
