I have bought my 2020 Nissan Rouge around April of 2023 from here and I love it so much. The sales person and the generous lady was wonderful on helping answering questions and help filling out the paperwork. Also Matt is good to talk to if you've questions.

Matt was so helpful and not pushy like so many other dealers! I had worked with 2 other dealers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area who kept saying - I need to go ask my manager for everything so asked. I found the exact car I wanted online at Arcadia and with a couple of email exchanges and a quick phone call, Matt and I agreed upon price, etc. and the deal was done! So professional and easy to work with! Great experience and vehicle!

I had a great experience working with Arcadia motors from cooperation in selling my vehicle to buying my new vehicle. I have had a lot of questions that were promptly answered along with an invitation to stop back anytime.I have been using Arcadia motors for service for some time now. They have always reviewed any options and done the service promptly.

Great service but kinda upset at shop prices. Could fix the problem with out ordering replacement harness for a $1000 + labor. I appreciate the mechanic that found the broken wire and showed me. For which I got the truck back home and repaired it by soldering the wire back together. I fixed it in 15 minutes. Love my truck.

Whether you live in that area or are just driving by and need an oil change, the people at this dealership are always helpful and friendly. I like to stop there when we are at youth sporting events between games.

We just purchased a vehicle for my daughter, and both Kevin and Danielle made the process easy and seamless. We had a concern about the vehicle (pre-owned) and Kevin made sure everything was good with it before we made the purchase.We were greeted immediately by another staff member when we arrived. He made us feel welcome and let us know Kevin would he with us shortly.Purchasing a car usually has lots of hassle, but we were in and out very quickly.Overall, wonderful experience.

Bought a truck from here a few weeks ago. Overall had an easy, positive experience. I tend to walk away from a buying experience whenever a salesperson gets to be pushy. Kevin was polite, kind and didn't push me at all, which was appreciated. Gave me more than I was hoping for on my trade in, and knocked off some of the price on the truck. Felt like a fair experience throughout. The truck happened to have a chip in the windshield, and they even saw through getting that replaced easily.Overall, I would recommend buying from Arcadia motors.

2nd visit in a row they over charged for services. Patch a nail in tire and still left 27 lb of air. After asking to fill it, they over filled to 59 lbs.

I arrived a couple minutes before they opened, and Jess came out and greeted me in my truck and said, I m going to pull the vehicle that s inside ahead so you can pull in. He let me know right away about how long it would take to get my service done. I went into the waiting area where there was coffee and snacks available that I could help myself to.As I walked into the main part of the dealership, Matt said hello and then later stopped to chat for a bit as I was waiting.As always, it was smooth and easy to get things done and everything was taken care of just always and like I would expect.

Would not recommend this place. My husband and I were looking at a vehicle from there and had talked to a dealer about the day and time we were coming to look at a vehicle. My husband told Kevin the time, and day we were coming and exactly what vehicle we were interested in. At 2am that morning Kevin said that it would work. We drove an hour and a half one way and when we got there they told us the vehicle was loaned out and we couldn't even look at it. Kevin said he'd get back to us and meet us half way another day so we could look at it. It took him over 2 weeks to get back to us.

Recommend this dealership for service!Stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter recall. Jesse and the other personnel are professional and take care of me. Service didn t take long. Like that the dealership has walk-in oil changes. Convenient. Something came off from under the passenger seat and they could not find how to re-attach it. They didn t want to break it, so they left it alone. I ll get on the forums and figure it out.

Great service. Joseph is wonderful! This is the place to get an oil change or any vehicle maintenance. Also if you're thinking of buying a car I suggest arcadia motors!
