If I could give 1/2 a star I would. This place is awful! They led me to believe that they'd be able to change my battery and then waited 40 minutes to tell me that they didn't feel confident about it. Stated that the corrosion was bad and they couldn't replace the battery terminals. Recommend we go to a garage. Yeah never will go here again and make this mistake. Huge waste of time!!!!

Bought 4 tires on the app, set up time to install, app had wrong info so wrong tires. Was told to call 800# to cancel order and get refund in 24 hours. 12 days later no refund. Called again. Was told the auto center had to process the cancellation now since they had possession of the tires. Called auto center (again). Got ERIN(?) who argued with me, ERIN hung up on me, kept telling me it was going to be 10 business days to cancel and refund (at this point I don't care it's already been 12 days), I called back after she hung up on me AGAIN to walk for a supervisor (I was informed they're now called COACHES) so she put me on hold....15 minutes ago.I still need tires but I'll be DAYUMMMMED if I'm buying them at Walmart

Just went in to get a battery replaced. It took them 40 damn minutes to come back and say they didn t feel confident enough in changing the battery because there was corrosion on the terminal. my fianc� and I stood there the entire time while they were basically just standing around talking and playing on the phone. Thanks for wasting our time!

Worst experience ever. I went in for an oil change. Less than a month later my oil is completely empty. Went to a mechanic because I thought something was wrong with my vehicle turns out my mechanic said they may have not put the complete amount of oil in my car. This happens a lot at Walmart auto center. I usually go to woodland for my oil change but went here because it was closer to my home at the time. Never had issues at woodmans before. My mechanic confirmed my car is fine the oil is not leaking the engine is fine they just may have messed up with the oil change. I had to pay my mechanic shop to do a new oil change today! I ve heard bad things about Walmart auto but I shouldn t have went here and listened to others! I spoke to auto center supervisor a lady who was rude as heck to me and couldn t offer my money back offered me a gift card and told me I should ve went back to them which why would I? I did not know my car was acting out due to an OIL CHANGE! How would I have known? She was rude to me so I spoke to the store leader he technically blamed my car said something was wrong maybe a leak? I confirmed there is nothing wrong and my mechanic is willing to call them to confirm nothing is wrong with my car it was the oil put in they may have not put the full quartz. He beat around the bush basically blaming my car then RUDELT hung up on me! I was not cussing or yelling nothing yet he got upset and hung up. Worst experience in my life and now I m out of $$ from getting another oil change less than a month later! Ridiculous. Filed a complaint claim just now with Walmart cooperate.Side note: when I got the oil change done, they had stated that they would vacuum the car and do other services and they never did. They also stated my light was fine my tail light it was actually broke and I knew this, so they lied on the paperwork be aware of these scammers, and they lie and they re horrible customer service as of the other reviews say be aware, or do not come here, I definitely know better and will be reporting this to the BBB. They always don t answer their reviews as well because they don t care!

3-5-24 my car was not balanced right in depere and I brought it here with no issues. Erin was the tech and she went above and beyond to make it right. She even found a seperate strut problem that other mechanics couldn't find in my town. She deserves a raise. The guy helping her Dylan was really nice too. Thank you!!

Lady working was very friendly but had issues with the bolts after new tires. Just had to replace all five because they were stripped. Big sads.

Purchased tires that walmart stated that fit my vehicle and charged me installation but on my service appointment day they said they couldnt install tires. Even though there my exact tire size and match the front tires exactly! Wont offer refund and wont let me return tires!! Avoid walmart service center at all cost!!!

They have really good pricing, but.are kinda slow. If you just want to grab something and check out, it's hard to get a cashier.

Bought a battery a week before .I called to see if they can install .they said bring it in and they went busy .the garage mechanic was nasty well u see were busy they had 1 vechile and 2 workers .I waited a hr to get my battery in ..I told him I could return battery and go somewhere elese..very rude nasty workers

Very courteous greeter at the place on Calumet in Appleton. Oil change and tire rotation seemed to go just fine, but when I got in my car, I saw there were grease fingerprints on my light gray headliner. Manager was somewhat rude when I brought it to her attention. I was being very polite in asking her what could be done about it, but she had no clue. She suggested I contact my car dealership. After several calls to various car detailing businesses (who were nice enough to help me without giving them my business) I am attempting to correct the situation myself, but I won't be returning to Walmart for future service. I was not happy they did not put my spare tire back under my van where it is stored. So I had to schedule an appointment with my mechanic to have him do it. I would have gone to my mechanic in the first place, but he is closed on the weekend.

Just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost two hours and they said they were not able to get the plug out without breaking it. I went to Jiffy Lube and they were able to get the plug out with a hand wrench.

Very disappointed in their service. My technician, Ryan, seemed more interested in flirting with the female employees than actually finishing my car. One of the employees also spilled their beverage on the driver s seat, and the man on the phone was very rude when I called to complain. My AC has been broken for over a year now and they told me it was fine, which is not true.When my daughter brought her car in a month ago for an oil change, the car she got back smelled suspiciously of vape pen and there were very inappropriate songs on the radio.You d be better off hiring shady service from Craigslist for twenty bucks

Ordered tires twice, they cancelled them twice. "Suspicious account activity" - they were paid for and all. I guess they have enough money and they don't want mine, so I gave it to someone else.

Courtney and Tyler were so helpful and friendly. We bought 2 new tires and Courtney was patient while we figured out the tires we wanted. We didn't purchase any extra coverage, but ran over a huge nail not even 2 weeks after we bought the tire. It went flat, so we brought it in to be repaired. Tyler and Courtney repaired the tire and gave us a discount because we just bought the tire. It was an awesome experience and we are so thankful for their empathy!Service: Auto tire replacement

Was told I wasn t able to get my two tires put on because of my AWD, they d have to put 4. I only ordered 2 and it took a week for them to get there, but I had a spare and needed it changed. I was confused and frustrated about not getting my tires put on, but they explained to me that it was policy and they were able to do it. The workers gave other options they d be able to do to help me out. I spoke to Mitchell and the manager (didn t see his name anywhere, unfortunately), and they calmly explained to me what they were able to do. They were very nice, understanding, and accommodating. I appreciate the things they helped with when it came to my car. The price was cheap and the wait wasn t too long!

I ve never seen such bad customer service. I work as a car installer and I get that times aren t always 100% accurate. But when they said that the appointment would only take about an hour, and then an hour and a half after that I m told it s going to be at least another 30 minutes that s not ok. I didn t get a call to be told it would be longer, and the guy at the desk was so rude. He made it sound like it was my fault and that he couldn t do anything about it. He seemed stressed so he could ve just been having a bad day. But that s still not acceptable. As some one else who works in customer service with Car electronics, it s always important to keep the client informed of the duration of the appointment. I m surprised that people can get away with the way they speak to their clients. And I wasn t the only one he talked like that to. There were 2 other clients he spoke like that with. Again, not the attitude I expected when I ve been waiting almost 2 hours for an appointment they told me would take 1.

went there for an oil change, 3 guys working away in the shop 1 young woman at the desk. I asked for an oil change and she said I needed to wait to speak to one of the men in the shop. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to help... what I don't understand is the purpose of the woman. she was not doing anything did not even push 1 key on the computer. never moved off the stool, no other customers in site. so after waiting the 15+ minutes I decided to go down the road for better service.

Technicians were rude, it was unreal. The technician began shouting and locked my car in the bay as I tried to leave. Manager was called over and service was canceled / refunded. Hope they find new technicians. Other reviews also note horrible attitude and service from technicians.

I have been to this automotive center twice and have left both times disappointed. First time I was in to ask about a set of tires. I asked after receiving the quote if the man could check his system for financing through Walmart credit. He was rude and refused to look. He only told me to "go online" and dismissed me.The next time I went to drop of some used oil for recycling. I was told they could not take more than 5 quarts per day. I have been to other Walmart's (even this one 3 months ago) and it has never had a problem before. I got no explanation just dismissed again. The entire automotive crew has been replaced by kids Boys and girls that I would NEVER trust with my car. One star rating is too much for this Walmart half star would be better.There are many other reason also that I can't go into right now.

Tried to make an appointment for tires and they stated they don t do that but they had them in stock drove 2 HOURS up here to get them done for them to tell us they don t have them and no we can t have them ordered we just gotta hope they have them in stock when we can get in. My first experience at Walmart automotive wasn't the best. I was not acknowledged and the man completely disregarded me.When I came in and spoke with Erin, she was fantastic and extremely helpful. I changed my review because for her. Definitely speak with Erin and you'll get amazing service.

Good price. Slow to get b it done though. Several employees who should have been working on it were just standing around talking for over 10 minutes straight at one point. They also forgot to put my hub caps back on. Had to drive back from Milwaukee to get them, manager did compensate me but worth noting details are not their strong point.

Never ever answer their phone when you get transferred to the auto dept. I don't care if they are busy! Someone should always be manning the phone!! I tried 4 times!!!! Not trying again! Going to Tires Plus...you don't answer the phone, you lose customers...simple as that!!

Very busy but still courteous and friendly. Working on a fcfs because of staffing issues. I was happy to get my oil changed and get on with my day.

When I walked into the service station area there were 4 employees working, 3 at the computer and 1 in the shop with 1 car in the shop.. I asked for an oil change and of the three at the computer said " it will be at least a one hour wait for an oil change?" So I said no thanks my wife is shopping in the store. So I parked by the quick Lube while I waited 35min for my wife to text she is ready to get picked up... Not a single car entered the shop for 35 minutes while I waited.... Plenty of time to change to change the oil in my car.. poor service
