They did an excellent job. I came in with no appointment to fix a tire. I ended up going out with 4 new tires. Their service was awesome and they got right on it. Within a couple hours I was out of there. I will be back. I thank you to all of you there.

I took my vehicle in to have it's oil changed and tires rotated. A vehicle inspection was added to my invoice and then it's cost was refunded. This inspection wasn't authorized. During this inspection they must have removed my cabin air filter because they said it needed to be replaced. There are a few other things they recommended that I get done. The reason I figured all this out is because they were taking extra long to do an oil change and a tire rotation. I was being expected to approve or deny anything that they had uncovered with this inspection through the website. I denied everything except for the oil change and tire rotation. Pulling away after the service I noticed that the air conditioning system was making a louder than normal nose in the direction of where the filter is located but didn't really think much of it until it didn't go away after a couple days. I left the bad review within their internal system and someone from this location reached out to make an appointment to see what was wrong. And then charged me to swap out the cabin filter. Literally double what it actually costs for the filter. So if this sort of thing angers you when shops do this, they fish for things to fix to charge you more for perhaps go to Pete's around the corner instead...

The Van Zeeland team always does a great job! They have assisted with fixing my vehicle twice so far. Both times I was able to get my vehicle in right away, fixed, and returned back quickly!!

Vehicle inspection was thorough and accurate and the work was well done. I popped in without an appointment (kind of like taking my car to the ER) and they ended up checking AND repairing it in the same day! Kept me well updated throughout the process with both texts and phone calls. Overall great service.

It's hard to find honest auto mechanics but these guys seem to fit the bill. We've been taking our cars to them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

We have been customers for 25+ years starting at the Little Chute location. After moving, we switched to the Northland Ave. location and have been so pleased with the staff at the new location as well. They do everything they can to accommodate our schedules and the work is exceptional. It's always nice to see their friendly faces and know they truly care. Highly recommend!!

The group at Van Zeeland's responded quickly to an unexpected issue and took the time to properly address multiple fixes. They were fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Definitely my best neighborhood shop.

I ve had a great history with Van Zealands. They ve always done a good job for me, and typically at a fair price. However, the staff turnover at this location and the higher prices have strained the relationship a bit. At one visit, one of the younger mechanics was having a bit of a tantrum. My trust is based on the character of the people that I observe, rather than on knowing all of the ins and outs of auto mechanical repair inner workings. I m currently planning on sticking with them, to see how the new staff matures in their roles.

The only place I could find in the Fox Cities that was willing to help me find a set of tires that didn't match the speed rating on my doorjam. I'd definitely go there again.

Brought our car in for an oil change and was notified there was a LOT of work it needed. After consulting with Matt and him checking with the mechanic we decided it would be best to sell our car. The honesty and integrity of the mechanic have made us customers for life. Thank you!

Ran over something and punctured a tire on our 2017 Tahoe. Called Dave at the Prospect St location. He suggested someone to change it for me who promptly arrived and put on the spare. Dropped the flat and Tahoe off that afternoon and by 10:00 AM the next day the tire was fixed and I was back on the road. My wife had a similar thing happen on her vehicle and this location handled that issue in equal fashion. This is a top notch store.

Pricey and now my check engine light turned on right after I took it in for work. Didn t have that light before. But they did help me out with my car and made it run better. Very nice customer service. Hard workers definitely

A quick tire repair is easy at Van Zeeland Auto Care! Just set up your appointment, bring it in, and drive out with your repaired tire in less than 1/2 hour!

Mark was great when it came to setting up the appointment and very helpful in determining which tire was best for me. Matt was very friendly. Let me know about other issues on my car but never felt pressured to "for it now". He helped make a long hour very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend these guys for any car needs.
