Great group of guys, amazing mechanics always fix my vehicles right the first time! I Get rides back home till the work is done then they come back to take me to my vehicle its so convenient. I don't take my business anywhere else !

The staff are always courteous and welcoming. I've always been able to trust their honesty and professional opinion without being hassled to spend more money on unnecessary repairs. I go for repairs and oil changes. They go out of their way to do a great job!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years. Matt and his team go the extra mile �sometimes literally to make sure that our vehicles are running properly. Any problems are clearly explained, and they're willing to work with me to find a solution that both respects my budget and keeps me and my family safe. Highly recommended!

Had to get my brakes checked and an oil change and came here due to a recommendation and was not disappointed. Staff was kind and understanding, took their time and made sure everything was done well. Matt the owner happened to be there and spent 30-45 minutes explaining different tire recommendations for the winter when he did not have to, will definitely be back with any future issues!

These guys are awesome! I had a problem with my vehicle, contacted a couple dealerships, 1 blew me off and the other didn t have any openings. These guys got me in, diagnosed and fixed my car in the same day. Can t recommend them enough.

Workers were nice. I think I went on a bad day because they didn t have many people working the day I went in. I only went for an oil change, which I scheduled for 1:30pm, but it took until 3:15 for me to get my car back. Not very timely.

(1st time customer)Short review: Battery replacement, tire rotation & oil change. Overall, the work was done correctly.Tires made noise & vibration after job. Back wheel bearing showed damage. I wasn't informed of their retorque rule, and I missed the postage they had up.After battery replacement, driver window control for passenger window stopped working.I feel the wheel bearing wore quicker for not having a retorque.Their work orders say any damage &/or theft caused by them, they are not liable.::::Long review: They did an oil change, tire rotation & battery replacement. (Costing $300+)I was not made aware of their retorque rule and the postage is 3 normal paper.After tire rotation, my tires began to make noise and send vibration to the steering wheel.When I called back, the guy said that could cause alot more issues if not retorqued after 50mi. I had driven 100's. I came back for a retorque, however it kept having noise.I took it to a different shop and had to replace a wheel bearing. (Costing $540)Just unsure if it was caused by not having the tires retorqued in time before driving to much without knowing.When I called tuffy about the tire issue, they wanted to assume it was my past car accident & the tires.(Understanbly my car has 97kmi & I got it at 48kmi)I went again incase the wheel bearing wasn't their fault.They installed a new battery seemed fine, except now the driver control button for the passenger window stopped working.Staff is friendly, which I appreciate. The work overall is not terrible. Reason for 3 star is damage can happen and they can not be held liable & not willing to check issues for free after repairs are done.

My tire was almost flat and I was far from home. I Googled tire repair and Tuffys came up first. I called and was able to bring my vehicle right in. Really nice guys. I will be using them as my mechanics from now on!

I had to get my headlight fixed ASAP. These guys were so great. They fit me in and were so reasonable in price. I can not say enough on how respectful and great this place was. They gave me a quote and I was able to sign papers electronically and pay for the services ahead of time.Thank you for making a stressful day less stressful.

I brought my car for a free brake/suspension check and was given a straightforward explanation on the issues with my vehicle. They were able to give me an extremely fair price on my repairs. They were all extremely friendly, honest and I appreciated the communication and updates on my vehicle while the repairs were made. Ryan the service manager was amazing! Super sweet and helpful. Called like 8 places to get my oil pressure sensor replaced and everywhere I called couldn t for a week. And was unsafe to drive my car. They got me in today and it was quick! Would definitely recommend them , and will be returning with any car needs!

I had grinding brakes. Luckily I didn't do worse damage. I was treated very well and courteous by everyone I spoke with. They helped make my vehicle safe at a fair price. And they were quick. How do I even begin to explain got my brakes and rotors done in AL while on vacation. On the way home noticed by brakes squeak and break dust on my rims. Called that location they kindly found a shop near me to look at my van. Got it set up with Scott at Tuffy. Dropped it off as he said he will look at the squeak brakes . He called said my van was done. Said the prior shop in AL forgot to grease my rotors. Great , went to go get it after hours. Noticed grease on my fender .. noticed grease on my interior visor . I just let that go. But then my car is making a thumping shaking noise! Never did that before. So we took it back to Tuffy explaining that what happened it shakes now! Makes a thump noise.. they looked at it and gave me a 4200.00 estimate ! Wha mind you never had a shake or a thump noise before. We were mind-blown so went to get other option at a different shop. Come to find out they loosened myBolts . I could have crashed with my kids in the car and paid a 4200.00 bill for no reason. New shop tightened the bolts and off I go , drives like a champ. Brakes still squeak but I ll cut my loss with that as I m glad to be alive.Because I was blocked from owners response I m editing my review.We did try 3x to go to talk to u about this but at 3 different times you didn t want to face my husband and was on lunch . You have a lot of lunch breaks You didn t need to charge me as the other shop said if any issues they would pay for it.Lastly, didn t touch my interior!? Where did you put my keys? Oh yes in the visor ! Inside . Interior.

I called on Tuffy Tire in Appleton to do an unbiased pre-purchase inspection on a 2019 MB Sprinter Van and they knocked it out of the park. I watched them do the inspection from start-to-finish and they were very thorough. I had to drive back to Denver that day so they gave me a quick and dirty checklist on what needed to be addressed immediately, and what could wait till I got back to Denver. The staff was very friendly and approachable. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Seriously the best customer service I have had in the auto industry in a long time. They even gave us a free tire rotation as they wanted to make sure we were safe on our travels. I truly recommend bringing your vehicle here as a truly care about you and your vehicle. I have a 3500 GMC with a crew cap and 8 ft bed so I also know their shop is big enough for your vehicle. :-)Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I took my 2018 F-150 to Tuffys for tire rotation and brake inspection. They recommended rear brakes and wouldn't hurt to do front brakes at the same time. I gave them a go ahead with a $1000+ quote. I was pretty disappointed in results. They called a couple days later that they had problems they could not resolve. I picked up vehicle and had multiple alarms for parking break issues on the rear. Had to take to a dealer to have them replace parts that Tuffys had replaced. Luckily I was able to convince dealer to cover under extended warranty. Unlikely I would use Tuffys again. They just can't seem to find quality mechanics that know what they are doing..Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations

I developed a severe puncture in one of my tires, and, because I m a volunteer fire fighter, I couldn t wait all day to have my tire fixed. The team at Tuffy Tire was able to get me in immediately and make the repair perfectly Sending me on my way to be prepared for my next call. I couldn t be more satisfied with their customer service, attention to the detail, and personability. Although I ve used another company previously, I will be shipping over all of my general maintenance and care to the team at Tuffy Tire. I was at first very impressed with service and how helpful the service tech was when I came in and got my car for suspension services of $3k. I was not very impressed when one of tire took off a week later on 47 north and left me with over $7k damages that I had the auto insurance cover. Called tuffys and spoke to the manager and he asked if I brought my wheels back in to be retorque? No no one advised me that and I ve never had something like this happen in 15 years of driving with over 3 vehicles that have gotten brakes done and tires changed. He also wanted to see the damages and go from there but at that point I felt like I wasn t going to get my money back or have them work on my car on the repairs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The crew were friendly and willing to listen to a female explain the issues and noises from my car with no judgement. They thoroughly checked out my car and then brought me into the shop to show me and talk about what they could do for me. Then they spent time looking for parts and deciding what they could make in house. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable with any decisions I made. They quoted me half what another shop did, and that included more services! Plus they were able to see me and get my car in quickly, whereas other shops were a week or more out. My wife took our van in for an estimate on our rotors and breaks causing a wobble and these guys tried to justify $4,500 in repairs. I took it in to Auto Select and they fixed it for $1000. Maybe Tuffy thought they could use scare tactics to fool my wife? Who s to say. �\_( )_/�Turns out we didn t need to replace the suspension and slap on a $1,200 set of tires, plus replace perfectly good calipers.

Never had a bad experience every time I go there. They always find the problem and fix it right. $2500 for cv's, engine and trans mounts. Had a new issue when the work was done they refused to further diagnose. Ultimately ended up having to take my car to another shop, where we determined the OEM mount I paid for, wasn't the one installed. I've since paid to replace with OEM and tuffy isn't honoring any part of their services. I had exhuast work done on my vechile a few weeks ago. All good. I was able to bring my own mufflers and they worked with me to get what I wanted. They were all good customer service and manners.
