They Did a great job getting my truck in and fixed quickly. It was done fast and was also done right. That is the biggest thing is done right. My company made me use a different company and it was not done right and almost fell out of the can over truck when stopping. Everything I ve had done here has been top notch.

Order drop off day - January 21,2021 -Impressive customer experience and service with excellent turnaround time. Pricing - very competitive and extremely reasonable.Returned today - January 23, 2021 - and had the pleasure of receiving positive customer service experiences with Zeb and another associate however Jason (a third associate) had an overall condescending and rude and tone when I requested to verify that my customized piece of cut glass did in fact fit inside my cabinet door that I dropped off with my order for re-cut two days prior. He was super dismissing.If I do return, I will definitely make it a point to specifically request to not work with specifically Jason.!!! Respect is respect and/or lack thereof.

I had a cracked and leaking windshield and went to TriCity to get it taken care of. Their sales people were very helpful when ordering the windshield and setting up an appointment. The service was done in a timely manner and nothing in my car was dirty, out of place, or damaged. The checkout process was very easy and the gentleman I spoke to answered all of my questions clearly and without hesitation. I would definitely return if needed.

Great experience. Had a chipIn windshield and the competition wanted $165 to repair and they were $100 less and could get me in the next day. Got there and they didn t charge me because it wasn t too pitted - filled it and I was out. Kind staff and fast service. Would recommend!

I've had my windshield replaced here twice now and will continue to do so. With a Jeep Wrangler, I expect to replace my windshield a few more times in is lifetime and will be coming back to Tri City Glass. They always get me in quickly for an appointment and it's the best deal, price wise, in town!

These guys are great!Friendly staff, quality install and glass when replacing my cars windshield. My glass was damaged Friday morning on my commute to work. They were prompt to email with while I was at work to get me quoted and scheduled asap. They then came out to my work to install my new windshield the following Monday. The technician was friendly, clean and polite.Great experience all around.Thank you!

Highly recommend this place. Very honest - High quality service.Couple weeks ago repaired my windshield for a very fair price saving me from having to replace.Today I brought my vehicle in because another pebble had spit up against my windshield. They inspected and determined repair was not necessary, but did smooth out any pits so as the windshield wipers would not be affected. And there was absolutely no charge. These people are the best!

Tri City has installed a replacement windshield as well as repair work on chips and pits. I have been very satisfied with all this work.

Went there to get a screen door repaired and the guy said it would be 75.00 to fix,went in back to see if they had the parts, returned and said they had all the parts . Said it would be done in a couple weeks. A month went by,decided to call them , said they had to order parts,2 weeks later I called and and still wasn't done, Guy I talked to said he would out it on front of the line. Next day they called and said it was done. Went to go pick it up and they charged me 99.00. will not do business with them again

Been a customer with Tri City (Appleton Location) for several years, auto windshields and residential glass. I've been very happy with their service until today. I had 3 pieces of glass cut. They called and told me my order was done. I drove 80 miles round trip to pick up my order. It was given to me wrapped. Got home and found they gave me half of my order. Contacted them and they admitted they screwed up. I asked if they would compensate me for an additional 80 mile trip to pick up the other half of my order. The desk manager informed me that in 3 weeks or so they might have a truck going to my area and they would drop it off, that's all they could do. I couldn't wait that long so I drove 80 miles again. I picked up my remaining order and received no apology at all!! Then when walking out I received a sarcastic "thank you". They brag about being employee owned. I bet the employee owners wouldn't have been impressed with the way I was treated. A simple apology may have saved this customer, but customer respect must not be one of there strengths. Done with Tri City Glass.

I was very impressed with the service. Everyone I spoke with were friendly and genuine even though I was dressed in my dirty work clothes. I was looking for an obscure product which was under $100 and they still they treated me like I was buying a large ticket item. I asked a lot of questions and Patrick in the automotive department was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from him.This was my first time working with Tri City and they will have me as a customer for life.

They helped me a couple of months ago and I haven't got to write a review until now. I bought a 2005 mustang with a chip in the windshield. They fixed it for about 1/3 of what others would. From the time I called them to the time I stepped out of their showroom, they were nothing but extremely friendly. The windshield is still good and I am more than happy. I would do business with these guys again and again if needed.

I came in for a windshield replacement. I called around and they had the best offer. They were quick, easy and professional. The technician even personally showed me a major issue with one of my tires. They saved me from getting a flat on the highway. They go above and beyond with their service.

Getting lied to day after day, week after week about an order from Brian Goodrich, the zero communication from this guy just astounds me. I will never return to them as a customer and I would not recommend any business with the company unless you like to wait for over 5 weeks.

I came in with a windshield molding issue and spoke with Chad. He was so incredibly helpful and kind, and fixed my issue in a timely manner. Will be returning for all of my future glass needs. Thankful to the team there!

I wanted wheels repaired on sliding door. Tri-city came and told my wife metal tracks were worn and entire door needed replacement for $4000-6000. I called Valley Glass, they came and without even having to remove door said it just needed new wheels, $150 installed. Tri-city is ad crooked as the day is long. Go to Valley Glass or ANY other place. Tri-city glass will try to rip you off like a bunch of weasels. By the way door works great now, you losers.

I cannot say enough good things about Tri City. I have a 2017 Acura MDX that had a cracked windshield. I got ripped off at a windshield place in Waukesha and got the vehicle back with the camera system messed up. That business would do nothing to rectify the problem. Went to the Acura dealership in Brookfield and they want $2000 to replace the glass and recalibrate the camera system. They also told me that there was no way a non-dealership, non-factory glass windshield replacement would calibrate. I called the dealership in Appleton, and was quoted same price. However, they did suggest I give Tri City a call. Tri City quoted me $1,000 and said they guarantee calibration. They did just that. During the 100 degree temps last week, the camera housing frame started to pull away from the glass. Tri City got me in right away and fixed the problem at no charge. They stand behind their work and are very helpful. I would 100% recommend them!

Brought in our 1994 Scamp camper to have the plexi glass window seal replaced. Due to the age of the window it cracked and needed to be replaced during removal. This lengthened the wait time as they explained, and recommended a stronger window. When they finished the repair, they reduced the price of the window and the labor. This was not needed but greatly appreciated. I will be back with any future window needs.Customer service was also exceptional! Recommendations for camper care and window cleaning were given and explained in a friendly manor. Some places make you feel like an idiot when they see you were doing something incorrect. Tri city was friendly, caring and their technician talked to you like a human being. Highly Recommend!

They fixed our mirror from our John Deere snowblower tractor. Also, we purchased a screen door and they did an awesome install. On time and very friendly crew. Picked up and cleaned up like they weren't even here....but now we have a very nice front door. Made a huge difference.....
