We brought our car here after having the check engine light go on.We previously had it at another shop after being stranded on the highway.We "knew" feom the other shop it was a catalytic converter problem.We were able to get a new one put on through Tires plus for hundreds less than what I was quoted at a different shop.Come to find out that our car has multiple cats and when one went bad, the pieces clogged the one next in line.We were warned both by Tires plus, and the previous shop that this was potentially what happened and that's why we couldn't even run the car and were left stranded in the first place.So no surprise, this is what happened.While a little disappointed that it wasn't going to be the easiest and cheapest fix, it wasn't unexpected at all because the team at Tires Plus were knowledgeable enough to inform me up front that this was a possibility.We went and picked up our car after the service was done and everything was great.... well we thought.My wife was driving it home and the check engine light popped up. So we made a call and got it back in there to get looked at.Ben, who was helping us, took the time and had it checked out again. Turned out we also had a sensor that was bad.After all was said and done, they were able to get our car up and running.Most people in my shoes might be upset that the car had a little issue after getting worked on. I however am grateful. Ben and the service techs were able to get our car rolling again after we ended up having multiple issues.I feel fortunate that Tires plus does so much more than just tires. I never paid attention to the "plus" part of the name. I took a picture of the services that they provide to help anyone else out there with some issues and might not know what this place offers.I feel that taking the time to leave a lengthy review is the least I could do considering the high level of service I received. While I hope I never have to have my vehicle towed here again for some immediate repairs like in this case. I will absolutely be back here to get some help with preventative maintenance.Thank you Tires plus for helping us while we were in need.

I appreciate a shop that cares about what they do and take pride in their work. I like the whole process of selecting the tires I wanted online and then being treated like a person when I arrived at the shop to have them installed. The crew did an outstanding job on installing tires and an alignment. Mark the manager, kept me informed about the progress of the work and Kelly the tech also treated my truck with care and respect. There are a lot of shops to get tires and I shopped around a lot before choosing Tires Plus - I made the right choice!

I had an excellent experience at this location! Mark was so helpful and thorough from start to finish- from my initial calls, to the inspection, to the eventual replacement of all four tires. He imparted his knowledge and expertise in a respectful and professional manner. Even when the phones were down this week, he made the extra effort to maintain clear communication and continued to guide us through the process and was available to answer any and all questions. He was also very personable and friendly, and I'd like to thank him again for everything he did to make our experience great! I can't recommend this location enough, and I would happily take my car here again if needed!

Super affordable prices. I know nothing about cars but everyone was still really nice to me. This is the only place I took my car to where they finally were able to get my check engine light to turn off and make my heat work again. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need more work done on my car!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Making an appointment on line was super easy and they were expecting me when I got there. I had the brakes done last year and I had a noise coming from the brakes. They did a diagnostic and found a loose bolt around the brake. That was replaced and there was no charge. They recommended a few things to improve performance and I will think about those repairs but it was nice I wasn t pressured into getting done right away as there was no safety concerns. Total cost $10.50 for the inspection. I highly recommend them!

I had purchased tires online from simple tire. I had them delivered to the Car-X on West Wisconsin avenue in Appleton. They had been there for 5 days and my installation was going to be coming up in one day. They called me to inform me that they could not put tires on any wheel over 19 in in diameter nor could they put on low profile tires. My SUV required 20-in tires and my coupe required low profile tires. When I called simple tire I asked them if they could call tires Plus on West Wisconsin avenue so that I could keep it close to where I live. The manager at tires Plus, Ben, not only accommodated me the same day, but also took his van to Car-X and picked up the tires himself. This entire ordeal started at 11:00 a.m. my time. As I am writing this it is 4:57 p.m. and the tires are completely mounted and installed and balanced on both vehicles and I am home. Unreal customer service. They gained a customer for life

Mark and Ben are truly amazing. they are so sweet being able to work around my budget and go out of their way and price match for me for a new battery. I highly recommend this location for those who are in need of repairs. Definitely 5 stars and more. would give 10 stars if I could.

The gal that helped me was so informative and talked to me in a way I would understand. Very helpful and friendly service. The only thing I didn't like was the cost. I think I was overcharged on some things and may take some of my business elsewhere to save money. $700 for new spark plugs is crazy to me!

I came to you guys needing tires, brakes and an oil change. Ben was SUPER nice explained the tires I ordered weren't in stock and showed me other options. Got some picked and took her into service. I then got a call stating my brakes were still in good shape and didn't need to be done. I was SO appreciative of their honesty! Most places would have just done it and I wouldn't have known the difference. Then my spare tire was stuck and they gave it everything they had to get it off and changed for me! This team is AMAZING! My wife had an appt scheduled elsewhere for her vehicle and switched it to Tires Plus in Appleton because they were so awesome with mine! A

Blew out a tire at the exit with Tires Plus, was able to pull in the parking lot. I had to wait a while, but they had a no show and we're able to get my husbands car in. Replaced all 4 tires, gave reconstruction for some other issues but weren't pushy. The guys working were very nice. Also put 4 new tires on our minivan later that day with an appointment.

I stopped at your West Wisconsin Ave store in Grand Chute. Your fellow competitors left me unfulfilled with a simple need. Your store had the specialized tire valves in stock. Your mechanic gave them to me for free!! Thank you.

I was able to get my allignment done the same day I called and it was also a Saturday. It was started on time and was finished when promised. The allignment was all in the green and within specs when completed. Thanks!

Took 4 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change- with an appointment. Bad customer service too. You can tell there isn t a brain cell to share between any of the employees.

As I'm outside trying to get the black marks out of my seat and door panel from them throwing my old tires inside after I asked them to save them but don't put them in the car they did anyway. Also sold me 2 front tires for my crossfire that has 18s in front and 19s in rear with no match for the rears so had to return the front and spend more than I wanted for the rear.Here's a tip..don't ask a customer to leave a review and then screw them overService: Tires

On Saturday 7/8- I had the rear control arm snap clean off on my Nissan Altima while attempting to get on to the highway but was able to 'crab walk' my car to the parking lot. (Did not know what it was until later, I just knew something was wrong).Cindy was so extremely helpful! She not only helped me get the Nissan Roadside assistance number, but she was so comforting in my time of distress and allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot overnight with no hassling or deadline.The mechanic working just took a glance and informed me how unsafe driving my vehicle actually would be. Which makes this so much more important to me! I wasn't even a paying customer at the time and the level of genuine care and concern makes me want to come back again and again!Thank you again Cindy! The world needs more people like you!

Called at 4pm because my tire was flat and told them that my wife had to work at 5am and uses the highway, I put on the spare. The guy told me that they were booked but told me to come and he squeeze me in, at first it was a flat and it was $93 for a new tire, When he got to my car (which ran past opening hours) he told me that it was just my valve and it will only cost $73 and didnt need a new tire... that's honesty right there...
