They were helpful when I was there a while back, and today, they helped out my buddy when he wasn't having the best day. 100 out of 100 times I will go here instead of going to discount tire.When you read a bad review, go look at who left it and see what they've had to say about the other places they've reviewed. More likely than not, they left a bad review at several places that didn't deserve it and or they don't know what they're talking about.

Insanely slow and tedious service, went in to get my back tires changed and was there for over and hour and a half. Absolutely unacceptably slow for something I ve had places do in 20 minutes. I asked the guy at the desk how much longer it was going to take after and hour and he told me he didn t know, because the person that was working on my car was talking to the regional manager so instead of finishing my car in a timely manner they carried on a conversation with complete and utter neglect for my time. Terrible service all around.

This is a business practice problem first of all, not a client facing staff problem. The staff are always nice and helpful - very pleasant. However, I think I have been duped by their shoddy business practices twice now and will never return. The first time I bought a full set of tires and left with a diagnosed wheel bearings problem I didn t know I had. Scheduled to have it repaired by them to the tune of over $2,000. Fine. The next time I brought the same vehicle in for a manufacturer recommended maintenance involving replacing the timing belt (maybe?). Anyhow, when I drove away after that repair my check engine light came on. I mean literally 1 mile away. So I went back and they said geeze, we can diagnose that for you . At this point I m suspicious and suggest that maybe it s something that happened as a result of the work I had done. They said no it s just a coincidence . Fine. I let them diagnose it. They said I need a new catalytic converter. I at this point I told them to show me where the converter was on the vehicle to make sure they didn t remove it. They said I wasn t allowed in the shop for liability reasons. I think they either 1) stole it or 2) knocked a air sensor loose during the work and don t want to have to spend time troubleshooting it. Either way, the value of my car dropped significantly now after taking excellent care of it for 135,000 miles because of this place. Do not recommend.

Coming here is a headache. They literally balanced my tires with dirt stuck on the inside of my rim, using it as a counter weight. They lost my jack mount. Lost all my valve stem caps. While taking 2 hours to rotate and balance my tires but the shop was empty. Complete waste of time with lousy staff. Also couldnt even give me a proper alignment telling me they "got it the best they could" but when i go for an alignment check, it was magically fixed. But the wheel was never straight either. No work ethic at all. Tires plus is the worst place to get tires or alignment.

Update: Took it to another shop for a second opinion. NOTHING wrong with transmission and this shop figured out the issue within 30 minutes (again asking the question as to why Tires Plus needed my car for over a day). Issue with fuel/air mixture. Will be going to Ford on 11/28 for additional diagnostics. Do not trust this shop to give you sound mechanical information, always get a second opinion.They had my car for over 24 hours. Went in at 10am on Tuesday and they were told multiple times and confirmed that I needed the car back by 5pm. After hours of no update call, I called at 2:30pm and was told they were JUST pulling my car into the shop. Another 2 hours went by, still no update so I called again. At this point it was 4:45, they told me they needed more time and it would go into Wednesday. I reminded them I had told them AND they confirmed multiple times I needed the car back by 5pm. I asked why it hadn't been even pulled in until 2:30. All the man on the phone could say was ummm and muttered excuses that I couldn't understand. I was angry because this is our only car and my fiance needed to be picked up from work and hung up. My fiance got a ride from work and stopped in at 6:30 and they still had zero answers. He talked to the same man I did on the phone and the man said "Yeah your fiance wasn't having it" (that is a completely inappropriate comment to make and should NEVER have been said.) Wednesday I waited until 11am to call for an update as they STILL had not called me. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to bring it to a transmission shop. WHY did it take 13 business hours to come to that conclusion? WHY did I have to drop it off at 10am per their request just for them to not look at it until 2:30 in the afternoon? 0 stars and will never be going back.

I needed new tires for my suv. They went thru several options and prices and honored the sale price. I made an appt for 10am, but they didn't get to my car until after 2. I am satisfied with the tires I choose so far.

I bought 4 tires and made an appointment to get them installed at a later date . Tires Plus had them installed within an hour at the appointed time. Great service.

Courtney was very friendly and helpful. Got us in right away for a tire repair, due to some cancellations. Price very fair too

Courtney did a most excellent job of assisting me in getting new tires put on my car after I unfortunately got a flat tire, there was a small mark up on the tires in my opinion but the time I was able to get my car back in operable condition was satisfactory, I would have of coursed preferred to get my vehicle done the same day ( it was a Sunday ) but that couldn t have been expected how ever I would have gladly paid twice as much if it could have been completed same day

My mom had a tire that kept going low. We noticed it on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. She was desperate to get it fixed. Her car has only 7000 miles on it so we were sure she didn't need to buy a new tire. Lucky for us they were open. We dropped her car off Sunday morning and they were able to work it into their schedule Monday morning. They even made sure to park her car inside over night. The tire was fixable and the price was reasonable. Thankyou Tures Plus...

Don't go here. Maybe for tires but that's all. I brought my car in for an inspection before I went on a long trip. When I came to hear what they had to say they were trying to charge me $1,700 for an alignment struts and shocks and ti-rods. Little did they know I had my ti rods done recently. I didn't let them do anything to my car and got a second opinion. It cost 250 for my struts altogether, they tried to overcharge me on parts. Along with that when I had my shocks looked at for the second time by someone else there was nothing wrong with them. They were just trying to make a quick buck on me. So much for a "full inspection", they didn't even notice the battery acid on my battery or that my break lights are going out. I've heard from a couple people now that this is not the first time they have done this. They won't even do a simple alignment for my car because my "struts can make it go back to the same specs." Not true. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a women, just watch what they do and make sure that you're not getting overcharged! Don't go here!Service: Wheel alignment

Excellent work! Called on a Saturday afternoon while on the road to see if I could get an alignment. Just had a ton of front end work done by a mechanic friend on my pickup (control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks) and definitely needed an alignment before I left town for 5 days. Tom old me to bring it in and they would work it in. A few hours later I got a call it was done. Courtney was great when I picked it up. This location was a WAY better experience than any experience I had ever had at the location near the mall.

This place used to be good. In the last few years new corporate policies have really driven business away. I wanted my snow tires removed and summer tires re mounted but they said they could only mount new summer tires not my 2 year old ones which had nothing wrong with them. He said they can only mount snow tires but not summer tires because they aren't new. I think the guy at the counter was just trying to sell me new tires which is just BS.I've since started going to Van Zeeland tire and auto and they had no issues with re mounting my summer tires. I'm going here from now on.

The Van Roy location always does a good job for us. I dropped off my car and wasn't quite sure what was wrong, maybe the alternator or the battery. They diagnosed it and got it back to me sameday and didn't tack on any unnecessary additional work.

Eric and Cornelius were amazing, gracious men to me when I pulled in with a newly flat tire. They saved my butt by changing it out for my spare during their busy schedule at no cost! Super friendly, servant-hearted, and generous team at this location.

Purchased the 12 month warranty wheel alignment. Jose did a great job aligning the car and then at a later date adjusting the alignment no charge. Eric had excellent customer service and asked what we needed adjusted and took care of it hassle free. Highly recommend, great service and a drive on lift for low cars.

They did great work for me and got my vehicle done when I needed it despite a busy weekend for them. One employee came in a few hours early on a Saturday to guarantee I d have it when I requested. Also covered a towing cost to a different location that was able to get the work done earlier. Great service and great work. Couldn t be more pleased!

Service was as good as always, the 5 stars are given because of the Manager Lacie. One of the most pleasant, knowledgeable, interpersonal, and hard working person I ve ever met. Also was honest on whether or not I truly needed an additional recommended service. Between going above and beyond for every customer that came in, she cleaned the waiting area, mopped the floor, stocked the fridge, straightened chairs and provided a really great experience. Made for a nice time despite having to spend a couple hours of my Saturday in a waiting room. Thanks Lacie.

Awesome place!! Explained in great detail everything my car needed and kept me apprised on the time of my repair. Would highly recommend and am definitely going back. The tech at the service desk was outstanding!!

Came in for an oil change and to have my car looked at since my check engine light was on. Oil change was fast and fairly priced. The check out sheet said my battery and all the other checks they do were fine so no other service other then having the light checked was needed. I bring the car in the next day for them to look over to check what was wrong in more detail. They tell me the battery was bad and that's why my service light was on, but the day prior my battery was fine according to them. Whatever got a new battery and that seemed to do the trick. I was a little frustrated though to see how expensive the battery was that was put in. Cost me around $289 for a new battery which is kinda ridiculous in my opinion. Anyways, I also noticed when they did my oil change they put down on the sheet that I had a Chevy Equinox. It's a Traverse. More attention to detail and accuracy could really help them improve services. Also giving people a choice in battery or other parts instead of just installing whatever they feel like. It was clean and staff was friendly and they always have promotions so I will give 3 stars. Ot entirely sure I will be back though.

Was pleasantly surprised, my alignment was done in 45 minutes and it was done right. Also with the $25 coupon that's good through October it was only $85 which is cheaper than anywhere else I found in the valley!

Went in to have my tires rotated. Took less than 15 minutes with no charge since the tires were purchased from here. Gentleman was very kind and gave a print out on any service needed along with tread wear on the tires. Took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend stopping in for tires and any other services needed.

Dawson have been amazing with helping me figure out things that Appleton motor cars used dealership couldn't catch. This place is a go to.
