Been taking my cars to Mike for years! He always does great work, never overcharges, does things in a timely manner, knows his stuff, and is honest. It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics (especially euro mechanics) these days, but The Euro Shop has never done me wrong.

The owner is honest and upfront about times and rough pricing. I've had my 2012 a6 3.0t there 3 times now, and each time, they've done an amazing job getting my car taken care of. I've had a wheel bearing, my crank and supercharger pulley, and now my test pipes all done here. This shop does AMAZING work. They have GREAT communication, and they are UPFRONT and HONEST when it comes to rough pricing and time frames. He let me know before scheduling my appointment that he would be going on a short vacation and that he didnt want my car to sit there for the time he was gone if he came across any issues doing my test pipes. I let him know I was completely fine with it sitting during his vacation if it needed to and to make this place even better he started working on my car a day before my scheduled appointment to avoid it waiting even though I was fine with it sitting. Great shop. Great owner. Dont look back. Take your german autos here for anything you need done.

Stopped in to talk with Mike about my 08 BMW 335xi having a trans malfunction issue and popping out of reverse then going into limp mode. He took a lot of his time to talk to me and explain all the details and what my best options were he was completely honest and told me that if he was in my situation with that particular model he wouldn't stick the money into it because a lot of times it can be tons of money spent and may or may not fix the issue almost like going down the rabbit hole type of thing. I really respect the fact that he gave me his own honest advice and didn't just let me spend tons of money like a lot of shops would to just possibly fix the issue or maybe not even fix it. I highly recommend this shop for honest work!Service: Transmission

Mike knows his sh*t. I will never bring my car anywhere but to him. Had another shop mess with my car for a few days and they still hadn t found the issue, in fact they created more. Mike diagnosed and repaired my car in one day. If you have an Audi, dont waste you time or money bringing it somewhere else. Mike is great and very honest, fixed an issue for me that was reported to be something else and saved me money in the process. Refreshing to find a nice honest shop to have work performed. Excellent job Mike keep up the great service.

I just dropped my car off so there could be an update to this review but my initial experience was great. It took mike about 30 seconds to realize the issue and he had the part ordered 10 minutes after I left with a follow up call informing me of timing and pricing. Unlike other large dealers Mike was focused on just fixing what needed to be fixed instead of quoting me for $1800.00 for random parts that they don t even need to know if they should be replaced or not.

Great customer service, had a piece of trim fall off of the bottom of my Audi we called to schedule and appointment and within that week we had it fixed. If your looking for affordability and quality this is the way to go!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Mike and his team and very knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. My BMW has been problematic, and Mike has worked with me to repair and maintain it at a reasonable price, saving me thousands of dollars on everything from basic maintenance, to a spark plug change, intake boot replacement, coolant sensor replacement, a complicated oil leak, and some transmission malfunctions. Mike has definitely earned my trust and I will be recommending him to everyone in search of a shop to repair and service their vehicle.

I bought my VW from Mike for a more than reasonable price, I have gotten it maintained through Mike and have never been more happy with a mechanic than Mike and his staff. I Recommend with full confidence 100%. I am always nervous getting my car repaired and getting taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars but you can and should absolutely trust Mike and Euro Shop. Thanks for all of your help!

Bought my truck from here. Mike is a great person and is very helpful. Truck did have a few problems after I bought it but he took car of everything that was not working, per his bumper to bumper warranty.During the warranty there was a clicking noise that got louder as I drove the car. Told him about it and he couldn't find the issue. Took the car to the dealership to have it inspected and found out the issue. Took it back to euroshop to have them take car of it but he didn't want to fix it or cover the problem. Had to take it back to the other shop to get it fixed.

Just bought a fresh tire, super clean and free double warranty suv from Mike. The little shop is an oasis in a sea of sales sharks. If you wait to buy at a fair price from a guy that cares about what he sells, then shake the hardworking hands of Mike and let him take care of the paperwork. Or don't there is no pressure.

Had them work on the clutch and ignition of my Subaru. Did a great job. Good communication. Reasonable shop rates compared to the dealerships around here. Would recommend for work on any European or Japanese cars.

Had my A8L to two other shops and spent thousands to solve an intermittent electronic issue that would cause it to go in to limp mode with all kinds of warning indicators going off and leave you stranded until it just decided to start working again. Even the 'big' Audi dealer in Appleton couldn't get it done. It was there 3 times. My brother mentioned Mike at The Euro Shop and I'm so happy he did. This is an honest dude that did not quit until he discovered the problem that was quite a mind-twister. And for a good deal less money that the others "repaired" it for. I will never take an Audi to anyone else. Thanks to Mike and the crew at The Euro Shop, for the first time in 2 years my Audi is running like a dream again.

Honest. Honest. Honest. Did I say Honest??? Best Euro car guy in the area. Services my collection of Audi's and BMWs circa 2007-2015 models. Highly recommend. Never pushy and always looks to keep prices fair. You won't overpay for parts and hours arent over estimated. MIKE KNOWS HIS EUROS!

I don't even know where to begin....my car needing repairs was a horrible worry, but The Euroshop was recommended to me by a friend, and i am absolutely enthralled with the whole experience. I ended up dropping off my car without even calling, and they took on the project. Amazing communication on thier part. Any little thing down to a bolt that was in need of repair, they verified. Cost was perfect, and the quality was excellent. I recommend this place x100000. If you own a European car(or any vehicle) this is definitely your mechanic. You eill not be disappointed.

The guys at the Eurshop did a great job with my car. Very honest, trustworthy and straightforward. Great price as well. I will be bringing my car to them from now on and reccomend that you do too.

I didn't have any service done but I can tell that the shop does high quality work. Just based on the number and variety of vehicles waiting for service it's obvious the shop is very popular with European vehicle owners. The owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and and hold none of the pretensions many shops that deal in European vehicles tend to exhibit.

I took my Jaguar XJL here. Ran into a couple issues but he was very knowledgeable and took care of it like a professional. I will continue to bring back my car for any service that I need. Thank you for all your help and I recommend these guys to anyone.

Bought a car with "no issues", within the next month it ended up needing over 1000$ in parts, then the headgasket blew and they said they would fix it under their warranty but they kept the car for a month to fix it, only for the problems to return a few weeks later, shady place, don't go here. Btw found out that the owner is a felon

I've been a car owner for 28 years and have been to lots of shops... The Euro Shop is incredible! Great knowledgeable service and excellent prices. It's the first shop I didn't fell ripped off by!

Acts like he knows it all I have a built vw I know what I'm talking about he yelled at me on the phone and told me I don't know what I m taking about and called a part a computer when it's not a computer
