Attention Appleton; Oshkosh; Green Bay & surrounding areas. Are you in the need of a mechanic? Look no further; Stoiched Automotive is the place for you. Ryan, Terry and the rest of the Stoiched crew are phenomenal. They're thorough, precise and efficient. I recently need a lot of work done on my car, and I did not hesitate to call Ryan and the crew. I can confidently say I hands down only trust Stoiched. The communication with you through the process of start to finish is amazing. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and give you honest opinions. I have never been disappointed. Affordable and very efficient. I know I can always count on them to fix any car issue I have. Please give them a chance!

100% recommend Stoiched Automotive! These guys are awesome-fast, great communication, honest, and super kind! They helped me out immensely in an unplanned situation and dealt directly with my insurance company so I didn t have to. They re me go to mechanics now & should be yours too! Just got some work done here on my Mazda. It was the most timely manner I ve had work done on my car, from the first phone call, to me picking up the car after they finished. They did an amazing job and told me a few things to watch out on my car for. Will definitely be coming here for any and everything I need in the future, thanks stoiched auto, you guys rock!

I tell anyone and everyone I know looking to have auto work done that Stoiched is the place. They are friendly, professional, and have never upsold me on anything. They've shown excellent flexibility with even late-notice requests and do quality work in an efficient manner. Their pricing is second to none, as is their dedication to making sure you're satisfied with the job. Fantastic communication as well.Seriously, this is the place.

The staff at Stoiched are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My first two visits were for routine oil changes. The waiting area is comfortable and they have beverages available. My third visit was unexpected and due to continual issues with my vehicle needing to be jumpstarted during an extremely cold spell in January. Roadside Assistance determined there was an issue with the battery. I reached out to Stoiched to ask if the car could be towed to them, and if they could evaluate for specific condition and service needed. Although they would accept the vehicle, I was informed that they may be able to look at it for 2-3 days. I was given the information on what they were going to do, as well as an estimate of the costs involved. It wouldn t inconvenience me, so I had the vehicle towed to them. I was contacted by the morning of the 2nd day with the results and the need to replace the battery as well as the cost. Although I expected the vehicle to be done the next day, I was impressed that they had it done that afternoon. I got picked up (thanks Ryan!) and paid for the service. Luke is very nice and explained everything on the phone earlier in the day. I thanked him for being able to work on my vehicle quickly, despite the last minute request. I highly recommend Stoiched Automotive for all your vehicle service needs.

Very happy with the work done on my car. Staff was very friendly and talked me through different repairs that I knew very little about. Did not feel pressured to do more than was necessary and felt my thoughts were respected. Will gladly recommend to anyone.

This is not a good place to bring your car for an oil change. With their permission I brought my own oil and filter, and I was reassured that this isn't an uncommon practice. At the end I was charged for the half hour labor $41.95. I learned my lesson and shopping around, I found out that you can accomplish the same thing at half the price through a different reputable independent shop in the area. I presume that every shop owner has his own way of attracting repeat customers.

I highly recommend Stoiched Automotive, at which, they are a 5+ in my book! My daughter s car needed to be towed because of overheating. Two friends of mine recommended Stoiched Automotive and next morning her car was towed. Her car was there for a week, however, this was due to miscommunication on my part. They were extremely understanding and patient. Once warranty was notified and I authorized repairs, her car was completed that very day!Ryan, Josh, and Terry are the best. I will be returning, as my vehicle needs brakes in the near future. Thank you Stoiched Automotive!

Ryan and the guys are gem in the Fox Valley. Josh and Terry get you checked in and make you feel at ease that your vehicle is in good hands. As a female who really knows nothing about cars, I feel like I am always treated with respect and honesty about the services being done on my SUV. They treat my vehicle as if it is their own. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Highly recommend Stoiched Automotive. I have had all 3 cars serviced there. 1 with AC repair with a speedy turnaround. The other 2 were tires. Competitive pricing and fast turnaround. Everyone was awesome and easy to work with. Will be back in the future for repairs.

Step son in college about an hour away from the shop. Car broke down at sporting goods store. Towed it in first thing in the morning. The guys at the shop looked at it right away and let me know what was wrong. Informed me the brakes would need to be changed in the next 6 months or so but never pressured me to have the work done. Had them go ahead and do brakes as well. Excellent price for all the work, super fast as it was all done the same day!!!! If you need work done in the area this is where to go!! Stoiched Automotive was able to fit me in when my car broke down. Not only did they fix the car, but their comprehensive safety inspection made me aware of other issues that needed to be addressed. All this with no pressure to do so. Very honest at a fair price!!

I highly recommend Stoiched Automotive with a 5+ ! After an unsatisfactory experience at Bergstrom Jeep, where I spent hundreds without resolving my Jeep's issues, I turned to Stoiched Automotive. Their team conducted a thorough inspection, identified all problems, and efficiently fixed them. Great service!

Outstanding customer service. I took my car in about a week ago unfortunately a minor incident happened when my car was in service. I'm not going to lie I was upset, they made it right. Still would recommend this shop than anywhere else.

This will now be my go to shop for all my truck repairs! After an awful experience at toys for trucks where I was treated condescendingly and given more problems, i decided to try this shop. I was getting an intermittent engine code that I was unsuccessful in fixing myself. Terry and his team did such a thorough inspection of my truck and took the time to get to the root of the problem, rather than just replace parts and hope they worked. They also took my budget into consideration and found me the best deals on parts! Amazing communication and customer service! They even offered transportation to work since I was dropping it off for the day. Everything was explained to me so that I not only knew what was going on with my truck, but further helped me understand what repairs were urgent, and what could wait. I highly recommend this shop for any women who have felt tricked or have been condescended by other shops.

Highly recommend Stoiched. Knowledgeable and friendly staff do a great job of explaining everything they re seeing. Never feel pressured to do any kind of work, like you might at other places. I see lots of reviews commending Stoiched on their customer service and I'd just like to add another voice to that! It was really cool of them to explain things to me & collaborate with me as I'm working with a limited budget for repairs. Texting them was also super convenient since I'm at work during most of the hours they're open, so I can't always take a call.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Firstly, I am so impressed, but not shocked, to see so many positive reviews from females. Far too often, women are taken advantage of in the auto repair world and sadly, I am speaking from experience.Secondly, I'm happy to say that I no longer worry about that because I take my car to Stoiched for repairs and oil changes. Terry and Josh are honest and very communicative with me every step of the way. The prices are very reasonable, the work is done well and in a timely manner. They stand by their warranties and Terry and Josh go above and beyond...every single time! They're so friendly and patient with me and all of my questions. They even worked it out on a few occasions to pick up and drop off my car from my workplace. I don't know how they do it, but they always manage to fit me into their schedule. I cannot praise Ryan and his team enough.I highly recommend Stoiched Automotive. You and your vehicle(s) should check them out...you won't be disappointed!

I received a message from a former classmate of mine on Sunday asking for help as her son's car broke down and he was in the Appleton area. The debate for the family was do they tow the car back to Plymouth where her son goes to school and get it fixed there. I was not familiar with anyone in Plymouth but I gave her the information for Stoiched Automotive and told her that is where we are getting our cars serviced. She told me that she would have her husband reach out and see about getting it looked at on Monday morning. I just received a message from my classmate (Monday afternoon) and she informed me that the car was fixed at a reasonable price and the staff was awesome to work with. I have to say Stoiched Automotive is definitely a 5 star rating! A lot of females have a good feed back because it s true these guys do not make you feel uncomfortable or dumb with the questions you have. Besides that they are GREAT!! Terry, Josh and Ryan were very communicative and stayed in touch with every repair I needed done on my Lexus. I find that to be very important when you have a shop working on your vehicle. Over all I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and the prices of all repairs I had done. (Oil change, Axel and differential Pinion Seal) These guys for sure gained a customer. You guys deserve the 5 stars and the great comments of your establishment.

My alternator failed as I happened to be driving near Stoiched. They were able to get me in their shop and had it fixed by the end of the day. I appreciated how they communicated everything clearly, honestly, and timely. No one ever likes unexpected repairs, but it sure is comforting to have a mechanic that s honest and does great work.
