Service Garage charged me almost $500 to fix my fuel gauge. They said it was the fuel sensor. However, after several months we noticed it really hadn't been working. Vehicle was driven very seldom. They said because a year had almost passed since they did the work, it would be another $250. I don't know if it really was the fuel sensor or something else. It still doesn't work.

My car lost all power leaving me dead on the side of the road. The service manager, Chris Mitchell, got me a free loaner so I could get to work. He got the work done faster, and cheaper, then any other place I called! Great communication, service, and assistance! Definitely my new #1 goto! Got my transmission fluid changed, did a good job and was relatively quick. The pricing was also better than other places around. Definitely coming back if I need to get some other servicing done to my car.

Had a pretty bad failure of my front end suspension. They repaired it and replaced everything but the struts in just under 24 hours! Amazing turn around, quality repair, and my car is aligned perfectly. It has never driven so well. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude to Matt and his coworkers for finding and fixing the loose clanking noise I heard after timing chain work performed at another service shop. The other shop fixed something that wasn t even broken and was $1800 out of my pocket that was unnecessary. The gentleman at Cousineau s are thorough with their work and keep digging to find the actual root cause. I have peace of mind knowing my car is finally fixed.

These guys were fantastic. Made it very easy for me to replace the hood on my Corolla. Had the part I was looking for in stock, right color and everything and then arranged to install it so I didn t have to tote it back home and do it myself. I love it here! I drive over 30 minutes just because of the work these guys do. I bought my car here and I m a young female and they ve never tried to scam me and always do honest work. They re always giving me fair prices and I ll be coming here for a long time.

I brought my Jeep here to have my new exhaust put on. The staff talked me out of the garage product I bought and set me up with a way better option. These guys know what they are doing. Fare price and needless to say my entire family will be coming here from now on. By the way, the exhaust sounds fantastic!!!

Service is awesome here. I am able to get an appointment when it s needed. Phil in service took care of my concerns and even looked at other issues free of charge. The actual work done was good. The experience after was less so, I had asked for my vehicle to be looked at before I left because after it was worked on the lighting in my car on the dashboard was dim. I was speaking to Phil. I was told they did not have time to look at it (1 hr before close at this point) and that they could not have possibly done anything to my lighting. Feeling dejected, I asked someone else for help and found my lighting was indeed touched, which caused the problem. Thankfully it worked out for me, but it was scary being told that they would refuse to service my vehicle or look at it. It could of been a big issue, and I did not sign a liability release waiver before they worked on the car.

Above and beyond!!!! I installed a custom exhaust on my car and due to my lack of car knowledge I had some trouble plus compared what price other locations were trying to force me to pay, I did the job with the help of this team and payed 1/5 of the cost! The team here helped me through the whole project and never once complained! If you want to save money and get one of the best customer service experiences then stop looking and call these guys! I will recommend these guys to anyone I talk to!

We needed to get the engine swapped out on my brothers Mercury Milan but did not have the time or resources to do it, so we were searching for a cheap but reliable service garage to do so. We bought the engine through Cousineau Auto and Corey had told us about this service and put together an estimate. We agreed on the price and scheduled it, they gave us a loaner car to use while the work was being done, which was really nice. The job was completed a day before originally planned and the total bill even came out less than the estimate was for! The car has been running great for months now and I know where I will go in the future for great service.

Came here to replace both front end control arms on my 2008 Dodge Charger. I was in a time crunch to get the parts installed, and Corey worked with me to get a spot in his garage on a Friday afternoon when I walked in, although normally I would have set up an appointment. Extremely appreciated, I saved hundreds of dollars doing the job myself and had access to every tool I needed. Will be back with my father and we'll both be working on our cars together. Highly recommended for anybody that can do auto work on their own, or they do provide a technicians assistance if you require it, and it sure beats working outside in brisk Wisconsin winters!

The receptionist was very helpful and polite, the mechanics were very helpful in pointing out a number of other things that needed attention.It was nice to talk to sone one that knew what they were talking about.As you can see by my pic.
