I needed some work on my enclosed trailer - my rear door wasn't opening and closing properly. I talked to Harry and he said bring it in the next morning. I showed up and Harry and another coworker (I wish I could mention him by name but I didn't get it) went to work on it right away. What we all assumed would be a quick adjustment on the tension turned out to be a totally different problem. The guys figured it out and got it taken care of. I'm VERY appreciative of what they did for me. Their customer service was AWESOME! I'd highly recommend!!

I have used all the shops in the area. And this place is the best. They are very good at what they do. And never do work that doesn t need to be done! I come here for all my services for my Volvo VNL. And with Zach running the show I always know my truck is in excellent hands!

Great experince with these folks today. We had a minor problem with a reefer and they got us right in and out. Extremely helpful. Good people!

Love these folks, We just set up an account with them and 3 days later our 1 year old cat met concrete face first we called them and they were booked solid but told us they would fit her in to make sure no major injurys our other vet never did this.. Very happy with them and thank them for caring

Had an issue with a wheel on my boat trailer. Trailer repair manager was nice enough to let me bring it in on the same day I called. He was very courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Got me fixed up and back on the water! I would highly recommend looking these guys up if you have a trailer issue.

Zach and his team were fantastic. If we could give them 10 stars we would. We were towed to their Appleton location at midnight. The next morning I spoke with Zach about our situation and he quickly diagnosed our issues, giving us an estimate to repair our Cummins Diesel engine that had the water pump cease, break off and cause significant damage. He worked with our warranty company and got us rolling within 5 days. Thanks so much for all your hard work and great customer service! We made it to Glacier National Park just in time!

The employees here are rude and unprofessional. My fianc� was escorted off the property within the first 5 min of a job interview because he mentioned he has an interlock device . So instead of politely explaining the company doesn t work with the interlock , the manager snapped on him and escorted him straight to the exit without saying one word to him!! He s not a criminal. He mad a mistake a year ago ! But way to show how your company truly treats people .

Quality Truck has been an important part of my fleet maintenance program for over 10 years. They've always done a great job. Communication has always been very good and my trucks get taken care of and back on the road dependably.

I brought a 36' 5th wheel trailer to Quality Truck Care Center in late April, 2014; the brakes were not working properly. I discussed the problems and requested resolution with their trailer service person. I asked them to fix the braking issues and perform some minor routine maintenance. During this discussion, I mentioned they could get it done whenever they could as they were busy and I was not in a hurry. When several weeks went by and I had not heard anything from the truck center, I called to inquire about timing and price several times and did not receive a call back. The next communication came indicating the job was done and that the amount due was about $2,400. When asked why the bill was so high, I was told the brake backing plates were replaced. After two more phone calls to get information to justify the high charge, I obtained the part number for the replacement parts and found that without providing me with a quote, they charged 3 times the actual retail amount of the parts. When questioned, they could not explain how they arrived at the amount I was charged. I do understand businesses have a mark up but three times retail seems excessive, I argued a bit but received an adjustment for a very small portion of the inflated price (about $200). I feel I was gouged on the pricing however I lived with it as I had to get the trailer so I could run my business. The second issue arose when I picked the trailer up. The brakes are worse than when I brought the trailer in and paid over $2,200 for the repairs. How a trailer repair business can send a trailer that cannot stop out the door is beyond comprehension. I brought the trailer back on July the 25th, 2014 to have the work brought up to the standard on which I already paid. On Friday the 1st of August 2014 I called to see if the trailer was ready. I was told by the service department that the brakes work, but not very well. I asked what the issue was they said they thought it should get different parts installed, other than the parts they already installed in April. I was told that they should have done this job first, before replacing the parts they did the first time. After admitting they replaced parts that did not need to be replaced, and over charging me for them, I was told that they would " help me with the labor costs" for the second round of work. I am now lead to believe that the first time around they replaced the most expensive part so they could charge me 3 times the retail cost, for something that did not need any repair at all. I now have several thousand dollars and a non stopping trailer - which is a major safety issue. I feel that I was taken advantage of as I am not one of the big trucking companies they deal with, but a small local business so they have the right to walk over me, take my money and send back with a non-working, unsafe unit.

Quality Truck Care Center has been taking care of my equipment for 6 years. Everyone in every department has been great to work with!! Parts and service, no matter the shift have always come through when needed...even on weekends!!

They're very helpful, great advice and help. they had what I needed and when I came back and returned what I bought for one size smaller the very fast and understanding got me back out in minutes.

Great place to work. Co-workers here make the place great. I would recommend working here to any technician. Company even offers help with schooling and loaner box for new techs to qualifying techs.

I'm broke down at shipper called this place they said they where busy but would send someone out ,I waited 2 and half hrs called back and was told were not going to come and fix it ,I ask way they didn't call to let me know the guy on phone said his boss said it was his problem wow a call back would had been nice so I could have looked for someone else ,,,,I want ever use this place ever
