These guys deserve a 5+ star review. I took my Yamaha snowmobile to them a couple months ago after not having any luck with the dealership I bought it from. I just wanted them to go through it and make sure everything was good to go and to change the oil. The did an alignment on the skis and did all of the preventative maintenance needed on it. Took the sled out last Saturday in some extremely rough trails and ended up with a problem with it not wanting to idle. I tried messing with it and thought I had it fixed. Took my sled out on Sunday and it wasn t any better. I called these guys Monday morning and explained the situation and asked if they could have it fixed before I leave for Michigan on Wednesday. They told me to bring it in and they d take care of it. I dropped it off around 1:00 and they called me at 4:30 to tell me it was ready to rock. Stuff like that means the world to me and they have definitely earned a new future customer. Thank you for everything. Dan.

Steve in sales and Pete in parts were awesome to work with! Thank for offering the UTV I was interested in, adding needed accessories to the machine and gear at 15% off.Friendly staff!April 2022 - just dropped off the machine for an oil change and as always great service and very happy with my Yamaha! All the Yamaha gear you can think of on the sales floor along with plenty of accessories!

Well yep i did it brought my sportsman to a Yamaha dealer.. my son had blown the motor up.. so i got a big bore rebuild kit for it did the rebuild. Ran great for awhile but started to run rough an just stopped. Yes had brought it to the dealer i bought it from.. they just said yep its blown... well not the guys at powersports 1 one of the best mechanics out there dug into it. Without any polaris tools,scanners ect. Thought maybe the tps. Nope he seen it sheared the flywheel key but also notice the flywheel was not fitting correctly. Well the rebuild kit was for 17 and older mine is a 2020 and the crank pitch is different.. all said an done it runs great.. i would have been there forever figuring it out.. great place and great peole

My son got a 2021 Yamaha Grizzly 700 4 wheeler this was the only dealer that could get one in before December. So we made the long trip to come get it. Great service and great employee Rod. I would recommend Powersports 1 as a company to deal with. Very satisfied customer here

Just picked up my new machine today. After using my local dealership in Fond du lac for years and being disappointed time and again with customer no service. I had had enough and went looking for a new dealer. The professionalism shown here is phenomenal. Dealing with Steve was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. The extra 40 minutes I have to drive to get here is definitely worth it.

Hands down the best power sports dealer in the area!Friendly, non-pushy, and knowledgeable sales. Service is excellent - Tom and team are very thorough and extremely quick with repairs.You can tell these guys are in it because they love power sports and not just out to make a buck.Highly recommended - five stars!

Incredible service from Steve Sheldon! I ordered an rmax4 from another dealer. It was scheduled to come in December. We had money in hand for a down payment and wanted sooner. I found they had several stock rmax4 in. I called in afternoon and brought it home the next day. No setup fees or destination fees. No cost to have roof installed either. Steve is very knowledgeable about financing and the product. I wish I would've went here first. Excellent service and experience! I will certainly refer people.

The service writer was great, however after my oil change and differential fluid change there was oil leaking of the belly pans from not taking the time to remove them 1st. Not very pleased after spending $240.00

My boyfriend and I were interested in a bike they had here so we went in on 8-6-16 and applied for a loan to be able to get it and we were notified on 8-8-16 that we were accepted and got the bike that evening! They were quick with everything and very helpful and I will totally recommend this place in the future!! We are so happy to have the privilege to ride together on our new bike thank you so much!!!!

I should have checked this place out years ago. Clean, well stocked and techs working on the weekend. Asked if we needed help, gave us some prices and showed us around even after we admitted we where just kicking tires. No wonder the place was packed! They earned my future business.

Bought a new 2016 Yamaha Grizzly from them . Good deal and very professional. Update : After purchase 2016 Grizzly machine started using oil at 500 miles , called and was blown off by service . I asked if any recall on it ? They said no . Turned out there where a series of service bulletins on this machine . Brought to another dealer and it was verified. Power Sports owner when confronted with info said did you get us mixed up with another Power Sports? They sold the bike and after the sale , they act dumb ? Can not recommend them .

Not much stock and Yamaha is pretty proud of their ATVs and UTVs. Very expensive.

Poor sales! Was looking at a machine for 15 min then walked inside and looked around waiting for a sales person and I had to find on in a office! Note I was only guest there that I could see! Sales sermon was not very knowledgeable on the model I was looking at! The sales person did make a valid attempt tho and assisted me in the best way he could.

Honesty is the most important service that any mechanic can provide. When you can solidify trust, you create customers for life. That said, I trust Powersports1, and will always have my bikes services there. I purchased a new bike and thought it needed a carb cleaning. When I brought the bike in, they could have easily taken my money and ran with it. Instead they did a quick diagnosis and informed me that the bike was running like a top. No need for a carb clean. I ended up purchasing a new battery, a basic tune-up and some gloves.Again, I appreciate the honesty. They did not lose out on any money. In fact, I've purchased more items there since this experience and they've made more money off of me than a carb clean. AND when it comes time for a carb clean, I'm going to them.Thank you for not using my ignorance to your advantage! (Being honest with me was the real advantage!)

NOTE: There is an experienced Honda tech that works here too. Well, as of august 2016 anyways. That's about when I brought my 2008 crf250r in. Needed a stator and carb cleaning and adjustment. They did a good job, and kept me updated throughout the process.

Drove 630 miles to pick up a used ATV from Rod and his Team at Powersports 1. Was a great experience...ATV was exactly as Rod described, staff was friendly and the transaction was quick and easy. Next time I am looking for a new / used 'toy' I will certainly look up Powersports 1.
