Very fair prices, excellent work and they just made me feel comfortable as I rarely have shops work on my vehicles. There are 3 places I go to for my vehicles. It was 2 and Pete s made it 3. Thanks again! Tammy appreciates it!

Pete's Auto started work on replacing the timing chain in my 2008 Lexus RX350 back in October. There were some high idling problems afterwards and then some strange shifting. Josh and the other staff made sure to get these issues fixed at no cost to me. Bob also said these issues weren't normal and said they'd make sure this was all resolved. They gave me a nice loaner SUV while work continued. I have my vehicle back, and it drives great now! No problems whatsoever anymore. Bob, the owner, even gave my wife and I a gift card to a local restaurant for the hassle! I don't want to bring my car anywhere else! You don't see this dedication to the customer at many places anymore. Very impressed! Thanks again.

They are really nice and straightforward. Got my truck repaired there twice it was done same day both times and not too expensive. Also bought a really nice used car there for a very reasonable price.

A family member had some work done on a his vehicle recently. I drove the car home and it literally purred down the highway...Satisfied! The car is an import, 2005 model with less than 170K miles on the original engine.There was a leak in the gas line and something was loose under the carriage. I am not a mechanic and some things I have no idea about. All I know is that it was money well spent!Next time I am in the market for a newer car, I will definitely be back for a test drive. There was a white sporty model that caught my eye!! Thanks Pete Auto and keep up the great work!

I wish I could give Pete's more than five stars. We purchased a used car from Pete's earlier this summer. Great car and a great deal. A few days ago, I took it to one of those quick lube places for the first oil change and they told me the last place that changed the oil tightened the plug too tightly and the threads came out when they removed it. They couldn't put oil in It, rendering the car useless.I called Pete's (assuming they were the last one's to change the oil. Pete's paid to have the car towed to their shop to look at it. Turns out it wasn't even their fault, but they fixed the problem, changed the oil, and had the car ready to go at the end of the day. NO CHARGE!To find a car dealer / mechanic this honest is remarkable. They truly care about their customer's satisfaction and not just the lip service you hear from other places.We will NEVER go anywhere for service other than Pete's and if we need a used car in the future, that's where we're going.I give Pete's my highest recommendation and thank the friend who recommended them in the first place.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys are one of the few open on Mondays, and when my car broke down over the weekend, I had it towed over here. They were quick and clear with communication and got it fixed right away.Hope I never have to need repairs anytime soon, but if I do- I will be returning to Pete's.

Our family of 7 drivers with 5 vehicles have been long-time very pleased customers of Pete's Auto repair. Their prices seem very fair, scheduled openings are reasonable, urgent spots seem available when needed, they are quite personable, and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Absolutely wonderful. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and friendly. Car broke down and I called and they got me in and had in fixed in less than two days without even having an appointment and right before Thanksgiving. These guys are amazing. We have had Pete's Auto totally replace the transmission on our 2014 Chevy Traverse, do oil changes, and fix the liftgate on that same Traverse. The men I have talked to/interacted with most are Aaron and Josh. They are always friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable! The work is always fantastic, timely, and very affordable. Highly recommend!

I called Pete's on a Saturday morning because my check engine light had come on the evening prior. They had me swing over and hooked it up to their machine, told me to come back if it turned back on but it's probably a faulty sensor or need a tune-up. Anywhere else I would have been trying to find an appointment time and had to have paid at least $54 for such a service. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going back when I need repairs. If they are that honest and nice upfront without even having my business yet, I almost can't wait to be a customer.

Pete's is the go-to repair shop for my wife and me and has been for some time. Their service never ceases to amaze and Aaron in particular is kind, responsive and as easy going as they come. Pete's Auto is our neighborhood service center. Everyone is knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions I have about my vehicles. Service is fast and dependable. My family has purchased 5 vehicles from Pete's Auto and we have always been given excellent service and fair trade. The new owner Bob and his crew have continued the great reputation that Pete's has had for many years. I trust them completely.

Today was my first time at Pete's and I've gotta say I'm extremely happy with the service. I took my car in for a wobbling steering wheel and a battery issue. They took care of me within an hour. Bob explained everything that was wrong and what would be the best course of action. Affordable, quick and friendly. Will definitely be going back from now on.

I have been bringing my car to Pete's for many years. Bob and Josh at the front desk are great to work with and are nice enough to take time and explain what's wrong with my car while also working with me to find an affordable solution.The mechanics are consistently good and do reliable work. I have never worried about or questioned the quality of a repair, or if I was being taken advantage of, which is huge to say in an industry where that seems to be the norm.I would recommend Pete's to anyone!

Well we found Pete's by reading reviews. They had pretty good ones compared to many others around here. They have been great with is. First we took a car in for them to fix. Long story short we had to junk it, bought a car from Pete's fell in love with it. But unfortunately we only had the car a few days and something broke in the engine. I was devastated. So Josh recommended another car he thought may be a fit. We just didn't have enough money. So he gave us a rental to use told us not to worry(which is my middle name) and to come back next week when we do have the extra cash. Everyone seems so nice and friendly. Just my gut but I have a good feeling about the guys at this shop. It's hard when your from outta town to find a new reliable car place. I have a feeling I'll have nothing but good service stories to share. Haven't felt so relieved in weeks. Thank God for them. I mean that. Ok I'm rambling but wanted praise where it's due.

Had my brakes done, oil change, and a valve stem replacement. I really struggled with trusting someone other than my dad to work on my car. These guys are great. Open communication, convenient drop off/pick up, great customer service, and quality work at a fair price! I had them put pricing together for some additional work i need done! Glad I finally found a place I can trust. Now I can give my old man a break.

Oh my gosh what a nice experience. Brought my '03 SVT in for service. Great and friendly staff went above and beyond showing me all the potential areas for rot, and a few other things that will need attention in the future.Overall good experience and affordable prices.Will be back for future service.Even referred me to a place for window tint.

Brought my car in for a battery issue. Others had quoted me much higher. $39 and 20 minutes later and I was on my way. The front desk boys are also super nice and helpful. After bouncing around from repair ship to repair shop, I finally got a keeper.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Pete's Auto is amazing. We have been customers of theirs for about 3 years now and do not plan on going anywhere else. I have always recommended them to anyone I know looking for auto repair. They are fair, knowledgeable, quick honestly the list could go on. By far the best auto service I've had in a while. My alternator went out on Thursday night. I called the Honda dealership Friday morning and they weren't going to be able to fit me in until the next Thursday. I called Pete's and was able to bring it in Friday at 4:30 after work. He told me he'd try to get it in on Saturday, he had a full schedule and couldn't make a promise. I went home and by 6:10 Friday night they called me back saying it was done already. I picked it up and it ended up $50 cheaper than he quoted me, too.All around it was a great experience! I would recommend it to anybody who wants a friendly staff and great customer service! It feels like a small town neighborhood auto shop. Again, it was absolutely great service!

I've been going to Pete's for over 30 years. It's hard to find a good, reliable, and honest repair shop and that's what Pete's is. When have you been to a repair shop and asked them about some sound your car is making and the staff tell you it's nothing to worry about? And, charge you nothing to check your car out? This has happened to me at Pete's a number of times. That creates trust! They routinely tell me I can wait for a repair, instead of telling me I have to fix that sound and 5 other things - like at other shops I've been to. Pete's is a great repair shop!

First time coming here to get something fixed on my dodge avenger and Aron at front was so helpful and super nice the whole time! Not only that but affordable prices as well! The mechanic that first checked out my car to get a better look was also super upfront about what could be wrong, didn t catch his name though.
