I don't know the name of the man that helped today.What I do know,He was very helpful,patient, and went out & beyond.I sure wish I knew his name for I would tell His boss that whatever He is being paid is surely not enough! Thank You NAPA!!

I was in search of a pigtail electrical connector for a suv. After going to every place NAPA Auto Parts had the most affordable prices. One place (I will not mention ) the price difference was staggering as if they saw me coming! Go NAPA GO!

Very poorly operated! Wouldnt work for this company! They overwork their good employees and lack training to the ones that need it. And even if you put in your 2 weeks, you will not get paid vacation time owed nor store bonuses owed for the month.

Completely opposite experience as to what I had a few weeks beforehand. Napa was the only place in town that had my spindle nut for hub assembly. The girl who answered the phone and dealt with me in person was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. I needed an odd sized nut this time for a scooter wheel. The employee I spoke to when I brought it in didn't even look or offer to order it. I know that's something Napa typically will do. I was almost ready to make this place my number one parts store..back to 3 they go.

If I could give this store no stars I would Mr Dan that was working the counter really didn't feel like working I need 1 fitting 5/8 pipe thread to 3/8 Barb fitting he looks at me and tells me they don't carry it that it's a special order without even looking so I would stay away from this Napa it ranks right up there with O'Reilly's
