I would definitely recommend N.C. Auto. My car was in need of shocks, struts and Spring Coils. They got my car in quickly and worked hard to get me back on the road. My car is now safe and drives like a dream. On top of all that; they are professional, and they have great rates for quality work. Not to mention I was happily greeted by the sweetest pup ever. I had brought my car for a tie rod replacement, said it would only take an hour and was charging me $140 for it, total. Nearly 24hrs after dropping it off and numerous calls, they had finally called me back and told me while trying to change the tie rod, had "accidentally" PUT A HOLE IN MY ENGINE. After speaking with both insurances and 4-5 of having to have a rental, my car had finally gotten an engine, USED, then not even a year later, my engine mounts gave out, i took it to another shop, they had told me they WERE NOT replaced with the "new" engine, causing them to give out. Not to mention they never re-attached my E-break. Will never be going back. Im willing to work this out, please contact me.

My son was in a bind and needed a car as close to immediately as possible. This team went WAY above and beyond to get him a car for an awesome price and worked outside of their regular business hours to make sure my son had a working car to drive off the lot in a very short turn around time. A true act of service! Love this business!

My boyfriend went to Nick to get his new wheels and tires installed. Nick did an excellent job not scratching or damaging the wheels. Great pricing and I would highly recommend Nick to anybody that needs anything mechanical done to their vehicle.

Nick has taken care of my cars over the years time and time again, and has always done so in a timely manner with considerably reasonable prices. Always super friendly, personable and helpful! From somebody who truthfully knows nothing about cars, it s great to know that my car will always be in good hands.

Nick and his crew are awesome, I've gone to him twice and they've always given me honest work, more than fair pricing, the ability to supply my own parts, and Timely service. I dont know who that Tom guy is but he seems completely disgruntled. Nick got my very important work truck fixed twice and I paid way less than the bigger shops across town. I've recommended another person to him already and they are satisfied with the work too!

N.C has done work on my multiple vehicles I own and they do an amazing job everytime. Great group of people that work there and great service. I went to Nick with one of the most annoying jobs to do on the Audi Platform, cam shift tension chain job.Given the time to actually purchase everything like parts. The car did recieve respect and all was needed to be done. Took about 3 weeks, I didn't need the car, during that time, but he got the car the day before deadline.The car does work as it should and runs better now. I do recommend Nick. He had my car for over 3 weeks trying to create codes and he couldn t figure it out and charged me $700.00 for clearing 2 codes. I brought it to a real bmw tech and he had it fixed in 3 days for only $300. NC auto is fine for basic stuff, but nothing to deep. Nick goes above and beyond with his customer service. I recently got a BMW and initially took it to him to get a wheel bearing replaced. Turned out to need a wholeeeee lot more than a wheel bearing, and Nick stuck it through and worked late into the night to help ensure it got done so my daughter and I could make it home. He went out of his was to show me the ropes of the car, how to check fluids and what to look out for. I will be bringing it back to him for any future repair needs, and I recommend everyone else do the same! You won't be disappointed. Nick is one of the only people I truly trust with my car. Any time I drive off, I know that my car is in better shape then it was when I dropped it off. He's always willing to help if he's around, even for the little things & doesn't charge for every minute. He even drove my car to me so I didn't have to find a ride or walk.
