After calling another local business that installs mobile audio systems and being told I would be have to be charged and installation fee for them to just come out and verify I was wiring everything correctly myself I ended up stopping at Muntz to buy an inline fuse holder and after speaking with one of the employees there he didn't even hesitate to come out to my vehicle quick and give me advice on what I was working on. No fee, no hassle, just happy to help a customer. This was my first experience with Muntz and based on how friendly and helpful they were this will be the only place I go from here on out for service, parts / equipment, or advice. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there that realize sometimes gaining a good customer isn't about squeezing every penny out of them right from the start. Keep up the good work guys.

Muntz is and has been a top notch place to get accessories added to your car. I had my first car stereo installed there in 1990 and just had seat heaters added to our 2012 Mustang a month ago. They did an excellent job with the seat heaters. The installation looks like OEM and works great. We will definitely return to Muntz. Very friendly staff and high quality work.

I've had multiple vehicles here for tint. Recently I brought my 69 Ford Bronco in to get a new stereo installed so I could listen to music while relaxing and kicking back in a classic. Dusty at the front desk is a class act, he's always given me sound advice and lead me in the right direction as far as taking care of me and my vehicles. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else if I'm looking for the services offered by Muntz of Appleton! Thanks Muntz for the quality work each and every time!

I ve had 3 window tints with Muntz and each time the tint has been great. Pro tips: If you have a car seat just make sure you either remove it before your appointment or reinstall it before you really need it. They need room to move around in the car. If you have previous window tint, give them a heads up because they ll have to remove it.

Best customer service! The gentleman at the front desk, upon my uncertainty and with 10 minutes before they shut down for the day, offered to pull my vehicle in to demonstrate his product and allow me to customize how it was installed.IMO, there are shops/stores that are false, that look sharp and try to upsell, or that are grumpy and not happy to be there that suck to shop at OR there are places like Muntz with fantastic customer service, great products, and a staff that legit felt like a hard working family.

I highly recommend Muntz. Dusty and his team did a phenomenal job on my boat's sound system. I was a little nervous having a 3rd party cut into the fiberglass on a brand new boat but they did such a great job with installation it looks straight from the factory. 10/10 and great service.

Had my wifes 2019 Honda Insight tinted at Muntz. While making the the appointment and putting in a deposit for the tint appointment we stated we wanted 50/35 front and rear tint. Then when we dropped the car off they asked again what tint level we wanted and we restated this. Got the car back and it looked like it was tinted the same all around, called and was told we could bring the car in to have it metered but it should have been done right. After being metered the tint applied to the car was 50 all around. At first there was a bit of an argument, as we were then told that Muntz does not provde 35 tint, but this was never brought to our attention even though we had stated what we were looking for multiple times, and curiously even the paper work did not list the tint level applied to the car. Afterwards, Tyler, the owner of the tinting side of the business contacted me, and wanted to make the situation right, and re tinted the rear of the car with 30% tint. This was exactly the decision we would have made had we been told up front 35 was not available and Tyler was great to work with and did a fabulous job on our car. I would not hesitate to go back to Muntz for another Tint job. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Pleasantly surprised all around. When I called, Dusty gave me an estimate and a day I could get serviced. I had six vehicle speakers replaced. It took them three hours from the time I dropped it off to the time I got the phone call saying I could pick it up. They took care of my vehicle and even tightened some bolts for me in my doors. Which they didn t need to do, but because they care about quality and customers, they didn t blink. On top of that, the bill was cheaper than I was quoted. Very satisfied, thank you so much!

I had them Install a dashcam with a hardwire kit. I cannot give them a higher praise. They did such, SUCH an amazing job. I was really concerned about taking it in to get it done as I baby my car and like to do a lot of the work myself. However, I didn't feel comfortable installing this camera and decided after comparing several places in the area, to take it to Muntz. I am so incredibly happy I did. They did everything so well, everything looks so clean, they made the perfectionist side of me very happy. I couldn't have done it better. I appreciate their hard work and close attention to detail and for that, I am excited to continue my business with them without a worry in the world. Highly recommend.

The staff are super friendly and professional. They will help you understand your options and explain everything to you without making you feel dumb. The store was clean and comfortable and the waiting area is awesome! They have good prices, speedy service, and do an excellent job. There was no bubbling or peeling after the tinting. My windows look great!

These people were amazing to work with and have amazing advice to a farley new subwoofer owner. Their work was very professional and neatly done. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to install anything audio into your transportation device.

These guys ROCK! Definitely recommend them for tint and PPF! They ve clear wrapped both my Tesla front ends and tinted the windows - they did a stellar job and for much less than the competition. Job gets completed in a timely manner, great communication, and the end result is perfection. Thank you Muntz!

Dusty & the staff at Muntz are AWESOME to work with! Had new speakers put in our summer vehicle and they didn't sound quite right and we brought the vehicle back and they went through the entire sound system and found that a processor that the previous owner had installed was bad and being the honest person Dusty is he stated he was able to bypass it and eliminate the problem vs replacing it and we wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It sounds amazing!! The part that we couldn't believe is they had hours of additional work into this sound system and it wasn't there problem and they wouldn't take a dime more than the cost of the speaker upgrade which is unheard of in todays world. Thank You!

Took my 2013 scion fr-s to get all the windows tinted. A year later had a problem with the driver side tint and they fixed it with now questions and did a terrific job.

They are amazing! They responded very fast, also texted me as well, which was awesome as I hate talking on the phone. They worked very fast & I am very happy with my new speakers. Take your car here to get new speakers! 100% recommend.

Muntz Audio-Video hooked me up with a great GPS tracker for our trailers. We have had a real problem keeping tabs on them and when we discussed the problem with them, they came up with the perfect answer to our needs and also showed us how to improve our productivity from our installers and service techs. Awesome experience! I was having some trouble with my remote start drawing on my battery. With me not driving much due to the pandemic, this was becoming problematic. I had my car into the shop 3 times before they figured out what the issue was and then they messed up disconnecting the remote start. Called Muntz, they took care of it right away, and at no charge! Even though my remote start was installed years ago. Very pleasant experience!

I bought and had a Compustar Remote Start unit from Muntz. The cost for the device and the professional installation was very reasonable in my opinion. I got the "basic" unit, which is more than basic if you ask me. It not only starts my Jeep but can also lock and unlock the vehicle. It has a 1500 ft range and works through the walls of my house even from upstairs. Customer service was awesome. The installer was a super nice guy and had the job done in about 2� hours.

Window tint was less than satisfactory. I made sure to call around to find a place that could either bevel the tint against the glass or get close enough to the edge to not notice as much and make it look factory. Muntz told me they have a machine to print the exact specifications of tint needed so spacing wouldn t be an issue. There s a larger gap than most places without a machine and I m not happy with the look. Most customers don t care but I made sure to ask and paid a higher price than average market to address my concerns. Nice customer service and all, just expected less gap and a better job.

I have never had a remote start before. I received one for Christmas, but after having it installed, I didn't think it worked like it should, my parking lights weren't coming on all the time. I went into the store and explained the issue. We made an appointment to have it looked at. I will admit it, it was operator error; I wasn't turning my lights all the way off when shutting off my car. The folks at Muntz were wonderful in how helpful and patient they were in explaining what I needed to do. The remote starter was GREAT when it was so cold and my parking lights do come on all the time now. I would highly recommend you getting one and Muntz is a great place to go.

I recently purchased a remote car starter and had it installed by Muntz. I also got my windows tinted by them. Customer service is amazing and quality of work is perfect. Very reasonable prices as well. I would recommend them to anybody! A+++

Awesome service, Had window tinting done on my truck and wifes car and it is flawless! Matches the factory tint on my Chevrolet great! Everyone was really helpful and very informative. It may have been a few days longer wait to get an appointment compared to others in the valley but I see now it was well worth the wait.

After trying to schedule an appointment, i brought up concerns about another vehicle that had been damaged during a tint install. He stated that the guy doing these installs had been there for 25 years and works great. I mentioned that my car is custom and you cant get replacement parts if he were to damage them. While talking with the scheduler, he stated he didn't need my business and to go elsewhere if i didn't want work done by them. Bad customer service.

Brought my 2013 Nissan Juke in to have a Compustar T12 remote starter installed. I had originally passed on Muntz and went with another installer in the area because of a $50 price difference. Big mistake!! The original installer had my car for a total of three weeks and was never able to get the remote starter to work correctly. They refunded my money and I drove straight over Muntz and left it with them for the week so they could get to it in whenever they had an opening that week. I was given a call mid week to confirm a few settings and the car was able to be picked up at the end of the week, everything functioning correctly. Muntz is professional, fast and their techs clearly know what they're doing. Don't make the mistake I did, stick with Muntz.
